Comment: There are many types of eating disorders...and this problem of an addiction to exercise is occurring more and more as young woman try to keep up with societies expectations on the human body. People often don't recognize this as a problem and just think it's a good step to being healthy. It is healthy to work out, but you must have a realistic goal in mind and a good perception of your own body.
