    Did not realize that a person was allowed to PURPOSELY FISH FOR GIANT SQUID.
    This is the guy's 2nd one?????!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Somebody stop him - please.

So Bennett really didn't have a choice but to haul in the squid. "We decided to get him onboard in as good a condition as we could," says Bennett. "If we'd released him, he wouldn't have survived."

    Did anyone actually read the article?? The quid would have deid anyway. its a good thing to study so we can KNOW more about what is out there. That's how we grow and learn.... or maybe we should just bury it and have a nice funeral service for it with PETA?
