I am looking for an article--probably published in August of 1973 or thereabouts-about the kidnapping of J. I am looking for a copy of the article.. now here's the tough part I don't know the title. It was regarding the Iraq war, perhaps Baghdad, and perhaps a curfew. American soldiers were trying to keep Iraqis in their own towns by marking, with a sharpie, a number on women's wrists and men's foreheads.
