    Well, I don't think this little vitamin is boring, more like one of the stranger incarnations of vitamin talk I've seen... angle of the sun and whatnot... It always puzzles me how there are shifting "hot" vitamins and all, but i guess that is the way of all of the diet industry, no exceptions here.
