In fact, some 3,000 people pre-registered for the competition, but 126 design submissions were submitted. In our story about Pierre Omidyar, in the same article, we should have said that Omidyar donated millions of dollars to Grameen Foundation USA, not Grameen Bank. NEWSWEEK regrets the errors.
