Quoting the author "the Bible is the product of human authors who were writing in particular times and places with particular points to make and visions to advance. " This is false. The corroborating testimonies that prove the veracity of Scripture has sifted out any such writings, leaving us the preserved word of God as may be found, for example, in the Authorized King James Bible. "...prophecy came not in old time by the will of man: but holy men of God spake as they were moved by the Holy Ghost." (2Pe 3:16) We have the law of God written on our hearts (Heb 10:16), the testimony of the bretheren born again in the Spirit (Rev 12:11), the teaching of the Holy Ghost (Jn 14:26). If someone gives you any other writing and says it's God's word, you won't have the necessary witnesses to trust the claim. Ergo, the author is reasoning from a false premise.

Ghostmasseur, You don't give a rip about God or anything to do with faith so why don't you join in on a blog you do give a rip about? The Old testement is full of references to Christ. The name Joshua is a name refering to Christ. David was told Christ would come from his blood line. You just don't see it because you are blind to it. What we call the books of the Bible Old and New only relate to BC&AC. We know what is in the"TaNaKH , it is Gods word to mankind.

The Jews dis not kill Jesus. He gave up His own life to save all of us form our sins. Being God He could have come down of that cross and said to hell with all of us. He chose not to. He made Himself the perfect sacrifice for our sins which He placed on His body so that we would not have to go to hell and that we might become children of God. Stop blaming the Jews. Real Christians know it was not the Jews. Look in the mirror. We all are the reason He died. Look also at the really good news He did not stay dead. Forget blaming others for what Christ did of His own free will. The whole Old Testement tells about Jesus comming and the things He would do and suffer. Before the foundation of the earth God had set this plan in motion. God has a plan for the rest of time too it is in the Old and New Testements. Read the Bible. There is a life time of lessons to learn in it. Red, no man is worthy of what Christ did for us. It is a gift.. It is by Grace we are saved. Grace means we did not deserve heaven we deserve hell.. Don't give up on the Lord. You may not like what you see in church or in some christians. There is cuorruption in some yes, but there are many christians out here really serving the Lord. God is the judge. You live for Christ and let God take care of the others. Remember God loves you and though you might leave Him He will never leave you.

This is Rubbish! We Christians know Christ surrendered His life, no man could have "killed" Him. By God's grace, He died to pay the price for my sins to God. He paid my ransom. We celebrate His death, which ultimately led to His resurrection defeating hell and death. The Bible mandates love thy neighbor, and the respect for Israel's people is demanded. Who allows this to be written about Christian beliefs? It is untrue and propaganda.
