    I like doing kegals and some other yogic type excercises and I found some great products on ogirl.net
    (21 and over I think) that help keep me young and vigorous in that area. My boyfriend takes some of the pills and herbalsize.com and also drinks a glass of pineapple juice a day. Of course see your doctor before using any pills. Good Luck!
