    I wish I could do more for those coming back from Iraq with PTSD, but right now, I am being oppressed myself, so they will have to go with one less caring person who knows about this diagnosis to be there for them, which is unfortunate in my eyes, but not my fault.......they are in all of my cares and prayers......thank you for allowing my opinion.....skd500

    This administration has dragged us all in a completely unnecsessary war and is responsible for the dead and wounded soldiers.They are the ones that brougt this country on his knees and in an economic situation I have not seen sinds the depression years before WW II. NO health care or money for our schools but billions out the door for this war is oke' ,I am sick off it and on top of this we lost all the respect in the world we ones had,the few of my old war bodies who are still alive in several overseas countries have asked me this question many times " What's going on in the old USA " ?? an tired old soldier.

    Every time money is taken from American households risks increase, so much so that for every billion dollars in federal government spending, 200 people die from the increased risks. The war costs many biliions of dollars, so it costs many thousands of lives just to fund it.

    I think the Bush administration woefully underestimated just how massive the scale of the Iraq war would become. What was to be just a short little romp in the sand where we ride in and kick Saddam's butt and go has ensnared us and dragged us into a quagmire without any possible ending anytime soon. Is it any wonder that this same administration now is underestimating the cost of providing care to those who fight and put their lives on the line serving overseas? It's a shame , a tragic shame.
