"The Most Dangerous Nation in the World isn't IRAQ, its PAKISTAN" is a Bias Story - its NOT Cover Story, its Synthetic Story. In reality the article had "Goodwill Damages" to Newsweek and its Editor.

The Editor made effort to link happenings in and around Pakistan - to create an impression that Pakistan is a Country where the Jihad Lives Only - I wish if Newsweek conduct a survey to know the reality that Pakistan is most probably the Only Country where different culture exists and Live together since ages. It's a society of Tolerance But the image created by the other side is always Negative.

Can the Editor, Newsweek answer the questions :
That if Pakistan is most dangerous nation than Iraq - How would US Ambassador had meetings in Karachi with Pakistani Nationals, with minimum security and without fear and on the day when Newsweek published this article ?
And is it possible for any US dipolmat or any Foreigner to move freely outside Security Zone, in IRAQ ?
Everyone who is aware of facts - know the Right Answer - Can Editor, Newsweek aplogy to Nation of Pakistan - since No one has the right to INSULT a NATION at Large !!!

The picture they are showing where there is a big holy book is displayed in the 60th anniversary of Pakistan at karachi. I want to ask you the authors that whats the relevance of this picture with the theme of this article. I mean, I am a simple guy who doesn't know the real ABC of journalism but having enough SENSE to see the wrong in the article very easily. If you guys despite having professional journalists position are not able to see the wrong then its better to resign you current position and do somethigs which you guys know better. And please dont make mockery and dont make false positives in a respectable profession like journalism. The picture where you displayed the Holy book with relevance to this article is completely comes under the direct hit to the personal matters of not only specifically to each pakistanis but also to each muslims wherever in the world. The wuthors necessarily to apologize for this satanic act. The authors should also send to rehab because the thoughts they represented in this article completely shows the condition of their ill brains..In my view the authors are categorised in the extreme or fundemtals. They should think atleast once to play with the repute of their own new week magazine..

Comment: This is very much true, But what is unfortunate that U.S. Policy is still favouring the Military, This is unbeleiveable from the Part of U.S. and even ignoring the fact that JUI with the support of Pak. M.I crashing Innocent Balochs, and creating Madrassas in Balochistan, becoming the land of Jahdis in future. Here the Balochs are alone fighting terrorism war. Nobody in the civilized world is backing Balochs.

Comment: I think this is intention of the U.S. policy to ignore pakistani military's action untill they themselves start killing each other. While they know that Pakistani military is 100% involve in 9/11. At this movement they are killing innocent balochs, and pakitani military is supporting JUI and other terrorism elemetns, to control balochistan. While Baloch people are very much secular and their mindset is against these Jahdi groups.

I have gone through the most of the comments and 99.9% have condem this article and cover story ? I reccomend that Chief Editor should issue an applogy to the Pakistani Nation and fire the author and publisher of this article. I would do it if there is such a strong disliking for an article.

if pakistan is really the most dangerous nation then how come the U.S. ambassador escaped the claws of death while in Pakistan right on the day this issue came out? each Pakistani is an Islamist but the world has got a wrong definition of islam and islamists, terrorism and terrorists have no RELIGION, those who don't care about lives of innocent peple can never be islamists.:nobody can claim a whole nation to be dangerous on grounds of terrorism cartered by means unknown.

what a bias article on pakistan. Don't these authors know that we take our orders from the united states. Its a popular thought in pakistan that US wants benazir bhutto and Musharraf to be in power, so it can keeps its control on pakistan? Don''t these authors knwo how corrupt is benazir bhutto? and why is US suporting musharraf, an army dictotor when it should be supporting a true genuine democracy in pakistan. If history is recalled army general Zia was supported by USA during the soviet invasion in 1980, Zia army trained the men who were called mujahadeen's (freedom fighters) and now have been muted to terroist. If people know and understand pakistan, they know that majority of pakistanis are moderate muslims and there is a small faction of people who are hardcore militants, this is true fact because not once have the mullahs of pakistan been voted in office. This article is such a proganda that I wonder to what extent will newsweek go to pusblish tabloid articles like these to make money.

Please stop this bogus propaganda...most of the militant leaders mentioned in the piece are dead. We are a nation of doctors, engineers, musicians actors etc....
I fear that the USA is now training its eye towards Pakistan. We too have suffered at the hands of terrorism. This is by far the most provocotive piece against Pakistan I have read. I can only plead my case. The result of a military operation in Pakistan by the US will be devastating. Lets not go there. We dont need the moderates in the country reading such propaganda and turining against us.

Spot on Mr Ron Moreau and Michael Hirsh very well organised and well informed article. Pakistan is of course a safe heaven for Taliban, Bin Laden and Al-Qaeeda. The so called War on terror Pakistan is fighting against her own people in Waziristan and Balochistan. Taliban and Al-Qaeeda the production of ISI and pervez musharraf personally are roaming free in streets of Pakistan.

I slute the authors of this article and I think international community must realise and recognise the true face of Pakistan - International community must stop supporting Pakistan and if a militarty operation is naccessary the NATO forces already present in Afghanistan should not dely. Attack Pakistan to make the world a saver place for humanity to live peacefully. As Jamal said in his book "DIVIDE PAKISTAN TO ELEMINATE TERRORISM"

Please do not discriminate. You only see the bad side, try to look in to things and people who represent pakistan.. pakistan is not a nation of 40-50K militants, its more than what your narrow eyes can see.
I strongly condemn this sort of literature that can only prevail hate and hipocracy- If after obtaning this level of progress in science, education and arts you think this bad then I am better off from a nation of 20% literacy, that does not carry this much hate again any religion and country.
