Bruce Reidel, is very right and forthcoming in his analysis and its true that Pakistan has plunged into crisi one after the other. The Pakistani madressas which are financially supported by wealthy Saudi individuals and Wahabis, all over the world are infact brainwashed first at the madrassas into beleiving that their death in dying even as a suicide bombers to inflict damage on infidels (followers of other religions) , and westerners, they will go to heaven. This theory is widely beleived in the west and to prove this they first inflict deaths and destructions on America and others and when they retaliate, they call it as suppression of Islam. Now the situation has gone out of control and Islamists seriously control many areas in Pakistan which is on the verge of breaking up into Balochistan, N.W.F.P, Sindh and Punjab region, which will soon become independent. The cause of worry is the Islamists will be looking to take control of the N.Weapons as they have their support inside the intelligence and the army which protects them.

Well it appears that Ron Moreau and Bruce Riedel thinks that nuclear weapons of Pakistan are placed in some fruit markets stored in potato bags. West, especially anti-Pakistan lobbies which are very active in west should come out of these hypothetical theories. These ideas which are mostly based on sheer hatred for courtiers like Iraq, Iran, Syria, Pakistan and rest of the Muslim World are just evolved to create and environment inside west where every person can see every Muslim as terrorist. Now I also see one person saying that it is because of Islam. May be this innocent person is forgetting that the rogue and illegitimate state of Israel is also following a religion which has the same foundation stone but no one will dare to call them terrorist. May be the Christians who died in Lebanon due to Israeli bombing were following some other God. Before giving an analysis we should first study history and prevailing scenarios; with true eye and without any fabrication which is very apparent in this article, which will help us understand these issues instead of giving a verdict without any basis.

The united *** states of America were the ones who started it. They provided Pakistan with nessities to train fighters to send into afghanistan to fight the their soviet enemies. Because they were afraid that Communism would spread. The USA is the sole producer of the stinger ground to air missile . Stingers were used by many jjihadists fighting the sovviets in Afghanistan. The USA has created this mess and now refuses to take responsibility. OF course the pakistan goverment has failed at imes on combating militancy and it is true indeed that some members of the goervermnet are not working for the better of the their nation. but isnt that the smae in all countyries. A word of advice for hsaqib: Pakistan is responsible for all of its problems. Pakistan survives only by convincing the West that it can help solve the West's problems. This fakery won't last too long. Pakistan has tried to compensate for its flaws by pretending that it could help the West against USSR and now the jihadists. The history of Islam is coming to an end. A religion that hates so much and has tortured so many for so long will not be allowed to terrorize this world any further. The jihadists may be able to pull off another 9-11 in the upcoming decade, but the Middle East and Pakistan will be history after that.

I agree with the comments forwarded by Mr Asir the crux of which is that the disease should be cured instead of the patients being killed.Further this article seems to be a product of an average-mind journalist who has tailored his own stories and has forgotten to look into the main issue.

The west continues to look at the things from their own perspective. In 80???s Pakistan fought west???s war and in return got drugs, weapons and millions of afghan refugees. Again, after 9/11 it fought America???s war and in return got suicide bombings, extremism and a huge criticism of western media. On both of these occasions, the West strongly supported military dictators, which systematically destroyed institutions in this country resulting in weakening of moderate forces and rise of despair leading to extremism. Pakistan had nothing to do with Al-Qaeda or Taliban. But now it is a relevant threat in Pakistan. By the way, Al-Qaeda never had any connections with Iraq either in the days of saddam but now the US Media is showing as though US invaded Iraq just to hunt out Al-Qaeda (Weapons of mass destruction!!!!!??????what???s that!!!!)

It is not the Pakistani government which created Islamic monstor, it was USA and the West which midwifed it to fight against USSR and glorified the fight by giving it the name of Afghan jihad. They benefitted from it by ousting Russia, leaving innocent Pakistanis to suffer later.

These goofy authors should be thankful to Pakistan who is fighting the war against terrorism for America and paying the ultimate price. We had to suicide bombers until after 911. If I was the ruler of Pakistan I would stop helping so called western counties beacuse of them we have suicide bombers from the starting of so called war in terror. And America and other western country should go on do there job. Tell me that did America people have this suicide bombers problem the answer is "NO" why because the are fighter a stupied war.

Now this "Benazir Bhutto " is like a queen in Pakistan, she came back to rock and roll again. Just one question what her father did to the whole nation. He got all drugs formula like heroine, cocane..etc from Germany and let the Pathans and Afghans free to export to Europe through Iran. Later on he used innocent students and left a fight between transport system and student which is still flashing in every city of Pakistan. Yes she is now Queen with out crown because she is back to stop Taliban.
Just only one question that what she did with the students in Gordon Collage in Rawalpindi, how many lifes she ruined, I am also one of those students who lost his whole carrier due to her.
All those who are dead in Karachi their blood is on her hands. I am not speaking in faviour of Taliban, Mushraf or any one ..............I am a comon citizen of Pakistan. I have much more proofs about all these politicians specialy Baynazir Bhutoo Sahiba......even her univercity age semi naked pictures.

In the 1980s, Peshawar was the one of the centers of al-Qaida, then known simply as the Services Office. The Services Office's mission was to deploy holy warriors from across the Islamic world into Afghanistan to fight the Soviets.
Osama bin Laden had a house in Peshawar. The two-story villa is now a dormitory for a girls??? school.
Two decades later, the holy warriors are back in Peshawar.
Nearby we were taken into a local madrasa, which in Arabic simply means school.
But in Pakistan the madrasas are Islamic institutes, boarding schools where children memorize the Koran eight hours a day, six days a week and study what I like to call The Theory.
The Theory is a world view ??? a mixture of history, conspiracy and myth ??? common from Morocco to Indonesia. The basic tenet is that the United States and Israel are united in a crusade to destroy Islam, harvest the Middle East's oil and subjugate Muslims through a network of corrupt dictators.
The director of the madrasa summed it up by saying, "American is the enemy of Islam.

The madrasa's brochure said, in English, that its objectives are:
mparting religious and Arabic education.
Interpreting correct and rational beliefs based on the Koran and Sunna (the accepted traditions of the Prophet Mohammed)
Safeguarding Islamic and Arabic culture
Countering false beliefs
Equipping holy warriors with culture and morals.

The madrasas are jihad academies, and they are expanding. We arrived on registration day. The madrasa normally holds 800 students, but we saw hundreds more submitting applications. The school's director said there are at least 20,000 madrasas across Pakistan.

It is a serious problem. While the Taliban, al-Qaida and their ideology were a serious threat in Afghanistan, they are much more dangerous in Pakistan, a poor country of 165 million armed with 35 to 40 nuclear weapons.
Therein lies the moniker - arguably the most dangerous country
