    I think all religion should start there own political party and pick their respective choice to run in the general election. Let's see how much more we could devide this country. *Sarcasm anyone?*

    Prove to me there is a god. Show my scientific proof. The bible is not proof. It was written by man, from spoken word that was passed down for generations. Show me proof. Until then shut up and keep your views to yourself.

      This contry needs to back to it's christian roots. I'm all for a christian third party. Christians shouldn't have to comprimise their values and back a canidate that is night right for the country.

          You forgot the apostrophe. Perhaps you aren't perfect after all. From my observation, spelling errors tend to be the rule for online posts, not the exception. Fortunately, most posts aren't quite as bigoted and condescending as yours.

    I would like to know where the so-called Christianity. The Religious Right say that they are pro life and yet they work to defeat a "Children???s" Healthcare bill, they support a war that has taken countless tens of thousands of lives. They say they are Christians and show no tolerance, forgiveness or compassion. The Religious Right makes me SICK!!! I'm a Christian who doesn't hold their values and never will, they talk this BS about a moral conscience and yet they are consumed with greed and power. They talk about social conservatism and yet they stood by while this administration promoted and illegal war, turned its back on the poor and struggling middle class, and incurred the largest deficit form the largest spending spree in our history, and promoted torture against a fellow human being, all this to hold on to their power. I guess they have proven that GOD is profitable!!

You can worship any god you want, but don't tell me what to believe or who to worship. What a bunch of sanctamonious assholes!     I, for one, am tired of political special interest groups including religious groups - all of them.. This nation is a democracy, not a theocracy. The line between church and state has almost disappeared in the last 7 years.
    Maybe a third "Christian" party will end the evangelical influence in politics.

    Please, oh please start your own party! the evangelical christians are directly responsible for THE WORST PRESIDENT IN THE HISTORY OF THE U.S. they have lost their credibility with mainstream Americans, just as this FAILURE OF A PRESIDENT has. Please break away and start a ultre right wing party so that you can be placed forever where your belong, on the margins of the mainstream!

    For the ignorant citizens of this country that believe this nation was a "christian" nation, please tell me where in the Constitution does it specifically say "This country will be a christian Nation"? Can't find it?.... That's becuase it is NOT in the Contitution. And, if I remember correctly, the Constitution is the supreme law of the land, and therefore, NOT a christian nation. It does however, protect all types of religion from persecution AND, it prevents zelous religous institutions from influencing the state. So, to the christian citiznes of this country, please do a little research and enlighten yourself to a little selcular epiphany, god does NOT exist!!!

      Just because a Muslim believes in Jesus Christ doesn't make them a Christian as well. What makes you a Christian is to believe that Jesus Christ is the Lord and Savior of your life. And then to follow Him in your daily walk. I don't see any Muslims doing that.

    There are some pretty stupid posts here. First of all, this country WAS founded by Christians, and you have a lot of reading to do. The Bible does NOT say if you kill someone you are going to hell. There are different KINDS of killing; murder, self-defense, accidental death, etc. Provisions are made for each. Cold-blooded, unrepentent killers will end up in hell along with all sinners who do not repent of their sins....just another way of describing sincere, genuine, remorseful sorrow over something you've done, but I like the word REPENT!

    But yes, I have to agree that Jesus would probably throw up today as He probably did back then. The closest I can find to that is "Jesus wept". I know how He feels.

      Sorry my friend..this country was not founded by "christians"..Put that bible down..Pick up a history book..Do you know who William Penn was..Do you know who the quakers were..Do you know what thier belief system was...Do you know what the rosacrucians are..Do you know how many founding fathers were rosacrucians?? Do you also remember that little bit about the separation of church and state??? Probably not..I suppose just like that creation museum deal where they show humans and dinosuars running about together, it's just one of those things that people like you will never understand........
