Comment: Lets see what the White Anglo-Saxon Protestants have done in America...American Indian Genocide....African American internal colonization ( ie slavery)...Chinese Exclusion Act...Irish and Italian Catholic discrimination...and now Mexican discrimination...Jesus would be turning in his praverbial grave...

Before us Christian's to start a "third" party....we should consider all the votes that would be wasted voting against Hillary to get in....think about it people logically......

I grow weary of the term "values voters". It lends undue credibility to the idea that fundamentalist evangelical Christians are the only members of our society with any values. It's one thing for these so-called "values voters" to refer to themselves with such sanctimonious pomp but for the rest of the country to buy into that ideology or, more frightfully, condemn the idea of having moral values as "extremist" behavior is a recipe for disaster. I consider myself a Christian (although I'm sure people like Mr. Land would disagree with me) and have a strong moral compass. But because I don't happen to subscribe to fundamentalist ideology I am not included in the grouping of "values voters". There are many, many more in my situation than will ever be in Mr. Land's (or his "constituents") camp and I feel we all deserve a little latitude when the term "values" gets bandied about in such a fashion.

And what kind of Christian do you suggest? Catholic? Mormon? Christian Scientist? Oh, no, sorry, you mean a FUNDAMENTALIST Christian, don't you? None of the others even register on the "Christian" scale, do they?

And Jews, Muslims, Hindus, Buddists, Wiccans, etc...they're just off the map, aren't they?

Hmmmm, I know that the Puritans came to this country for something or other, now what was it again? Oh yeah, RELIGIOUS FREEDOM...ie, freedom from RELIGIOUS TYRANNY. Remember that tiny little detail the next time you want to push your own brand of "Christian" on every one else in America.

If we conservatives had not been so enamoured with pretty-faced candidates, we would have nominated Steve Forbes. The man is in full possession of his sanity. He already knows how to restore and keep a corporation on sound financial footing. Doesn't it make sense that he could do the same with a nation ?
Somehow, I believe Ronald Reagan would heartily recommend this man to lead this radically dysfunctional republic out of this present darkness. The man we elect to lead us does not have to be an evangelist, but he does need the sense to honor the constitution so that all forms of peaceful religious expression will be protected.

The most corrupt, vicious, hateful, and judgemental people I have ever met have been those who carry a bible in one hand while slapping the face of their brothers with the other. If we are fighting Islamic Extremists, then as soon as we elect a Chrstian Extremist are we any better. How do you justify one extreme, and then condemn another. Christian extremists have committed numerous acts against humanity. If we want to be able to fight terrorists, we have to be a well rounded country able to listen and speak open mindedly. If we elect a Chrsitian extremist tell me, how well does it ever work when two extremes try to discuss their differences? lets look at this site as an example! hahaha who wants to continue fighting a war that no one will ever win.

Haven't these so called Christian conservatives done enough damage... let them go to the Devil where they belong... they do not believe in Christs teachings, only their own agenda of Hate, Exclusion and Greed...
