Wow, amazing amount of evangelical stereotyping going on here in comment section. It's an incredible thing that word, prejudice. Glad you've got it all figured out yourself and that you're not a practicer of it! I think we could all learn a thing or two just by listening a little bit better to one another and stop trying to shout over the top of one another. Each side seems to have it's extremists. But most of the rest of us know we live in a democracy, where we have to live with one another despite our different philospies and lifestyles. Does that mean certain religious people shouldn't have the right to express their strongly held view and vote? No ! How do you explain why such a large segment of the American population believes so strongly in the last two decades has had such am impact in politics? How could so many be mislead? Or were they just ignored for so long and finally woke up? That's the point of this article. Consider me an Evangelical. But I don't fit the stereotype some of you speak of with such venom. Sure, some evangelical spokespeople put us in a poor light with their comments and/or actions. They may well deserve scorn for being hypocritical. As i saidearlier, we could all do with alot more listening and civil discourse and less with oneupmanship and sound bite drivel.

Anyone else notice on almost any blog on the internet, the radical liberal left is attacking and spewing their HATE toward anyone or anything who does not agree with or support. their views. I am almost 65, and I have never seen the HATE speech, like what is coming from the leftists liberals. The left wants us to support the sodomites, murder(baby abortions) , socialized medicine and every conceivable evil listed in the Bible and before God.

Good, I think this party will create a new Republican Party that will not have to cater to the hell, fire and brimstone crowd. A lot of the center Democrats may be attracted to it, as well as the center Republicans. I believe that would be a majority of people in this country. It may turn out to be the NEW party that we so much need. The far right and the far left would be left out. The center would most certainly win in the most important states. We would be back to Abe's time, and that is how this nation became GREAT.

He has been married to the same Lady for 50 years. his Voting record exemplifies true Christian doctrine! he is anti gay rights, anti abortion tho he says the federal government has no jurisdiction to dictate what the states decide on these issues. How any true Christian can vote for anyone else is beyond me.. We thought George Bush was a Christian but we see by his actions he is not. George claims that Christians worship the same god as muslims do Sorry Goerge as a Christian I worship the true and only God of HEAVEN not some made up god by a false profit named Muhhamed. Christians and I'm speaking to true Christians here. we were misled in 2000 and again in 2004.. The prices of everything is going up. food , gas, power etc. etc. its harder and harder to make a living, All our good paying jobs are going overseas because of NAFTA AND CAFTA.
