You cant compare a physical work with a cubical or office work, belive me sitting 10 hours in a chair can be much-much harder, than doing 8 hours of hard physical work. I did both, know (feel) the difference.

Wow! Forty6andwhatever, what's it to you if someone takes a nap? "Bark, bark, bark, i have a crappy attitude and other people are worthless." Go home, get some rest, and take it easy on determining what it takes to "be a man" comments. To everyone else, if you have an hour and your tired from possibly working two jobs, or studying late for a big exam, or maybe you celebrated something special the night before, then by all means take a nap. Or...just take one cause you can and it's your life to live however you choose. Naps are good!

ps. and by the way i work a fuul time job with over ime and work another 25 hours at a part time job. work out at a gym. which gives me more energy. i dont nap. i sleep in on saturday and sunday until 8:00 am and im good for another week. ive been doing this for 10 months.
