THIS WOULD MAKE SENSE TO MOST, BUT FOR THOSE OF US THAT REQUIRE 6-8HRS OF SLEEP,
IT MAY AS WELL BE @ 2HR SIESTA.

I have recently discovered something more amazing. It's called Creative Visualization and Relaxation (CVR) used with light and sound technology. The lights put you in a very relaxed state while you listen to sessions in whatever area of self-improvement you want. 20 minutes of this is like having a 3 hour nap. You wake up feeling really, really refreshed and energized. Its absolutely amazing and works very well if you are trying to lose weight, quit smoking , just shift to a positive way of life plus any other self improvement things you would like to do. Check it out at www.newreality.com. It can change your life!!!
