It isn't a race of people or nationality neither is it an ethnic group. It is a government label, basically anyone can be H.I.S.P.A.N.I.C, if one speaks Spanish they can be considered H.I.S.P.A.N.I.C. The colloquial sense of the word H.I.S.P.A.N.I.C is offensive in it's self! By the way, The word Hispanic was started in the U.S. as a means to lump a 'certain group of people together.'

    Comment: these criminal gang savages represent the foul and disgusting degenerate culture of their race and ethnic groups they belong to. because the blacks and hispanics belong to protective classes as declared by the white hating multi-culti-diversity overlords these black and hispanic gangs are never directly condemned for their evil criminal savagery, instead a never ending excuse parade and doting pandering bordering on respect (bone chilling fear) cascades a fawning ass kissing routine which inspies and encouages these savages to breed (recruit) throughout society. what has been entirely forgotten by all is this: once these criminal gang savages are able to inspire a higher level of fear from society than that of the natural fear of breaking the law then they have won and will be able to recruit with tremendous success and will be respected (that is ignored by having the scared shitless law abiders refuse to get involved) by the law abiding public. contrast this if these criminal gange savages were 90% you would have an entirely different approach because it has become fashionable to hate the white race (with the guilted white world the worst offenders) there would be no end to the national attention spotlight beaming down upon the white race examing the white culture as if one were studying the bubonic plague and the racial nature (white gangs killing innocent blacks) would be front and center and you better believe this would become a national priority. have you noticed over the last 25 years the increasing mass social hysteria against child molestors the majority of whom appear to be white. what would society do if all child molestors were black? same multi-culti protective bullshit as they do when blacks happen to be the majority murderers in society: lets understand them. they must be protected, it is all racism etc etc.

    the bottem line answer to ALL criminal gang savage filth? gather them ALL (black-white-brown-yellow-male-female-whatever) from amongst those of us who wish to live peaceably and desire to live by society's laws and EXTERMINATE each and every damn one of them.

    you heard me right EXTERMINATE as in one who has an infestation of rats or ants or roaches in their home. these criminal gang savages are brute beasts and are in grave need of being put into the ground.

    Comment: I'm getting out of Hell A. As a blackman I feel more safe in Atlanta. I grew up in Los Angeles and I have seen the dirty looks I get from Hispanics here. You speak to them and say hello they don't speak back. I had hispanic bosses who didn't treat me on equal level as other hispanics at the job. I'm done here in hell A I'm going ot Atlanta my cousins are there and they are making big money and have their own business. And my cousin just became a millionaire much props to my Cousin he deserve it.     Comment: I feel like all this gang stuff is just non sense. I was born in california were the gangs really started I lived there to I was abhout 8 or 9. When I was little me and my brother we hand to play in the back and we could not be outside to far from the house. I really did not like it there for one I hand a favorit red outfit that I luved not because of the color but because of how it looked and man I could not wear dat much due to the fact of were we lived I hated. My brother moved back when he was middle school and were him and my dad lived my brother hand to have someone walk him to the store next door. When he was leaving to come out here thats when they start shooting people just because they was black. I feel like this stuff is something that just need to stop for the simple fact it's turning family and friends against each other. I also think are leaders have worked to hard to help get this far and for us to be killing each other over what color you are is just plain stupid. I do feel people think being in a gang make u look cool and and make u looke like something but what they really do not understand is it make u look stupid and make just another number or they on there way to become state property. In the end I feel we need to start working together and start being a community and take our neighborhoods back and let them see we have to live here and they need to stop all this.

    Comment: Why does this story focus so much on latinos targeting blacks. It goes both ways, innocent victims die everyday because of this stupid racial war, black and brown. Why doesn't it talk evenly about the balcks who target the latinos, example the triple murder that happened last year in june where a 10 year old boy, 17 year old kid, and 19 year old man we're murdered by 3 black men who were in their 30's. They shot with ak47s, one of them still walked over to the 10 year old boy ( who was already shot)and shot more rounds at point blank range! It's a sad cruel world but innocent african americans aren't the only ones suffering.

    Comment: When the F13 gang members were in a drug heist several years ago. The members started lashing out at innocent African American citizens. They had very cruel reasons. One, they attacked people beyond rival gangs. It seemed like this type of drug war got very personal. When they didn't find who they were looking to kill. Innocent neighbors of different neighborhoods were the victims. People shouldn't have to be afraid to walk out of their own home. I believe that the police should always keep watch out on that area to protect and to serve the people.

Military Police are finding street gang grafitti on walls in downtown Baghdad everyday. I'm not sure having street gang members learning military tactics is a good thing. In the end will you control a nation, will you advance mankind, will you bring prosperity to your race, or own something of value? Will you pass legacy to your children, will they walk down the street with pride because your gange has brought prestige? What will you accomplish with your gang other than more anger, more jail time, more death, or more uneducated illiterate youth in the same cycle as you? Are you happy, is your heart filled with joy? When you take the life of some womans son are you overcome with elation? Is your anger, or need for money and power worth the future of an innocent life? If knowledge is power than let me enlighten you. In the grand scheme of things your life means nothing, no one person is more or less important than the other. If you die today no one will remember you not even the grave that your body decays in because you have done nothing worth remebering. People kill each other every day you are just a part of something bigger than you will ever be. Your children will carry the shame of their past and that will be all they remember, the shame you have brought upon their heads. You will leave them a life of misery, anger and hostility like yours and when they die in the same manner as you, a bullet by an unkown hate, they to will be forgotten in the system of murder that you perpetuate and continue. So you gang members, mighty men so easily disregarded and hated by al except your own put down the guns, put down the drugs, rise above what you have become and be more than you ever imagined. These things are allowed by each and every citizen of the world who stands back and does nothing but complain and whine about the problem. Racism is a myth, a way to divide the masses from uprising against the rich, because the true rich come in all colors and dont really care about the issues of the common man. Until the media is not the only source of information for the masses, and until a generation comes forth and fights for what we all desire, peace. Every race is beautiful and unique. White people are very smart and have great business acumen, Black people are creative and agile full of all the color of the world, Brown people or Spanish / Hispanic people are full of joy and love to engage in merriment and fun. Red people are of the earth and give spiritual enlightement to the masses. Yellow people are disciplined and technical, they understand that aside from race the earth must advance. Every color has a strong point, but we exploit the weakness of humankind and blame each individual race. Until the end of time we can fight each other or we can fight for a better future and end the end nothing will matter because man is limited by time. The end is the same for everyone, so while you waste the precious little time you have on earth fighting and dying you could be enjoying this bountiful place living in peace with your fellow man. The truth is we dont want peace, man has needed chaos since the days of Adam and Eve. So my suggestion is this, those of you who want to truly enjoy life do so, and pray to your God for protection until the day he brings you home. And for those of you who want to live with anger and hate, and feed into the propaganda of racism, religion, and division remember this the one who created you will judge you also. May he find that your actions on earth are not worthy of hell.

These gangs are practically reverting these neighborhoods to the Wild West. Why not use Wild West law enforcement tactics? And seriously, ship them to Guantanamo. Don't get me wrong: let's still try to use gang prevention programs to prevent new gang members from being created, but let's employ some severe tactics as well for the gang members already in existence committing these horrendous crimes; a few big sticks to go with our carrots.

    gandrilla, thanks for some intelligence. I'm not sure exactly how all spanish speaking (except for Spaniards) peoples of the Americas became the Hispanic race. Seems like Mexicans, Nicaraguans, Ecuadorians, Peruvians etc. are different ethnicity. The same would seem true of the various African natives, who speak hundreds of languages. The Sudanese (some Muslim, others Christian), Senegalese, Ethiopians, and Nigerians not only speak different languages, they have different physical characteristics. And the !Kung San (the ! denotes a click sound), also referred to as the Khoi San differ in lifestyle, language, and physicality from indigenous South Africans. Finally, the Kalahari Bushmen are as unique as any of the aforementioned cultures. And modern African-Americans are the descendants of West Africans specifically. Should they be classed with so many other unique groups? Grouping such ethnicities together seems akin to grouping Norwegians and Iragis together. Actually, they happen to both be Caucasian.

You don`t see wolves tolerating coyotes or other wolves in their hunting grounds. Blacks ,Hisapnics,Koreans,or red neck crackers shouldn`t either.

    Comment: I am a white 36 year old woman that lives in Colorada. I grew up in Omaha Nebraska, during the de-segragation of the schools. I was raised in a family that was broken. My dad was a very dangerous alcholic, My mom was so broken from all of the beatings. I remember she would try to find lunch money in the couch cushions while she cried because we had so little money. -There were lots of times that my dad didn't pay any support.- There was quite a bit of understanding when I was driven down to Conestoga. I found so many friends in black girls. I found alot of sadness in how so many of those girls lived. I remember my bus rides down to school. There were houses with no windows, when there was snow on the ground, men on street corners with bottles in brown bags, and the amazing smell of Skeets Bar-B-Que at 7:30 in the morning. Omaha doensn't bus kids anymore. For the life of me, I don't know why. It was so good for all of us. We were little kids, brought together, to understand each other. It worked. I have absolutely zero recollection of any race crime. We can't say that anymore now, Can we? I pray that we all just drop the anger. We are destroying ourselves. I moved to Colorado 13 years ago. I miss black people. There are so few here. I have my own children now, and they were born in the mountains. Recently, my husband and I moved down to the front range. I want my kids to know and embrace diversity. We have a babysitter that is Latino. She teaches the boys spanish. She teaches the boys about Guatemala. She teaches the boys about Latino Family and Pride. I wanted to bring them down here to live when we had to make a drive to Children's Hospital in Denver. My oldest was 6 years old. A latino man stepped onto the elevator. He had a bandana on low across his forehead, and was dressed in black. My son stepped behind me as if he was scared. I decided to talk to the kid to teach my son that this kid was a person like the rest of us. By the time we got off of the elevator, my son was saying addios. Isn't that the reason we are all on the earth? Why fight about color? Can't we learn and embrace differences? This hatred is so, so, so STUPID! Lets all drop it. PLEASE! Our world and even our country depend on it!

    Comment: Ever heard of divide and conquer? It is a tactic that governments have used for millennia. Get two strong demographics to fight and when they are both weakened, come in and destroy them. I remember when black and brown were brothers. Now we're enemies. It's time to rise up and unite. "United we stand, divided we fall."

Both White and Black Americans are the true heirs of this country that our ancestors made so great. We are the rightful heirs of the Poor European farmers and the poor African slave, the people who built this country. The Mexicans have done nothing, and yet they want to take it over. Over 60% of the poverty-stricken populance in Mexico are mixed-raced Mestizos and yet the small upper class Spainards rule the country and control the wealth. Rather than share the wealth the Spaniards send the poor, darker skinned Mestizos to our country to wreck our health care system, fill our jails and destroy our schools and communities. The Mexicans drive down property values everywhere they with their exported poverty and uncivilized behavior. Come to Memphis and see how the Mexicans are wrecking havoc on our city and rural areas. Any Black person who does not join the MILITIAMEN to defend our culture and land from the invading mexican hoardes deserves everything they get.

First of all Valjean7, if you would do a little reaserch before you staqrt talking, you would know that about one third of United States at one time belonged to Mexico. Yes the United States won the Mexician-American War and bought that land as one of the "spoils of war." All of the Mexicans who stayed and became Americans were promised several things which they never recieved. Just like African-American slaves were promised "5 acres and a mule" and never recieved them. While Afican slaves did help to build this country and make white slave owners rich, African-Americans have been given the same unjust treatment as Mexicans. You say that Mexicans drive down property value of communities. Is that why property value is "SO HIGH" in Compton, Atlanta, and the Bronx? Mostly African American neighborhoods. I am sure that you enjoy paying Fifty cents for a head of lettuce and a dollar for a pound of grapes. But I KNOW that if Mexican weren't in the fields working for substandard wages, the prices of produce would increase. I know that African-Americans and Anglo-Americans are NOT lining up to work those types of jobs for those low wages. The United States abolished slavery with the Emancipation Proclimation. But, since we cannot have "Black" slaves to do work for free, we will have "Brown" slaves do it for almost free. I am not trying to attack you but help you realize that both Black and Brown people have been exploited by the US for years, and unless we stand together, the elite will continue to watch as we destroy ourselves.

    Comment: Terrorism at home should have always been a priority. Enemies at home and abroad the President has sworn to protect us against. Why is it gangs are allowed to rule neighborhoods in America? Black, White, or Latino gangs should not have a strangle hold on communities. This great evil is destroying young men and the lives of innocent people. The fact is America has little regard for poor people.
