S 1959 EVISCERATES FREE SPEECH, and empowers the govt. to declare ANYTHING they deem an "extremist belief system", instantly make you a terrorist, resulting in stripping of US citizenship, torture, and/or execution, with no habeas corpus rights, no ability to challenge even in the US Supreme Court.

I feel like all this gang stuff is just non sense. I was born in california were the gangs really started I lived there to I was abhout 8 or 9. When I was little me and my brother we hand to play in the back and we could not be outside to far from the house. I really did not like it there for one I hand a favorit red outfit that I luved not because of the color but because of how it looked and man I could not wear dat much due to the fact of were we lived I hated. My brother moved back when he was middle school and were him and my dad lived my brother hand to have someone walk him to the store next door. When he was leaving to come out here thats when they start shooting people just because they was black. I feel like this stuff is something that just need to stop for the simple fact it's turning family and friends against each other. I also think are leaders have worked to hard to help get this far and for us to be killing each other over what color you are is just plain stupid. I do feel people think being in a gang make u look cool and and make u looke like something but what they really do not understand is it make u look stupid and make just another number or they on there way to become state property. In the end I feel we need to start working together and start being a community and take our neighborhoods back and let them see we have to live here and they need to stop all this.

When the F13 gang members were in a drug heist several years ago. The members started lashing out at innocent African American citizens. They had very cruel reasons. One, they attacked people beyond rival gangs. It seemed like this type of drug war got very personal. When they didn't find who they were looking to kill. Innocent neighbors of different neighborhoods were the victims. People shouldn't have to be afraid to walk out of their own home. I believe that the police should always keep watch out on that area to protect and to serve the people.

To TC-4: The unfortunate thing is that there are gang members in the military serving in Iraq as you read this. Military Police are finding street gang grafitti on walls in downtown Baghdad everyday. I'm not sure having street gang members learning military tactics is a good thing. It doesn't take a brain surgeon to figure out where all that training will be utizied when they start coming home.

I have a question for each and every gang member. What is your goal? In the end will you control a nation, will you advance mankind, will you bring prosperity to your race, or own something of value? Will you pass legacy to your children, will they walk down the street with pride because your gange has brought prestige? What will you accomplish with your gang other than more anger, more jail time, more death, or more uneducated illiterate youth in the same cycle as you? Are you happy, is your heart filled with joy? When you take the life of some womans son are you overcome with elation? Is your anger, or need for money and power worth the future of an innocent life? If knowledge is power than let me enlighten you. In the grand scheme of things your life means nothing, no one person is more or less important than the other. If you die today no one will remember you not even the grave that your body decays in because you have done nothing worth remebering. People kill each other every day you are just a part of something bigger than you will ever be. Your children will carry the shame of their past and that will be all they remember, the shame you have brought upon their heads. You will leave them a life of misery, anger and hostility like yours and when they die in the same manner as you, a bullet by an unkown hate, they to will be forgotten in the system of murder that you perpetuate and continue. So you gang members, mighty men so easily disregarded and hated by al except your own put down the guns, put down the drugs, rise above what you have become and be more than you ever imagined. Leave your children a legacy that will give them a chance to suceed in this world. This is my prayer for you, that you will realize how small you are now, but how powerful you could become.

The world is full of hate, evil, anger, destruction, and death. These things are allowed by each and every citizen of the world who stands back and does nothing but complain and whine about the problem. Racism is a myth, a way to divide the masses from uprising against the rich, because the true rich come in all colors and dont really care about the issues of the common man. The world will never be a better place until people make it that way. Until the media is not the only source of information for the masses, and until a generation comes forth and fights for what we all desire, peace. Every race is beautiful and unique. White people are very smart and have great business acumen, Black people are creative and agile full of all the color of the world, Brown people or Spanish / Hispanic people are full of joy and love to engage in merriment and fun. Red people are of the earth and give spiritual enlightement to the masses. Yellow people are disciplined and technical, they understand that aside from race the earth must advance. Every color has a strong point, but we exploit the weakness of humankind and blame each individual race. Until the end of time we can fight each other or we can fight for a better future and end the end nothing will matter because man is limited by time. The end is the same for everyone, so while you waste the precious little time you have on earth fighting and dying you could be enjoying this bountiful place living in peace with your fellow man. The truth is we dont want peace, man has needed chaos since the days of Adam and Eve. So my suggestion is this, those of you who want to truly enjoy life do so, and pray to your God for protection until the day he brings you home. And for those of you who want to live with anger and hate, and feed into the propaganda of racism, religion, and division remember this the one who created you will judge you also. May he find that your actions on earth are not worthy of hell.

Build more prisons and take them off the streets.
