This has been going on for many generations, it's in their blood, it's nothing new..what needs to be done is they need to be debugged and shown that there is a beter way...most of these kids get caugt up in these gangs because they like the fast money and the acceptance, we need to catch these kids while they are still young not when they are teens....basically I guess we need to start with the Parenst (the Veteranos). on both the Black and Latino side..How wonderful it would be If they only knew how powerful these tow races are and how they could make a positive change in the world....

Comment: I don't understand gangs...Theres another group of people in the world who kill on behalf of their beliefsand skin color And those people are called Terrorist. What do they solve by killing people? They are abunch of kids that have nothing else to do in their spare time besides cause problems and start trouble. Theres really nothing we can do with Gangs. you send them to Jail and they start gangs in Jail doing the same things they did out of jail cause problems. I think there should be a passing lane to the death penalty for these terrorist. But that's just my opinion. Hmm: a structured organization of individuals that promote violence, fear and mayhem. Does this sound familiar to anyone else? Why not declare these people and these gangs as terrorists, round up anyone sporting a blue du-rag or a Latin Kings or F13 symbol, ship them to Guantanamo and waterboard the bastards? Hey, if anyone deserves to be tortured and killed just for the sake of being tortured and killed, it's these people. Better yet, how about letting them loose in an arena where the audience is behind bullet-proof glass, give them a bunch of weapons and watch them kill each other? The Romans enjoyed it.
Seriously, though, we need to employ some harder-core tactics with these gangs. Remember the montage in 'Tombstone' where Wyatt Earp systematically hunts down members of the Cowboy gang ("I see anyone with a red sash, I shoot 'em on sight!"). Why not employ such a system today? These gangs are practically reverting these neighborhoods to the Wild West. Why not use Wild West law enforcement tactics? And seriously, ship them to Guantanamo. Don't get me wrong: let's still try to use gang prevention programs to prevent new gang members from being created, but let's employ some severe tactics as well for the gang members already in existence committing these horrendous crimes; a few big sticks to go with our carrots.

I don't see why everyone is so concerned with skin color. Who cares if you are white, black, or latino? We are all humans with hearts and minds. God loves every one of us the same. Violence never solves anything.
