·POWELL'S CASE:Saddam wants to extend his airborne reach far beyond U.N. limits. At one missile-test site, Powell said, "Iraq has built an engine test stand ... larger than anything it has ever had." Powell also reported the 300-mile test flight of an unmanned aerial vehicle.
·THE BOTTOM LINE:U.N. inspectors describe the missile-test site as "abandoned." But there are many signs that Iraq is working on forbidden ballistic missiles.
