Amen, Smole. There is definitely some backlash action going on here. It seems that all the atheists have grown up and are preparing for their own inquisition. Two wrongs don't make a right.
Now let's talk boats, people!

I think it's a great that apart of the Italy lost history was found. Uncovering the treasures from the past can help; uncover the mysteries of the future. Now, how the crew members perish will tell more about the geography and what can come from the area.
There are many concerns with closing the station, global warming and is history lying about the Romans having trade ships. These are all great factors and the government has its responsibility to assure the public and release facts about global warming affects, redirecting traffic and the history uncovered.
I believe research should have been done on the area before the station was built. The government knew the waterway system was there. With the proper research time and jobs could have been spared.
The main concern is with the removal of the excess water. That can not be a good thing. If there is water still there, the earth as preserved it for a reason. What is the reason? One reason may have to do with global warming. Maybe the area will once again become full of water for the usage of the people. But, to remove the water that may cause excessive damage to the earth causing earth quake???s that can become Tsunami???s affecting the world and even more truth from the bible, the world will end with fire from and volcano explosion.
Now, to the facts about history trading has been going on since civilization/kingdom???s has been established and civilization was established before Christ. Many people think of the Roman???s as just warriors trying to conquer the world. But, before Kings wanted to be Warrior Lords, life was about peace and respect for the fellow, which is a Common Law adopted by the world. Each kingdom should the other respect with trading, to have peace. First, they did across land by feet and then cattle and then by boats. Using the canals as passage the boat/ship where use for good until the King became Warrior Lords.
I hope this passage help many and their answers.

???noun Astronomy. the observation and study of the planet Mars.
Perhaps this is what you meant? Did they find any boats on Mars?
What's logical and rational about the Evolutionism that we stuff down our kids throat? Still waiting to see the evidence. Still waiting for someone to let the kids think about it for themselves instead of forcing them to accept it mindlessly. Personally, I have no respect for hypocrites.
I like the boat story. Hope they find more interesting things there.
Complimenti to all those working in this proyect. Ships tell us very much about economic history in general and comerce in particular. As a historian and history teacher al Universidad de Lima (Per??), and being Roman Economic history one of my favorite subjects, I would appreeciate If someone could give me clues to read more about the advances in this proyect.

Global warming has occurred in the past, temperatures have flunctuated for thousands, actually millions of years. This is due in large part to volcanic activity and possibly large meteors hitting the earth. We know that temperatures have changed drastically by reading history recorded by different civilizations at the same time. We can date these records with significant natural events like volcanic eruptions. Unfortunately, we humans have populated the earth so quickly, earth can not keep up with us. We may not destroy out earth any time soon, but why not try to fix the problems we have such as polluted rivers and limiting emmisions. Not only will this help with so called Global warming, but wouldn't it be better for our health. For our own selfish reasons, we should do more.
Ariological? Enlighten me, Kavro.
So one of you is a Moron and the other an idiot.. just point and show which so we don't have to hear any more drivel please.
Now that that is out of the way.. yes, it is an amazing ariological find that will be examined from both physical and socialogical sides.
How is it that you profess to know anything about religion? No one has ever forced me to believe anything, yet here you are incessantly slamming other people's faiths! Keep it up and you'll most assuredly find that "imaginary place" called hell.
As for the ships, I've seen the transit system, and they really need an overhaul anyway. They were breaking ground for the rail when they discovered this. It may take some time to excavate and create hassel traveling, but it's time to make a judgement call. If the find is important to history, people are just going to have to buck-up and wait until it's completely excavated in an area and removed, before building the rail through. Or you're going to have to divert the rail. both will be costly and time consuming. You'll just have to wait. Otherwise, continue the dig around the area and deem what's under the rail a loss. Yes, it's unfortunate, but if the priority for city survival and people to thrive is more important, it's just going to have to be an acceptible loss. Many more things have been lost by circumstance because people unknowingly destroyed it. It's happened for centuries, and it won't stop. Feel bad for the loss and move on. They already accidentally bisected a boat.
Hey people. This is an article about sunken ships from Tsunamis. I don't want to hear about how Global Warming affected these people who lived in the 5th century BC. Global Warming has nothing to do with peace, unless a tree can vote. Gore's political so it makes sense to give him the peace prize, even when he hasn't averted the current war. Good job at buying a prestigious award. You're forced to share it anyway, and I don't really care.
Wow!!! I'm always intrigued by this kind of archeological findings!
This is a great find, and a significant piece of history. What does global warming heve to do with this? By the way, I remember when I was a kid up here in Wisconsin that we always had waist and even chest deep snow; we hardly get more than a foot or two now.
This is a great discovery of historical signifigence! What does it have to do with global warming? I know that the earth is getting warmer because when I was a kid the snow used to get chest high and now we only get a couple of feet.
JDelaware324, it's sad that you aren't able to see the difference between science and religion. In science we study, measure, investigate, and otherwise look at facts and then we think about the results of our studies in a logical and rational manner. In religion you are told not to investigate or question but to merely listen and regurgitate what the wacko religious nuts tell you to think. Any questioning or examination of what you are told is being unfaithful and this will result in your punishment in hell or someother bad secret imaginary place that noone can ever see or hear or find any evidence of.

BTW, I never said the boats were invisible, I said we couldn't see them.
