Comment: This article, "Hillary's Paper Chase...", eloquently explains the real Hillary. This is the same Hillary that attacks and distorts, with fearmongering the real issues--Health care, Iraq, the environmnet, national security, to name but four. The truth is that Hillary is just 'more of the same."
Hillary's so called "comeback" is only the last fluttreings of a fish out of water. Barack is still ahead delegate-wise.
There is a California Court Case, against the Clintons that is not completely out in the open. When this trials, which have been kept hushed by the general Mass Media, are finally in the open, the real Hillary and her machinations, will surface, and the American voters wkill know whom to vote for in the rest of the primaries.
See the follwong websites for more details about the California court case agianst the Clintos and be enlightened.:
    l. Gateway Pundit <em> Paul Case againsts Bil Clinton Will...
    2. Superior Court for the State of California County of Los Angeles.
These websigtes are real eye-openers about the real Hillarhy.
Wake-up voters!! Hillary Clinton is just MORE OF THE SAME.

Comment: the papers will not be released before the election takes place and then maybe not then . this is the age of information and the papers could be put up on a web page in about three weeks for all to see . If the Clintonds show us all the papers she will lose the nomination , the Clinton ship will sink in less time then the Titanic took to sink.. The truth is not in this woman at all.

Comment: the papers will not be released before the election day , you can be sure of that . the Clintons will not let the press or any one else see those papers in their entirety . to release the papers all of them would sink the Clinton ship in about 15 minutes and she would not stand a chance of getting even the nomination much less the presidents job. I can't bel;ieve that the papers can not be released in a timely faswhion after all do we not live in the information age , they could be put on a web [page for all to see in as little as three weeks

Bolstering the reporter???s claims with only quotes from Judicial Watch is weak? Where is the balance. i.e. where are the quotes from Archives officials and Bruce Lindsey?

Theft, Conspiracy to defraud the Government, backroom deals with foreign nations outside the public eye in violation of the LOGAN ACT "sunshine law" which is a Felony by the way to commit. and the proof keeps on stacking up, but nobody has the nerve to stand up to these criminals!

Comment: I do not care that she is a woman. What i do care about and have heard no one comment about is this. Should the wife or husband of a former president be allowed to be president? Is this not a way for someone the legaly be president more terms then allowed by law? President by proxy?

  • Posted By: bobolive @ 11/09/2007 1:15:45 AM

Comment: I do not belive that her being a woman is fine. What I have not heard anyone talk about is this. I fell there should be a law in place that prevents the spouse of a former president from becoming the president is this not the chance to be president again be proxy?

Comment: Three million documents!!! What happened to VP Al Gore on his forklift proclaiming how much goverment paperwork he had reduced. This is a good example of how she will sink us all in bureaucracy with her notions of plans and programs the federal government needs to control our lives.

And by the way, if she is so intelligent, can anyone name any beneficial or pacesetting legislation she has written or sponsored while being a senator? Or was her term in the senate strictly a means of introduction to the presidential election.....ah...not so intelligent, but maybe a bit crafty!

Comment: Hillary and Bill, so yesterday...ZZZZZ

  • Posted By: Iam21Dreams @ 11/08/2007 6:47:48 AM

Comment: First of all, the documents aren't so pressing that the fact that it will take time for them to be released shouldn't matter. The only reason its brought up is because it's something people want simply because they cannot have. (Right NOW) Second - Bill Clinton may not have lived up to American ideals on morals and values, but he did an excellent job as president of our country, with Hillary there beside him. She is an intelligent woman, her great character shows through. What's the difference if she is a woman or not? All that should matter is how well we believe she can run our country, and at this point, I'm SURE she can do much much better than George Bush. Not to mention, having been the 1st lady, she has firsthand experience where another does not.

    • Posted By: ginamlaster @ 03/24/2008 18:07:41

Comment: I don't understand. If she has this so-called "wealth" of foreign policy experience gained from the time in her husband's White House, why wouldn't she rush to get that information to the public? How she spent her time in the White House has been well documented. With her campaign in this much trouble, does it make sense that we should have to wait this long for the documents that could prove her time was spent managing affairs of state? She is clearly stonewalling, and her supporters should really be asking themselves why. It doesn't make any sense that she would, since that information would be exactly what she needs to rub Obama's nose in her achievements. They would make it possible to convince her critics once and for all that her 35 years of experience is documented and a matter of public record. This is not a woman who allows people to keep her waiting, especially when she is waging the political fight of her life. The ONLY reason this is taking so long is because those papers will show that she embellished her resume quite a bit, and that will kill her "experience" argument for good.

    • Posted By: MarkieBee @ 11/13/2007 13:45:10

Comment: So Laura Bush should be running for the Repugnantcan nomination? She has just as much first lady experience as Hillary. This whole papers issue is rooted in the fact that Hillary keeps on trotting out her experience that reaches back "35 years." Obama called her on her BS and basically said, "show us your papers that outline your involvement in the legislative process that has given you 35 years of experience." And she can't

Comment: To the Americans, before voting or considering a woman as a president, I would highly suggest that you research more on this issue. Having had two women presidents never made life easier to us Filipinos. I hope that you are not considering Sen. Clinton for president just because she is a woman. Consider her past and her convictions on several issues that are important to you. Think back if she has been consistent with her stand and has never shown to waive or give in under intense pressure. But of course, this should apply to all other candidates vying for your votes.

Remember in 1988 when Al Gore attacked Michael Dukakis???s ???prison furloughs??? which George Bush Snr, later used with success against Dukakis. Hillary likewise has been grievously wounded by Sen. Chris Dodd of Connecticut who attacked her support for Gov. Eliot Spitzer's unpopular plan for driver's licenses for illegal immigrants and Sen. Barack Obama of Illinois, who said ??? throughout this campaign, you have repeatedly emphasized your experience as first lady." "However, by refusing to authorize an expedited release of the records from your time in Washington, you are preventing the American people from thoroughly reviewing that experience." Hillary???s wound has been opened, a slow hemorrhaging has commenced, even if Democrats don't notice. And like Dukakis, she will not win.

Comment: Strange isn't it that if Hillary is the smartest woman in the world, wouldn't those unreleased documents prove it? On the other hand their reticience in releasing makes people ask what does Hillary have to hide? Deals, stupidity, i.e. she's not the smartest woman in the world?

  • Posted By: forthetruthforever @ 11/07/2007 12:55:22 PM

It is amazing how people still blindly follow that guy and his scare tactics. Although our current threats are different than what they were and are coming from different parts of the world today's world is no scarier than most of the 20th century. Comment: What is exactly wrong with President Bush? Not a darn thing in my book !!! Just what do you consider important and valuable to you? Freedom among any of them? President Bush has been the hardest hit President in History, beginning with 9/11, then natural weather disasters. Did you not read those articles? Americas economy remains standing, and has continued to stand since he took office, in view of all that has taken place in this country. Are you one of those people who can't think for themselves, can't look a darn thing up, so you side with all the negative hype? The Democrats are cheating this country by not abiding by policies and rules that work, not even to update fairly. They are out to change them with their own untested and untried - imaginations. This may work in the short range of things, but in the long range they will cause total collapse. BET ME, BECAUSE I ALREADY KNOW!

Comment: I voted for Bush twice and quite honestly I am embarassed at how long it took me to quit defending the guy and wake up to the realization that he was doing a horrible job and that there was slim chance that he would ever turn it around. Granted, Bush has had monumental challenges to deal with that many other presidents haven't. But, he's also has made some monumental mistakes that he continues to stand by.

Maybe Hillary would make an ok President...the problem is it is impossible to gain that confidence. She is intentionally the most obfuscated candidate from either party. I have no confidence that what she says on any given day has any bearing on what she really feels is the right thing to do. She's a HUGE unkown. I guess that's one advantage Bush has over Clinton...you certainly know where he stands, whether you like it or not.

Comment: What on Earth does Obama have to do with Hillary's White House papers? This has nothing to do with him. This has everything to do with the conflict between her claims to years of experience but her unwillingness to release the very documents that could prove her claims. You're seeing what you want to see, but the truth is that Hillary is getting desperate and seeing her stalled campaign go down the drain. don't believe me. Calculate the numbers for yourself. Numbers don't lie, but apparently Hillary does.

I was born into a very liberal democrat household, but the more I watch and listen to today's candidates, especially Hillary, the more I search for alternatvies. Choosing the lesser of evils, still leaves you with evil. I like that Huckabee guy - I hope he wins the GOP spot - I would vote for him.

  • Posted By: staffguy63 @ 11/05/2007 12:53:23 PM

Comment: Sure we should start bringing troops home from Iraq. We won. Civilian deaths have fallen to the lowest levels ever, to about a rate of 25 a day - the same as South Africa. Afghanistan is stabilizing as we drive the terrorists from the country. Under Bush the the deficit fell and the economic growth right now is a direct result of those tax cuts that bush gave. And it was a flat rate cut, meaning that all Americans got back the same percentage of their taxes - thus people who paid more got back more. Hillary is proposing massive socialist programs that will make the war's cost and FEMA's buracracy look like child's play. Bush is not a Great president, but hillary will be a terrible one.

They already abused the power and dignity of the office and it amazed me that Hillary was voted in as a Senator anywhere at all! I would welcome a woman President--but let's get one that can do justice to the Job.

When Bush came on board he gave back all these dallors to the rich. Then he started the war we are in now and are getting all of our boys killed for no reason at all.. Why is Obama and the rest of his peere so against Hillary. It is because she is a women and is leading in the campaign. What does

Obama know about being president. I would not vote for him. He thinks he knows it all. I'm sorry but he is
nothing but a loud mouth. He thinks he's such a good Christainbut he is'nt. He is just running a negative

Comment: A Clinton nomination is the only chance the Republicans have of winning. She's not drawing in any moderate Republicans or independents. Guiliani/Huckabee are praying for the chance to run against her. Campaign experience doesn't matter if most of the country simply does not like her. If she does get elected she will continue to divide this country for all the wrong reasons. God forbid she play the gender card throughout her presidency. Can you imagine that? Think she'll hand back all the power Cheney has hoisted up to the executive? It's time to get past the baby-boomer b.s. and elect a true statesman. Not the same old tired politics of big money, shady deals and special interests. She's two faced and can't be trusted. FOX's ratings will skyrocket and the GOP will be stronger than ever. We need fresh ideas. Nostalgia is a weak reason to vote Clinton.

  • Posted By: icgirl @ 11/05/2007 9:55:20 AM

Comment: Excuse me, she is not for passing out driver's licenses to "illegals" - she is for allowing governors of states to do what they need to do - including this - in the utter absence of any federal immigration policy that is comprehensive, meaningful, and effective. Obama and others say the same thing. That's why her #s aren't going down because of this. It's a false issue. Did she answer clumsily under fire? Sure. But did she answer in a way that will hurt her at all? No. States' rights responses are never going to hurt in an appreciable sense in a general presidential.

    • Posted By: MarkieBee @ 11/13/2007 13:52:52

Comment: SHE HASN'T ANSWERED THE QUESTION! We still don't know what she thinks about licenses for illegals. All she said is she knows what Spitzer is trying to do. At least Obama said where he stands. As a huge Obama supporter I disagree with him on this issue, but there is no perfect candidates. Only great ones (Obama) and fatally flawed ones (Hillary).

Comment: On a historical note : for those of you who did not know this tad bit of information. Bill Clinton sped-up the process to our countries recession, and soon to be national depression. Hilary thinks and acts just as her husband does politically. Granted, President Bush hasn't been doing so well lately when it comes to running the country. On the other hand, though, he's trying to cover-up mistakes done by Bill Clinton while he was in office. We really need to look at who we ourselves would vote for to be president.

P.S. : A quick reminder . . . who contolled Iran years back . . . I'll wait . . . thats right, a woman. Nothing against women, but in the history of the world usually when a woman runs a country, they base it off of emotions. Emotions get people killed, think about that while your voting for a man-hater called Hilary Clinton to go into office.

    • Posted By: angelus1967 @ 11/05/2007 13:16:08

Comment: Your comments are ridiculous at best. Why would Bush be covering mistakes made by Bill Clinton? That makes no sense at all. And we are supposed to believe that Clinton policies from eight years ago are still driving the economy in this country? That would make Bush even more ineffectual that he already is because it would mean that he couldn't even make his economic policies work after this many years in office. I would be very interested in knowing where your information comes from; I would like to know what Bush is covering for Clinton about and how Bill Clinton is STILL running the economy of this country.
As for countries run by women don't forget that Margeret Thatcher was one of Ronald Reagan's staunchest allies when she ran Great Britain in the 80s.

Comment: NONE of this matters! Hillary has already provided the GOP with ALL the ammunition they need to sink her presidential campaign once she becomes the nominee: She is FOR giving the PRIVILEDGE of a drivers license to ILLEGAL immigrants, something 80% of Americans (must include a lot of Dems and independents) are AGAINST. Her papers mean nothing, Iraq will be much calmer, the 2008 election will come down to ILLEGAL IMMIGRATION.... and the GOP will probably win in a landslide.

I want a President that has My best interests at heart and 20 years of bush and clinton politics are enough. lets get a new fresh thought process brewing in the house. I do admit I voted for Bush but now we are getting it in the backside. Al Gore is not the answer he has the brains of a sewer rat, Billary is not the answer she's as crooked as a bucket of guts, the ex mayor of new york there's as winner NOT, John Macain is almost a winner but is to friendly to Bush, and the list goes on. I like to think I am a smart voter as I have masters in poli-sci, but when you don't have a choice I guess you do what most of us do and try to vote for the best canidate( THE LESSER OF 2 EVILS). I hope it comes down to Thompson and Obama. They seem to be the least PROFFESIONAL of the canidates, not in the qualifications but in their political ways. I do know that hillary has made herself out to be the next queen as I have follower the clintons quite closely over the years. All of her comment over the years have been leading to this moment in time, but one stands clear and I'll leave you with this thought. She said when she became 1st lady " Doctors make to much money, " At the time doctors made $180,000 per year of which $120,000 went to malpratice ins. Hillary made $550,000 the year prior as a lawer. think long and hard before you vote for her and do your research.

Comment: I love posts that blame "Neocons", Bush, old elections in order to avoid the questions about hillary. Hillary is, was and will continue to be the worst nightmare this country may have to endure. To Dems and liberals looking at her to restore the White House to some convulsed past, be careful, you will get more than you dream for with Hillary, the dream will be like a bad burrito mixed with soap to digest.

Comment: Once again we have the Clinton lovers here bashing republicans that think that Hillery would be the worst thing that ever happened to this country. Whining and crying about the 2000 election again, because they can't remember history, where every count that they had came up with Bush as the winner. Democrats just wanted to keep on counting in hopes that more hanging chads would fall off and somehow, Algore could become president.
My prediction is this. If Hillery gets the nod for the democrat nomination, watch for Al Gore to jump in as an independent, to foil Hillery just like Ross Perot got in to keep Clinton in the White House.
One more thing GWBasher.....whether you like it or not, Bush got way more votes that Bill Clinton ever got in either of his elections, so stop whining.

Comment: I don't ever use those issued to avoid questions about Hillary Clinton. I don't like any of the candidates from EITHER side but at this point we need someone to fix the damage that Bush has done to this country. I don't know who can do that but I can say that Bush did NOT get more votes than Gore no matter how counting went. And it WAS Bush who had us invade another country under false pretenses and outright lies. The middle class in this country is in worse shape than it was before Bush was elected and now he is digging in his heels and trying to steer us into another war in the Middle East. By my reconing that makes Bush the worst thing that has ever happened to this country. We as American citizens deserve better!

Comment: While the Neocons here promote their anti-Christ theories about Hillary they forget about their best man who have turned this country on it's head. In 7 years there hasn't been anything positive about Bush Cheney that can overcome the negative. One thing Hillary has that you Neocons don't. A clean slate to work with. With the experience of Bill Clinton who did what he said he would for the middle class. It didn't take voter fraud for him to get elected. Remember the majority of people who voted didn't vote for Bush.

Look at the bills passed by Bill Clinton, they said communism all over them, and sped up our countries process to a recession soon to be national depression(at least economically).

Comment: re: the permanent name: What are you talking about? Since when does woman sleeping with a woman (which is actually just a nasty rumor) have ANYTHING to do with communism? And I can't remember any bills that President Clinton signed that were anywhere close to communism. Even granting that (which i don't) how can bills signed by a President eight years ago affect economic policy today? Seems to me that the Repubs have much to answer for when it comes to the current economic situation. The mortgage crises that happened on thier watch is what will pull us into recession or depression.

She will say anything, go to any lengths and bring out any tactic to achieve her self proclaimed birthright to become President. If this happens her enemies and opponents better watch out. She will squash and destroy them with the full weight of the executive office. She has more skeletons in her closet and more hidden agendas and baggage than JFK airport. Take her down America.

Comment: Sandy Berger is being rewarded by the Clintons for hiding important documents. He is among the many friends of Hill and Bill that end up with criminal records after being with them. Hillary doesn't want anything real known about her or she would be dumped and she knows it. Her Senate campaign was a joke with her secret service protecting her from any questions . Rick Lazio tried to walk near the Queen herself and was attacked by the press. She is used to hiding papers in her closet that have been ordered by the courts to be released - let alone the cases she had shredded before she left Arkansas. This woman is a crook and has the goods on everyone- the FBI files have been downloaded and in her possession since all her buddies from her law firm came to Washington- oh except Vince Foster that didn't make it when he wanted to clear the air on Hill's investments. OOPS- we will never see these papers - in fact it is probably time for an office to catch on fire in Arkansas........

The Clinton machine then destroys the accuser as being NEGATIVE! Is this what America wants again??Come on people - wake up and smell the Clinton odor.

Here in Seattle, our King County Chair witheld documents on the Kingdome (because he claimed it was unsound and would come down in an earthquake, which the documents proved would not happen...) but the powers that be wanted to spend 1.2 Billion on new sports complexes (lots of union jobs, lots of taxes, hurray!) ... anyway, lawsuit, person won, initial fines totaled 1.2 million dollars (one dollar per page, per day)...

our government runs out in the open.

Hillary is claiming that she did all this hard work, traveling the globe, running the country. I want to see exactly what she did. Why did she need two full 747s to go to Africa in the waning days of Bill's presidency? She made no political stops...looked like a vacation to me...maybe something in her papers will tell us what she did at your expense...

Hillary would be the biggest mistake in the history of big mistakes. She has never ever run something as large as a post office and she wants to run the biggest company on the planet?

The White House should not be turned over to an intern.

If she actually did some serious policy work, fine, show us. I don't believe you. You and your husband have lied your entire careers. Prove me wrong. Release your documents.

Open public meetings. Open public documents. Health care is not a state secret. It will not put our troops in harms' way if these documents are released. Why won't she release them until 2009? Simple, there is some pretty damaging information.

Bush clinton bush clinton (jeb) bush (chelsea) clinton (jorge) bush... We do not have a dynastic rule. We can do better than have two families rotate in the white house.
