You know besides not having health care Millons of Americans don't have Cell Phones. Why don't we give everybody a cell phone
Millions of Americans are homless lets build them free houses to live in
Millions of Americans don't have Cable/Satilite in their homes. I say lets give everyone free cable or satilite TV and throw in HBO and all the other extra channels
Sounds stupid? So does Universal health care
In two minutes your appendix could burst. Will you have health coverage? If not, the medical bill for an emergency appendectomy is over $35,000. That's THIRTY-FIVE-THOUSAND DOLLARS!!!
Walking through life for a day without health insurance is setting yourself up for failure.
What sounds mind bogglingly stupid is conflating wireless phones and television with healthcare and homes, and insisting that a "culture of hatred" can be changed at gunpoint.
All the candidates talk about change like we've never heard that before...do they really believe we're idiots...we know that once they get into office they won't be able to do anything either - so what if someone came a long and really could make a difference...how would we know...I don't think we would know or believe they could do anything, but what if they accidently did win the Presidency...do you really think our system will allow a new, fresh thinker (black, white, male, female straight or gay) to make a 'real' difference...we can't worry only about our selves any more...everything is global...and the candidates talk like we're going to be giving something to our children...Please...the only thing we will give our children (politically speaking) is more gridlock, more beauracracy and more fingerpointing...
When I was young...I dreamed that my vote could make a change...then I watched Jack being killed on televison...years later a little older...they killed Martin and Bobby...guess I realized that my vote didn't really control a lot...but I voted, and voted through the years - some good decisions and some not so good decisions - God help us all now...their all cut of the same cloth...and before I say goodbye...why does someone who has countless millions in the bank 'waste' their money to pay for advertising to win an office that they won't be able to change anything...I can think of a hundred different ways this 'wasted' money could have been invested into some really good things for our country - and I don't mean a border....
About spending personal finances, I agree. HOWEVER, Mitt Romney has repeatedly faced tremendous odds and has always had more success than one would guess. Mitt Romney believes he can come to the aid of the country he loves the way he knows best.
see for yourself www.mittromney.com
this is no name-calling or defamation of character. this is Romney's proposals and credentials.
Why would you want to raise taxes and slow the economy? Government cant make economic progress only slow it down. We need some rules and some taxes for what is needed for major items. But raising taxes hurts us all. JFK proved this in the 60's and Reagan again and now Bush did also. If we had not cut taxes after 911 we would have a much worse econmic situation.
All politicans need to stop this talk of raising taxes it is scaring people. Let the free market work out the problems! Government can only make it worse. Government needs to get out of the way. Run the State Dept and Defense and build roads and regulate commerence. Talk to China about unfair Trade and stop Mexico from sending its problems here. I love Mexicans but they must come legally, peroid end of discussion. Mexico doesnt tolderate illegals why should we?
I like what I am hearing!!! Are you running for president? MITT ROMNEY will take care of these things for us. Let's give Mitt ROMNEY four years, I promise they won't be any worse than they've been.

Gob Bless America and god bless The Clinton's. It will take a mighty force to dig this country out of the current mess we're in. Clinton-party of two!!!!!
Can Bill be the Vice-President?
Yes, He could. However, the only way I would make him Vice-President is if he was on the same ticket as MITT ROMNEY. Give Romney four years and we will beg him to run for re-election! This guy is serious smarts, see for yourself : www.mittromney.com
I agree with you. If Democratic party pick Hillary as a nominee, I am switching to Republican in general election. I also DO NOT want another Republican in White House but more then that I DO NOT want Hillary.
Give ROMNEY four years, You WILL be pleasantly surprised. If not, don't re-elect him.
If people look at John McCain's political ideas, they will see that he is a great choice for president, unfortunaely, people think just because he is republican means that he is going to be just like bush. Just because two people are brother and sister, doesn't mean they agree on the exact same things and that their going to want to do the same thing in office. I actually think that the mass disapproval of bush would make Republicans more wary of going to war and also they would try to improve the nation to make up for the problems with the last presidency.
Give ROMNEY four years, You WILL be pleasantly surprised. If not, don't re-elect him.

I have a huge problem with American dynasties. Why didn't Hilary consider this when deciding to run this year?? Doesn't she see the problem with a Bush-Clinton-Bush-Clinton series of presidents. That's nearly 25 years of the same TWO families running America!! It just seems ridiculous to me! Nothing is going to really change unless we put someone NEW into power who has no affiliation with the last 3 presidents.
Thank you, Barack Obama, for putting hope in the hearts of Americans, fighting the good fight, and giving us the chance to choose a leader who will give us fresh perspective!!
P.S. As a woman, there is nothing I"d like to see more than having a woman as President. I just think Hilary is the wrong choice.

I dont know what part of the country charliestate comes from, but he does not obviously understand the south. Black vote black (obviously look at Obama's win, and Oprah's endorsement, and too many others to count) and white vote white. Race i still unfortunately a big issue here in the USA. Let's hope people will vote for compitence, and ability, not just hope, and good speeches.

On the economy, the Clinton's had good timing with the economy. They did not create the boom of the early 90's, it was simply the internet big bang that gave rise to all the new jobs. If H.W. Bush had been re-elected, he would have been honest enough to acknowledge the internet's primary role on the economic boom. While people may disagree with H.W. Bush, they like him as a man, especially as time goes on. I can't say the same for Bill Clinton.
Right now, the country is running such a huge deficit, it's not funny. The budget deficit is one thing, and then we have the national debt. When you look at the national debt, think about the interest that is being paid to support that debt. Where do you think the money comes from to pay that interest? Our taxes, of course, I could go on and on, but I don't want to depress the readers. We need a president who has the experience to take care of these and many, many other problems. Change is good, but a lot of hard work needs to be done right now. I'll most likely vote for a candidate with experience.

Just because McCain is a vetran doesn't make him have the perfect solution to the Iraq war, homeland security or chasing bin laden. He has experience being a POW, something we'll feel like when our economy continues to get worse and worse. MITT ROMNEY has experience saving business' in financial turmoil, and he wants to improve our government for us. He wants to offer us something other than the same crap we've been eating for the last eight years. p.s. I'm a Christian. VOTE ROMNEY!!!
the best thing about Bush, any of them, is that they will hopefully very soon all be returned home. where they should stay, and should've stayed.
the best thing about the bushes is that they are all hopefully goin back home very soon, where they should stay, and should've stayed all along. period.

Sorry, But the Clinton did have somthing to do with the boom in the 90's. He and Alan Greenspan ran a campaign on TV where they lied to the american people saying " It's a new economy." Funny how the "new economy" looked an awful lot like the old one. It's a well know fact that when people hear somthing often enough they eventually start to believe it.
obviously race and gender aren't going to be the main things factored into a person's vote but i think that even in this day that they are considered
We live in most civilized society in the world. We don't vote for a candidate because they are black or white, men or woman......We should vote for a candidate that appear to be trusted and more sincered. Obviously not Hillary.
Obviously, so far, Obama is the best out of all. Whether we vote for him or not, his skin color should not be an issue. We don't vote for a candidate because he or she is black or white, male or female. Remember, we live in the most civilized society on earth and that is the United State of America.
It boggles my mind that anyone would even consider voting for Hillary..I am a successful businesswoman..and would never consider it.
It is so blatantly apparent that the only things the Clintons care about are their own financial and political gains... Get real America... They are sociopathic at best..
Obama seems like a nice guy???but do you want a nice guy??? as president
Edwards is a hypocrite
Gulianni can???t win due to his current wife and past wives
McCain???. Maybe
Romney???.maybe
Fred Thompson does not have chance
Ron Paul??? I like!!!
well eather way u look at it it will be history, if clinton is elected she will be the first lady to become president, If Obama wins he will be the first african american to take the chair. The problen with Obama is he does not have as much experience as clinton she was behind bill when he was in office, I think that if Obama ends up in office they will to bully him out the white house.....let just say good luck to the bouth of them.. in the 2008 campaign
