Comment: God knows I'm tired of hearing about the black men's sufferings. Truth is suffering is part of live although blacks I've had more. I'm a black man myself, but we as Africans need to do more. I live in the U.S. and all I hear grown, able black men say is "the white is trying to keep me down" when the truth is they aren't even there for their kids. Stop blaming and start doing!
Comment: Linda, you are absolutely right on target. The USA, Russia, and China have economically invaded the continent of Africa and could care less about Africans as a people. When have the USA, Russia, and China ever cared about the plight of the black race in Africa. They are there for one reason and one reason only, to suck the land dry of its natural resources while religious, ethinic, social issues, healthcare issues, and poverty destroys the people from within. They actually need the chaos that civil wars bring in order to keep the continent destablized so that they will not be resisted by the majority of the corrupt leaders in charge. They are not interested in "Democracy". The "Super Powers" are there to line there companys that are over there with a continual flow of oil, minerals, and farmland so that they can eventually set up military bases in the region expand their empires. Jesus said, "That his eye is everywhere beholding the evil and the good". USA, Russia, and China may fool the World, but there is a recorded being kept in heaven that neither of them can tamper with.

Jesus Christ gave the called Ministers of his gospel to: "Preach repentance and remission of sins." As a minister of the gospel, (Which is good news), is to preach to sinners to let them know where they are wrong and how to amend their ways unto "The Living God." That Living God came in the form of "Jesus Christ." who died for our sins, and to redeem us back to the God that created us. And upon your repentance for the sins that God hate, that God will receive you again. But if you refuse, you will indeed, see his wraft to come...

OUR WORLD is in great trouble worldwide. This globe is being filled with volience and murder. Hate is on the uprise. The earth has taken its toil of pains and grief. Children are being killed, parents are being murdered. Our Government is out of control. Our Media is out of control. Police have taken the laws that were to be in service for the just, and twisted the laws to do wrong themselves. Killing people, and telling lies to cover themsselves in crimes that they committed.

I BACK UP my words as key points of the matters of how men are treating other men of the same blood. We all are of (ONE) blood. When blood is given to saved the life of another man, the doctor, does not ask, "Is that blood from a black man?" "If the blood is from a black man, I don't want it." "Go and get me the blood of a white man."
IT IS WRONG to see other Nations suffer, and not go their rescue. Let them die, children and all, and turn around, go their land or country, and put them in slavery or reap the goods, while they live in all the riches of that land.

Comment: Linda, much of what you say is true. The black man has been mistreated for centuries. Just like you said, Jesus will return and bring justice with him. However from what you have typed, it seemed that you have alot of hate also. Comment: The mighty dollar strikes again (or should I say the falling dollar). Another case of wealth being distributed throughout the world. Who will see the riches, the benefits...another case of America dissolving her power and falling behind the new might that will become, in the future, our global competition for resources, food, investing, etc.
It all comes back to money. Who will win that war? America is complacent and we are sheep led to slaughter from ignorance and indifference, and all the misguided attempts to attract our attention to what is not important here in our backyard. Comment: I find it interesting that other countries can see what has happened to America and seek to put safe guards on their own economies in order to protect them from the same greed and consummer mentality that has caused such a exodous of manufacturing and services to leave the US borders. All too often it is difficult to see the forest for the trees when a person is standing squarely in the middle of the forest, those who view what has happened to the US in recent years can see clearly from the outside, and I am thankful that they share the view with those of us who are still in the forest, being guided by self serving leaders and greedy retailers. Of course, it is also a time of sharing the wealth and lifting those countries which have lagged behind, so perhaps it is a sacrifice which we must endure as Americans, until such time as we have paid the price for our sin to think ourselves equal to those born of privledge. And still, we live in a world where we perceive and believe that on a single piece of paper, which has the characteristics of baring worth, but only that which we give it, can either be $1.00, or $100.00, or even $1000.00, and yet is still the same piece of paper. The only difference is the arangement of ink on it's surface. Who cares who it is that is willing to invest in Africa, so long as there is an influx of wealth and the sharing of it, lifting those poeple of that region in the process to hgiher levels of education and quality of life? It's been long over due in Africa, and those who have gone there before to goble up the resources of that region, have left their mark as to what manner of people they were, and to this day even, bear witness to their presnce there. History will show us too, who the Chinese and Russian people are, as they leave their marks there, weather or not they are a help, or squanderers as has been the case in the past.

When will Whites, learn how to treat their own flesh. Let me explain...(We all have the same blood. maybe different colors, but the same blood. Whether, it be A, B, O, or Ab, O+, blood is blood.
HOW DARE...you hide the Aid Medications that helps one race of people and not the next. HOW DARE...you cause another brother to feel less than another and hold the wealth of this earth from another. HOW DARE...you cause another brother to suffer at your hands, and call him or her (Black' People) less than you are.
AND NOW...you are (Racing) to the very place that you refuse to help people who needed your help years ago, and did not help a dying people who where hurting.

Comment: I see the billions of dollars being exhange for the resources in Africa but, i wonder how much of that money is used to aid against diseases and hunger. Africa has always been full of riches and resources but it along with its people are treated as if it's worth nothing .

Comment: Africa defintely has a lot of minerals and untaped resources. The Russians and Chinese are rushing to Africa to get there share of the wealth. However, are they in for the long haul or in just to reap profits and get out when it get rough. Time will tell what happens, because a lot of the continent hasn't been explored. I think the Western nations needs to monitor whats going on in Africa. I think it will be in there best interest.
Comment: Jeffcon and others: Why do you think that you know something that the CIA, NSA, FBI and the Government do not? Cause you took the time in the middle of your day to read CNN, MSNBC, and free online NewsWeek articles? Granted, your doomsday scenario about the result of having an energy crises of the magnitude you suggest would be nothing short of a catastrophe, but I would speculate that there are alot of things that you personally could do right now, that if replicated nationwide, would completely eleviate all of the pressure that we as a country are under regarding our reliance on many foreign sources for energy. And if you have done everything that you can, why dont you champion that cause as opposed to complaining about issues that you only know about to the extent that the media makes such knowledge available to you?
I would imagine you all have not done any REAL research into what is actually involved in energy independence, and I am always baffled by people who take the approach that complete energy independence is the 'end all be all' solution to our security issues, or even part of it. What would our trading partners do that rely on us to import their energy? Do we say "Screw you" and thats it? Do we then let them turn on us too? Cause right now, at least most of them need us. Or do we want to become so unreliant on foreign energy that we leave it on the open markets so that China and Russia dont have to compete with us for it, and then they can just have it? At least now they are forced to invest!
With regards to A Price's comment about the US always being a day late and a dollar short, I have a question for you: How could we have ever become the most powerful country in the history of humankind if that was the case? And also, did you actually read the article? China is now the SECOND largest aid and trading partner, behind the United States. That means we have gone "into these areas"...
Comment: All below are dead on right. I want an electric car to grid. I want the Nation's rail system brought up to grid as well. I am not nearly as afraid of a reactor than I am the continued operation of Refiner's Sins wrought upon us. Cheney, Bush Condi... all big oil. In Nigeria every so often, a few hundred get killed tapping pipelines for black market fuel, and Oil revenue there has been ripped off by Kleptocrats forever. Comment: I completely agree with Jeffcon's posting. None of the major presidential contenders is making energy independence as important an issue as it is. Up until now all the politicos words have been nothing but hot air. We need to elect a government which is not beholden to the oil companies. America needs energy independence more than any homeland security or immigration reform program. This should be on the scale of a Manhattan project as we did during WWII. If we keep on paying $97-100 for a barrel of oil and multiply that by 15 million barrels a day, how much of that vast sum goes directly into terrorist pockets?
Comment: America has its head in the sand. Unless we deal with our countries energy needs we will be at the mercy of our arch foes Russia and China. Make no mistake about it and think that they are our friends. They are our competitiors and foes. Without energy, our country will go down the tubes. There will be riots in the streets when Americans cannot heat our homes, fill our gas tanks, and lose our jobs because there is no electricity to run our factories (of what we have left) and people lose their jobs and homes. We need to have an Apollo style/size project to make ourselves energy independant and europe and our asians friends energy independant because America can no longer stand alone in this world.
