    This countries inability to notice that all Muslim inhabited countries are bent on the destruction of America. Slightly less than 10% of these countries have people who truly want to live in peace. This is due to non religious feelings, and usually Christian or Jewish backgrounds. Profiling is the key to safety. Putting people and countries in to perspective, based on social class not color, not this left wing liberalism tolerance for everyon.

    MESIII - Get a grip, the entire middle east hates anyone not muslim, all they respect is death and destruction. They would hate us whether or not we supported them or their enemies. Countries have spied on other countries forever, we do it russia does it china does it N korea does it etc...

    Hizbollah never killed a kid or any civillian in lebanon or in any part of the world,but Israel are killing hundreds every day and they are the occupiers they come to someone land and kills for land america is killing Iraqis for oil just because those two terrors have war planes and power thay are killer they must be put behind bars wake up america,america is fallen down Isrel is going to be moved from the world map if they continue in this way... The only two terrors in this world are Bush and jews...........

    How naive are we ...of course these terrorist groups are planting people here ....they are very patient and have one goal that they are bound to achieve...it may take years ...they will not give up. Many are citizens already and will pass their terrorist ideology on to the next generation.

    I'm amazed that the flood gates remain open into this country ....the foxes are already in the hen house disquised as sheep...it's only a matter of time before thay get hungry.

    Well, some of us just need a job, a simple job. We are US-educated and have some of the highest qualifications. We don't even want to get a high-profile job like Prouty got. We just want to work hard, make a living, while contributing to this country. But we are from AFRICA... and it looks like that's a black-sheep (no pun intended) no-no. Americans romanticize with Middle East nationals only to find that Middle-Easterners trick them and steal from them. Remember Ahmed Chalabi - for all the fake intelligence he provided, he was paid about $400,000 a month??? I am an AFRICAN; if I were given a job, I'll work hard for my employer rather than trying to hurt them. Well... what more can I say: you made the bed, you've got to lie in it.

    After spending 2 yrs as a Ranger in VietNam with the 173rd ABN and 101st ABN, receiving a purple heart for a grenade wound, two minor medals for heroism, and a lot of flack for even being in VietNam, I hope I have earned the right to tell many of the people making posts on this thread that their prejudices and hatreds are disturbing and revolting. I suppose it's easy to join the band wagon against all Muslims, and I admit that it is sometimes tempting to do so when one hears about the rejoicing that goes on in 30-50 percent of the populations over there when news of a beheading is heard. But the fact is that this sort of mentality is simply wrong. Hatred is never justified. Prejudices are never justified. Just as the WWII internment of Japanese Americans was a major injustice, so too is the blanket designation of all Muslims as "the enemy". But human beings are very good at rationalizing just about anything. And it's always easier to point your finger of blame and hatred at others, rather than at yourself. It's easy and popular to blame everything on Bush, or on the Muslims, or on "the government", or on Israel, or on whomever else fits your ignorant profile. For my two cents of an opinion, I don't blame these problems on any particular group of people. I blame it on an ATTITUDE that we ALL have: that WE are right, and everyone else is wrong. And if you give it much thought, that is the attitude of the Israelis, Arabs, Americans, Jews, Muslims, Christians, athiests, and certainly many posts on this forum. But I suppose that attitude is necessary though, because how else could we justify our hatred of those who are different from us? The solution is not easy. We may not be able to change the attitudes of those of us who export hatred, but we can look inwards and see that the hatred that we accuse others of exists within ourselves. So let us start by looking at ourselves and cleansing our own attitudes before we start lashing out at others.

    An illegal alien working as a waitress at a shish kabob restaurant in Detroit manages to slip through extensive security background checks, including polygraphs to land highly sensitive positions with the nation's top law enforcement and intelligence agencies. The security guards at airports screening Canadians are more diligent. Perhaps American lawmakers should concentrate on better screening of waitress/CIA operatives instead of Hispanic illegals working in the USA.

    How could this have happened? Human error. Most people are so worried of their own individual lives, they run around like chickens with their heads chopped off, ignoring what is going on around them. A former boss gave me one piece of advice--pay attention to details, even if it seems insignificant. These agencies are not paying attention to details, are not checking out the facts, are basically-incompetant. This is what is in charge of our country's security? My suggustion to americans- learn a foreign langage; teach your kids one or two other languages. And please, pay attention to what is going on around you. Its amazing what I observe, just sitting outside smoking.

    Maybe she just wanted a cool government law enforcement job. Its hard to find people that speak fluent arabic that don't come from that part of the world. Its even harder to find people that come from Lebanon that don't have some sort of connection to Hizbollah. All they seem to know is she looked up computer records about herself and her sister. Ever IRS, FBI, CIA employee has probably done the same thing. If she spied then give her what she deserves. But right now it just looks like CIA CYA.

      Prouty should be stripped of her citizenship which was not legal in the first place. She should be deported, which could be worse than being put to death.

      FYI, Hizbollah is not a Lebanese based organization. I agreee that it is difficult to find someone fluent in Arabic that is not from the Middle East. However, it is not hard to find people from Lebanon that don't have a connection to Hizbollah.

      It is time that "We the people" educate ourselves and come together as a nation. There is NO greater place to live than the US. If you believe there is, then maybe you should try it and see.

        You wrong gov101, there are many better places to live than US, only you, like many other americans don't know that, so you should try and see. But I didn't want to talk about this, I just want to qvote you and than respond;

        There is a problem with that, gov101, most american speak only american english and or mexican spanish as the american arogance toward other languages making them incapable of learning other languages.
        I live in San Diego, El Paso, Miami and NYC. People from other continents like myself speak more than two languages.
        In Asia, South America and specially in Europe where I'm from and still live there, we learn one other laguage in the school (it is mandatory and have nothing to do with freedom) and many of us learn two languages.
        Italian army develop exelent language learning system. Italian service man who was in peace keeping forces in Bosnia 1996-7 learn fluent serbo-croatian language in 9 months with an croatian accent. I em a croatian and I couldn' t hear the deferent. I met the guy at Fort Bliss in El Paso TX. where he was learning among other things, american english.
        Why can't the CIA or FBI do that with american service man and there will be no need to recruit lebanise, iraqi or whom ever and not sleep at night.
