When I drink no OJ or take Vitamin C, I get colds. When I get 500 mg of Vitamin C daily, I do not get colds. When airplane travel is on the schedule, I can plan on a cold 48 hours later unless I have had Vitamin C. It is true my experience that once the cold has been caught, Vitamin C seems to have little impact on severity or duration. I'm just one observation, but I intend to keep getting my Vitamin C, study or no study.
