There must be a human solution to deal with this issue considering the monkeys are considered "sacred". This is sympomatic of a problem that is only going to get worse globally - due to human encroachment on wildlife territory. These animals are just trying to exist in a natural manner - unlike us human beings who create neon and concrete jungles who then become so disconnected to mother nature that we don't even realize how much we are annhilating the planet and other life on a daily basis. It's time for us to be responsible for the way we live - we are not the only living creatures on the planet- we just act like it. When are we going to learn? Do your part to contribute to sustainable and green living!!

There must be a humane way to deal with this problem considering the sacredness of the animal in the country. This is sympomatic of the overall issue of human encroachment into wildlife's territory. We human beings don't own the planet- we just act like we do - at the expense of these animals who are just trying to live a natural existence - in contrast to us who have created our own neon and conrete jungles that leave us disconnected to the planet and the fact that we are annhilating it. These problems will continue to get worse globally. We must find humane solutions to deal with them so that there are not dire conseqences for us as humans or the breeds of the animals that are being affected - who are simply looking suitable land to eat and live off. When are we gong to learn?

.22 long rifle ammunition is very cheap and a lot of varmit hunters from around the world would relish the opportunity to thin these critters out. Also
it would help combat poverty as the revenue taken in would be hugh.

They should set up forging area's outside the city in all directions where there is also water. They could plant some things, and also bring the older produce they pull from the shelves. Bring it to these areas'daily keeping the monkeys away from the city for the most part. They like many animals are loosing their habitats to people population and are just looking for food. The animals that once use to keep their population down in the food chain must have lost their habitats too, causing there not being enough left to control the monkey population natures way.

If India has expanded economic poition to the point that the animals are being pussed out , then they owe it to nature to atleast make attempts to build some sort of zoo program for monkeys or even glorify the monkeys in away by creating a city of monkeys that tourist can see when they come to the country and could possibly one of the biggest natural displays of natures gifts. I think people would be amazed to enter into a city of monkeys:)

Let the Indians deal with their own problems. We don't need to handle the whole world's problem.

These monkeys are sacred to the Hinjue people in India. The Hindu people believe they are decendents of these monkey gods. We should not judge or condem and it turns into almost into a religious debate. It is not up to the America to either judge or dictate what is to be done; once again it may be something that is beyond our moral comprehension.

They should try to put the monkies in a caged of area where they can't get outand so the monkies can still get food and water by themself
