Comment: Barack Obama had the right as a U.S. Senator to go to look at Iraq. He did not. Then, one of his big vote getters was a promise to get us the hell out of Iraq. Now, nominated, he plans to go to Iraq to see if he needs to change his mind. I voted for him principally because he promised to get us the hell out of there. If he goes there and comes back to endorse staying there, then I reserve the right to flush my Obama vote down the toilet.

HERES PROOF THAT THE OBAMA MESSIAH IS FALLING APART!

Comment: This section of DiscoverTheNetworks examines Barack Obama's connections to a number of key individuals and organizations. In some cases, these affiliates are notable for the leftist views and objectives they share with Obama. In other cases, they are notable for their collaboration with Obama in controversial or unethical activities. In all cases, they offer a window into Barack Obama's values and priorities. Taken as a whole, they verify Thomas Sowell's observation that Obama has "spent decades aiding and abetting people who hate America."

Comment: THE REAL WESLEY CLARK IS A ARROGANT ASS LIKE OBAMA ! A Vain, Pompous, Brown-noser
    Meet the Real Gen. Clark
Anyone seeking to understand the bloody fiasco of the Serbian war need hardly look further than the person of the beribboned Supreme Allied Commander, General Wesley K. Clark. Politicians and journalists are generally according him a respectful hearing as he discourses on the "schedule" for the destruction of Serbia, tellingly embracing phrases favored by military bureaucrats such as "systematic" and "methodical".
The reaction from former army subordinates is very diffe

    rent.
"The poster child for everything that is wrong with the GO (general officer) corps," exclaims one colonel, who has had occasion to observe Clark in action, citing, among other examples, his command of the 1st Cavalry Division at Fort Hood from 1992 to 1994.
While Clark's official Pentagon biography proclaims his triumph in "transitioning the Division into a rapidly deployable force" this officer describes the "1st Horse Division" as "easily the worst division I have ever seen in 25 years of doing this stuff."
Such strong reactions are common. A major in the 3rd Brigade of the 4th Infantry Division at Fort Carson, Colorado when Clark was in command there in the early 1980s described him as a man who "regards each and every one of his subordinates as a potential threat to his career".
While he regards his junior officers with watchful suspicion, he

customarily accords the lower ranks little more than arrogant contempt. A veteran of Clark's tenure at Fort Hood recalls the general's "massive tantrum because the privates and sergeants and wives in the crowded (canteen) checkout lines didn't jump out of the way fast enough to let him through".
Clark's demeanor to those above is, of course, very different, a mode of behavior that has earned him rich dividends over the years. Thus, early in 1994, he was a candidate for promotion from two to three star general. Only one hurdle remained - a war game exercise known as the Battle Command Training Program in which Clark would have to maneuver his division against an opposing force. The commander of the opposing force, or "OPFOR" was known for the military skill with which he routinely demolished opponents.
But Clark's patrons on high were determined that no such humiliation should be visited on their favorite. Prior to the exercise therefore, strict orders came down that the battle should go Clark's way. Accordingly

    • Posted By: willnotvoteobama @ 07/05/2008 08:01:59

Comment: CONT....the OPFOR was reduced in strength by half, thus enabling Clark, despite deploying tactics of signal ineptitude, to triumph. His third star came down a few weeks later.
Battle exercises and war games are of course meant to test the fighting skills of commanders and troops. The army's most important venue for such training is the National Training Center at Fort Irwin, California, where Clark commanded from October 1989 to October 1991 and where his men derisively nicknamed him "Section Leader Six" for his obsessive micro-management.
      At the NTC, army

units face a resident OPFOR that has, through constant battle practice coupled with innovative tactics and close knowledge of the terrain, become adept at routing the visiting "Blue Force" opponents. For Clark, this naturally posed a problem. Not only were his men using unconventional tactics, they were also humiliating Blue Force generals who might nurture resentment against the NTC commander and thus discommode his career at some future date. To the disgust of the junior OPFOR officers Clark therefore frequently fought to lose, sending his men on suicidal attacks in order that the Blue Forces should go home happy and owing debts of gratitude to their obliging foe.
All observers agree that Clark has always displayed an obsessive concern with the perquisites and appurtenances of rank. Ever since he acceded to the Nato command post, the entourage with which he travels has accordingly grown to gargantuan proportions to the point where even civilians are beginning to comment. A Senate aide recalls his appearances to testify, prior to which aides scurry about the room adjusting lights, polishin

g his chair, testing the microphone etc prior to the precisely timed and choreographed moment when the Supreme Allied Commander Europe makes his entrance.
"We are state of the art pomposity and arrogance up here," remarks the aide. "So when a witness displays those traits so egregiously that even the senators notice, you know we're in trouble." His NATO subordinates call him, not with affection, "the Supreme Being".
"Clark is smart," concludes one who has monitored his career. "But his whole life has been spent manipulating appearances (e.g. the doctored OPFOR exercise) in the interests of his career. Now he is faced with a reality he can't control." This observer concludes that, confronted with the wily Slobodan and other unavoidable variables of war, Clark will soon come unglued. "Watch the carpets at NATO HQ for teeth marks."CP

Comment: Is it just me or does anyone else notice that the majority of articles on Newsweek today are about Obama and most all are favorable. Two of 3 about McCain are unfavorable. Two others are about topics unrelated to either candidate. Is Newsweek attempting to direct this election with their coverage in this very biased manner?

Comment: Mc-Insain seems to be showing the full-blown effects of Alzheimer's:

Sen. John McCain has long presented himself as that rare bird in politics: an inveterate straight-shooter. But does campaign strain have McCain's Straight Talk Express veering off course?

A string of incidents stemming from the senator's two presidential runs suggests he's no less fallible than any other candidate, and just as capable of adjusting facts to suit his purpose.

    1. Confederate Flag Over South Carolina Capitol, April 19, 2000
During the run-up to the South Carolina Republican primary in February 2000, McCain was asked whether he felt the Confederate flag should be removed from atop the statehouse.

Non-truth: McCain stated publicly that it was up to South Carolinians to decide.

Truth: Two months later McCain said he believed "the flag should be removed from the Capitol". "I feared that if I answered honestly, I could not win the South Carolina primary. So I chose to compromise my principles," he said. "I broke my promise to always tell the truth."

Source: "Excerpts from McCain's Remarks on Confederate Flag," New York Times, April 20, 2000.

    2. Economics Expertise, Jan. 27, 2008
Non-truth: When confronted with his own remarks about his economic prowess during a Republican primary debate, McCain said, "I don't know where you got that quote from. I'm very well versed in economics." In a later interview on NBC, McCain added that he's "very strong on the economy."

Truth: McCain was asked about a quote he gave The Wall Street Journal in a November 2005 interview in which he admitted he lacked expertise on economic issues. The quote read: "I'm going to be honest: I know a lot less about economics than I do about military and foreign policy issues." I still need to be educated."

McCain told reporters in December 2007, "The issue of economics is not something I've understood as well as I should."

Comment: KOOL-AID??????..From the kitchen of the obama sheeple!! take one heaping spoonful of an inexperienced elitist white male seeking self validation through exploitation of his african-american genetics. Combine two parts black liberation theology clerics spewing intolerance! With two parts of unrepentant intellectuals committed to the destruction of America. Stir in one cup of militant black wife harboring the overwhelming desire to stick it to whitey and one spoonful of typical white person grandmother mix well. Pour a gallon of anti-patriotism into tall glasses and sprinkle with naïve foreign policy ideations. Serve on a platter of meaningless oratorical hyperbole with a generous dollop of wealth re-distribution. Sprinkle liberally with zest of white guilt flip it and flop it till it tastes right. Serve large portions to the undiscerning and spellbound masses convinced that the Second Coming is upon America and now you have a complete recipe for disaster!

My favorite for VP for McCain would be Rice because is the most experience republican in the country and a female. This will show people a new beginning and my second pick would be Rudy Giuliani. If I was McCain I would lay out my top staff early so that people would see how organize I am and I would include fellow candidates such as Mitt Romney, and Mike Huckabee. If Obama does this first then he would be seen as more of a leader. Last but not least I would extend a hand to Clinton naming her at the very least fourth from the top of the chain. That would show McCain is willing to reach across the table to get things done and not cell Wolf Tickets like Obama. Comment: Love Rudy to no end...because he is just a funny but brilliant man. Rice, I don't know...and I don't think she's interested. I don't blame her. Jinal is a good choice because the argument against Obama is the lack of experience, not age. Jindal is about 10 years younger then Obama yet he's had more executive experience, accomplishments and higher education. I think his youth is the very thing that impresses me about him.........how rare it is for someone that young to be that brilliant in his propostions of reforms, so accomplished the results he had achieved and stunning in the character and qualities that he possessed. His age is really the indicator of how unique Jindal is as a person and as a reformer. Of course, I have no beef with Mitt, Pawlenty, Rice or Rudy.

I have followed his every campaign move and I think what he is doing is using what have won the last four election and taken a bit for each. He calls for change but what real change is this when the guy us using past successes in previous elections and using them to win in November. So to all who support Sen Obama, you will be the biggest fools one this guy is elected. It really hurts me that people can't see pass all of Obama's BS and catch what he is doing. People hate Bush so badly that they simply don't care they wanna punish the GOP for mistakes that have been made from both political parties it,s just crazy. I will never buy a Newsweek Magazine again because they are the biggest culprit of them all. It's just a dam sick thing, to see that we are not looking at the issues we need to and only a candidate who graces himself like he is GOD. I am really really hating everything about this election process and I hope sincerely that America gets real reality check. Obama will be a mirror of what we see now in Washington........................Vote with your brain people and not dumb ass desire to elect a black president.....If you do then its your own fault.....McCain 08

Comment: John McCain, who's been a reformer before being a reformer was cool, has the problem of the entire media establishment actively working on Obama's behalf. There can be no better way to put Obama's non-existent reform record in the spotlight than by selecting another reform minority candidate who, unlike Obama, is the real deal. Putting Jindal next to Obama will expose Obama's two sentence record of reform when put up against the reams of effective change both McCain The Maverick and Jindal The Conservative have accomplished. There is no longer any question about it, no debate and no recourse.

    Comment:

GENERAL WESLEY CLARK: Because in the matters of national security policy making, it's a matter of understanding risk. It's a matter of gauging your opponents, and it's a matter of being held accountable. John McCain's never done any of that in his official positions. I certainly honor his service as a prisoner of war. He was a hero to me and to hundreds of thousands and millions of others in Armed Forces as a prisoner of war. He has been a voice on the Senate Armed Services Committee, and he has traveled all over the world. But he hasn't held executive responsibility. That large squadron in Air- in the Navy that he commanded, it wasn't a wartime squadron. He hasn't been there and ordered the bombs to fall. He hasn't seen what it's like when diplomats come in and say, 'I don't know whether we're going to be able to get this point through or not. Do you want to take the risk? What about your reputation? How do we handle it-?'

-it's publicly.' He hasn't made those calls.

So, in short, General Clark respects John McCain's service, calls him a hero to millions, but notes that experience doesn't make him qualified to be Commander in Chief.

General Clark called McCain a hero to millions for his sacrifice. And, that's a pretty big statement coming from a man who, himself, left Vietnam on a stretcher. But, facts are facts:

    * Senator McCain's service and experience, both as a POW and as a Senator apparently hasn't infused him with a dose of good judgment.

    * Senator McCain's experience hasn't led him to realize that the war in Iraq and it's continuance has empowered and emboldened Iran, and destabilized the region.

    * Senator McCain's experience hasn't caused him to recognize that we're losing ground in Afghanistan, and Osama bin Laden is still out there, plotting.

    * Senator McCain's experience didn't lead him to support the 21st Century GI Bill -- he opposed it. It didn't even make him feel the need to get back to Washington to vote on this -- one of the most important veterans' bills this Congress. He twice skipped votes on the GI Bill, to fundraise.

    * Senator McCain's experience didn't help him empathize with troops are overstretched and overdeployed, when he voted against the bipartisan Webb-Hagel "Dwell Time Amendment," which would have given troops as much time at home as in the field.

Senator McCain is running on his experience, saying it makes him ready to lead right away. By doing so, he is asking people to look at what that experience taught him. By looking at Senator McCain's positions and votes (or lack of them), it seems that experience has not given him the right judgment on important issues of our time. And, while we should all honor Senator McCain's service, that doesn't mean we should necessarily honor it by putting him in the White House to take up George W. Bush's third term.

So, General Clark is 100 percent absolutely right, and he should not back down, These are important times, and deserve a blunt and honest deb

BOBBY JINDAL MUST BE JOHN MCCAIN'S VICE-PRESIDENT

Logically speaking, the real effort against the real terrorists and those who actually committed the atrocity against our country on 9/11 was necessarily significantly abandoned to facilitate attacking Iraq. Imagine the success had the efforts remained focused on Afghanistan, al Qaeda, the Taliban and on Pakistan with the ultimate goal being to establish peace and a successful democratic region there. The obvious short fall with that concentration was that the oil wasn???t there and the substantial gains available for those Special Interests and select few just weren???t available in that approach. Once understanding all of that, then the repetition of that same thinking, for very similar motivation and gain can be seen in most everything else and all of the results we see today are then easily understood.

We really do need change! Not only drastic change from Bush-Cheney policies but also an intolerance for and real change from Washington as usual! It is the only chance we have!!

Comment: Let???s venture into some common sense conjecture using just some simple logic while rejecting the totally apparent self-serving rationalizations that are being offered as smokescreens. With the goal only being to evaluate what would actually be more reasonable explanations and probable outcomes if the motivation were truly objective, responsible and sincerely altruistic as could ideally be expected from our government. It isn???t difficult to recognize, once the resistance to admitting the truth is overcome, that the Iraq War was intentionally falsely justified, is unconscionably greatly costing America in lost lives and dollars without any real return or progress, that there is simply little being accomplished, that the only people really benefiting (and very significantly so) are Special Interests and a select few and that the whole effort has been obnoxiously defended, is being belligerently rationalized and will continue to be arrogantly pursued with more subterfuge continually fed to the American people. When that is understood the questions really become how and why?

The why isn???t that difficult to identify when looking at who is greatly benefiting (Special Interests and a select few who represent some very powerful and influential interests) but the how takes more evaluation. It isn???t hard to see that many in the GWBush-DCheney-KRove administration will no doubt be greatly rewarded with very impressive financial gains from speaking engagements, consulting opportunities, book ventures, insider information and so on when they leave office, yet that really isn???t all of it. What other satisfaction of a self-interest is sufficient to make a conscience go away? First it should be understood that when you are dealing with a sociopathic personality, there really just isn???t any conscience, only self-interest and an internal challenge for obtaining the excitement of getting away with things. Consider that it seems obvious George W. Bush was sold on the idea he could go down in history as being the president who brought democracy to the middle-east, if he would just attack Iraq. With that being a gigantic surge to his ego, then the exploitation of our country for the benefit of a few, the abuse of our government???s highest offices and the use of our country???s resources for a private agenda and personal gain, simply became a reality.

Comment: Now McCain is bum-rapping President Carter and trying to infer Obama is like Carter. Senator McCain is simply trying to distract from and escape from his identity, which he strongly reinforces himself, that he is just a continuation of Bush-Cheney. The only problem with Carter was likely that he was too concerned, too cautious, which is a problem we know Obama does not have. McCains efforts are ridiculous and point out his lack of having anything more meaningful to stand on.

Comment: The New York Times -- Obama "closely linked" to ethanol interests: Democratic presidential candidate Barack Obama "is running as a reformer who is seeking to reduce the influence of special interests. But like any other politician, he has powerful constituencies that help shape his views. And when it comes to domestic ethanol, almost all of which is made from corn, he also has advisers and prominent supporters with close ties to the industry at a time when energy policy is a point of sharp contrast between the parties and their presidential candidates."

My comment: Hmmm ... what is the meaning of this? Sen. Green (aka: Sen. Naive or Sen. Inexperience, you pick) proposes a Windfall Tax on Greedy Oil Co's (which most 'em are), but his record shows that he's out to protect his Corny Cronies in the Ethanol Biz.

Sheesh! Talk about another lying politician, says one thing to his blind supporters and does another behind an 'unlock' door. Remember BO! Now that you're running for Prez, your door to secrecy doesn't lock anymore. No more backroom deals. No more calling up Canada and saying just take my BS spill about NAFTA with a grain of salt (wink, nudge, smile). Just a word of advice sir, even though you only sport a ONE PARAGRAPH RÉSUMÉ, people are still looking at your (LACK OF) accomplishments.

P.S. Most likely I'll vote for Mc, but I don't think for a sec' that he's an angel when it comes to all the shenanigans that have gone on in the Oil Industry for so long. Way, way too much greed and corruption from both sides of the aisle!

Comment: Refer to these votes by Obama if you are looking for proof...
2001 IL Senate Bill 1095, Born Alive Infant Protection Act --Obama voted NO

2002 IL Senate Bill 1662, Born Alive Infant Protection Act --Obama voted NO

2003 IL Senate Bill 1082, Born Alive Infant Protection Act --Obama finally got the bill from the senate as he was the chaired of the health and human services committee. He held on the Bill and make sure it would not come up for a comittee vote.

This is the sort of radical ultra left stands he takes that frightens me.....who would vote against ensuriing life saving protocols for infants borned alive even...if it was during and abort process gone wrong. Who? who would do this? Why would you kill a child who have made it alive into the world against all odds.....what is the humane justification?

    • Posted By: dg17256 @ 06/26/2008 18:30:39

Comment: Excuse my ignorance because I haven't read the bill, but might it be because the bill contained other objectionable items, and maybe his vote of no was not against life for fetuses born alive, but rather no to additional, piggyback pro-life items contained in the bill? Just a thought.

      • Posted By: cowen123456 @ 06/27/2008 21:15:52

Comment: please do some research and you'll find that there are transcripts on what Obama said as to why he wasn't supporting the bills. And it was not because of pork! He danced around his words just like he does with most things saying that he does not believe a dr (abortion dr or not) would certainly try to save a live infant...and no legislation is necessary to mandate the protocol. Thus is the very heart of why the bill was introduced so that a life saving protocol is mandated to ensure live saving measures are there for the borned alive infant. However, Obama did not feel it necessary and voted NO.......this is the sort of change people are counting on? someone who prefer to be PC with the constiguency instead of taking a stand on policies that will benefit society as a whole? is that the change or is it really same old same old.

Comment: Good question dg17256! Too often that is the case! BUT! I also beleive that a lot of politicians from both sides of the aisle use that as a lame excuse for not passing anything and/or getting things accomplished.

Bottom line: As a politician, if you don't like the pork in any given bill, then take active steps to trim the fat. Don't just sit there and complain about things without offering compromise solutions. It???s easy to complain and whine about any & everything, but sometimes very difficult to come up with a good compromise.

That's why I hate the GAME OF POLITICS so much! Unfortunately, the game of "you scratch my back on my Bill / Legis and I'll scratch yours later" often leads to otherwise well-meaning (good-hearted) politicians having to give into the Wash-Establishment (aka compromise one's values) in a desperate attempt to get things done. Heck even worse! Sometimes rookie and/or junior politicians are forced to compromise their moral and/or ethical values while looking ahead at the big picture. Sad, but true.

So the infamous $64,000 question comes to mind here:

Does the end justify the means?

I'm quite sure every politician has had to ask him or herself that question many times.

I think we all agree that something needs to change. HECK I WANT CHANGE IN A BAD (well good) WAY!!!

But I'd be the first to admit that I don't have all the answers to a rather complex system. All I can do is keep in touch with my local senators and congressmen/women and pray each and everyday for guidance and wisdom for all! Especially for our WORLD LEADERS!!!

However, I learned today that Obama voted solidly for a destruction of a child after 7 months if aborted alive. Why in the world would you kill a living child that may come out alive during an abortion process after 7 months? what in god's name does it take for a person with a heart, mind and soul to come to this decision? It is against everything that's good and decent for a humane society. Is this the kiind of judgement we want to lead this country? God, I hope not.

However, obama did a one-upper, he played the race card against the American people. Of course, I was not surprised with public funding thing. I already know that obama flip flop, wiggle waddle when it is expedient to his passage to the white house. He threw rev wright under the bus. He gave the famous speech on racism and threw his grandmother under the bus. It is hard to believe that after that speech he has now thrown everybody else under the bus. I shouldn't be surprised though, given the way he threw Alice Palmer under the bus. In his bid for the Ill senate, his overwhelming legal onslaught signaled his impatience to gain office, even if that meant elbowing aside the elderly stateswoman Palmer. Obama said "there's a legitimate argument to be made that you shouldn't create barriers to people getting on the ballot." However, running for president on a message of giving a voice to the voiceless, obama first entered public office not by leveling the playing field, but by clearing it. He systematically got rid of every single candidate on the ballet and ran alone. Michele needs to watch out. she is the only one left he hasn't thrown under the bus. He would certainly have to get another bus though; there certainly isn???t any room under the current one. Comment: Police officers in Portland, Oregon, are still waiting for an apology from Barack Obama after campaign staffers of his recent rally in Portland, Oregon, setup porta potties directly on top of the Portland Police Memorial, which honors the agency???s 25 fallen police officers.

The Obama rally drew a crowd of over 75,000 people.

Officer Thomas Brennan, who was working overtime at the rally, took a picture of the offending toilets, with the American flag still at half mast because of Police Officers Memorial Day, directly behind them. The local law enforcement memorial service had been held at the site only five days earlier.

Despite a large amount of open areas in the vicinity, the campaign staffers claimed the toilets were placed on the memorial for safety reasons to accommodate wheelchair access.

At a time when Law Enforcement Officers are losing their lives in the line of duty on a daily basis, the Obama campaign shows NO SYMPATHY! Barack is ANTI LAW ENFORCEMENT! That is proven in his voting record. He votes for laws to protect the criminal more than for the police officer or law abiding citizen! The Obama campaign has not responded to requests for an apology.

Comment: President Obama Signs $8500.00 Per Household Tax Into Law: Funds To Go To The United Nations To Combat Global Poverty!

Make no mistake, the headline above is a lot closer to fact than you may think! So if you're wondering what an Obama presidency would be like, look no further than the above headline!

What the media is NOT telling you is that Barack Hussein Obama does, in fact, have a legislative record in the Senate and one of his proudest accomplishments is The Global Poverty Act (S. 2433).

But wait just a minute! Isn't combating poverty around the world a noble goal?

Well... the devil, as they say, is in the details!

Some conservative leaders are already sounding the alarm and telling us that, if passed, Barack Hussein Obama's Global Poverty Act will commit us to a stealth United Nations-inspired global tax of $845 Billion dollars... that comes to approximately an $8500.00 tax burden for every household in the United States!

Cliff Kincaid of Accuracy in Media wrote: "The legislation, if approved, dedicates 0.7 percent of the U.S. gross national product to foreign aid, which... would amount to $845 billion 'over and above what the U.S. already spends.'"

"The plan passed the House in 2007 'because most members didn't realize what was in it.' Congressional sponsors have been careful not to calculate the amount of foreign aid spending that it would require."

Remember the Food for Oil Scandal? Let's face it; the United Nation's actual record on ending pain and suffering around the world is pathetic and dismal.

The questions to ask are, first, how much of our money that goes to the United Nations right now actually winds up lining the pockets of third-world dictators and despots? And, second, if Obama's plan succeeds, how much of his new $845 billion giveaway will end up in those same pockets?

Barack Hussein Obama's Global Poverty Act MUST be STOPPED! Time is of the essence! Obama's Global Poverty Act actually has the support of some prominent RINOs such as Senator Richard Lugar and Senate Foreign Relations Committee Chairman Joseph Biden, who just pushed Obama's world welfare bill out of committee. It could be up for a vote in the Senate AT ANY TIME!

Barack Hussein Obama MUST be stopped. But more importantly, his so-called Global Poverty Act -- which has already passed in the House (because most Members simply didn't know what was in it) and is presently being pushed through the Senate -- MUST be stopped.

This $845 Billion is not included in the $874 Billion on the Barack Spend-O-Meter! This new debt would break the Trillion Dollar mark!

Comment: It was reported by all the major news networks that Barack Obama drew a crowd of over 70,000 to hear him speak in Oregon. What the liberal media does not tell you is that the true crowd drawer was the concert that occurred just before his speech.

The real rock stars at the Obama event were the members of a popular Oregon beat combo calling itself the Decemberists. Yes, just like the 1825 Russian uprising. Wikipedia states: "The band has used the National Anthem of the Soviet Union as an introduction at many concerts." Oh, no wonder they're opening for Neville Chamberlain.

Comment: guess Barack is shaken by all the bloggers and websites floating the Net because he has formed a "dream team" to help fight us! Senator Obama has formed a team to battle his negative image on the Internet. Why would he be concerned about articles that he claims are lies and misconceptions? Do you think that maybe a good percentage of those articles may speak the truth?

Is it coincidence that Obama graduated from Harvard, a school with one of the largest Muslim organizations (HIS - Harvard Islamic Society) located on campus since 1955.

Is it coincidence that Barack was repulsed by a very successful Republican President Ronald Reagan and is enamored by one of our worst Presidents in history Jimmy Carter?

Is it coincidence that Larry Sinclair is getting death threats after stating he had a drug encounter and two gay sex encounters with Obama about 8 years ago?

Is it coincidence that Obama had absolutely NO PROBLEM with his church or pastor until the year that he ran for President and then he amazingly saw the light?

Is it coincidence that Barack received donations from, visited the home of and is friends with Pentagon and Police Headquarters Bomber William Ayres? Is that Liberal enough for you?

Is it coincidence that 16 times convicted felon Tony Rezko donated thousands to Obama's campaign in Illinois, basically buying him the election, than receiving millions in Illinois contracts for himself and associates?

Is it coincidental that Obama has all these questionable ties and with little to no political experience has received over $264 Million in campaign contributions?

Is it going to be coincidence when Democratic opponents John Edwards receives an Attorney General's position and Hillary Clinton will get a Supreme Court nomination for their quick change in support FOR Barack Hussein Obama should he be victorious in November?

Who is controlling this puppet. We may find out soon enough. I guess this article and others will put us on the Internet dream team's radar. Bring it on Obama Sheeple, you can't handle the truth!

You make perfect sense to me. This guy is scary! I agree with you; he needs to be stopped. Just thought I'd repost this here because it corresponds with your post:

        RE: 'Bama Tactics

Here's one of the oldest tricks in the book. In fact, it's Basic Politics 101:

****** Quell the storm before it gets too big and/or out-of-control *******

Trust me, his camp reads these blogs (among others) each and everyday and then formulates their next strategic move/game plan. The truth is that's how he manage to beat Hillary. At least IMHO.

They see what's being posted here. All legitimate concerns right? But in order to maintain at least some control, they'll have to desperately downplay or dismiss all the negative comments that are floating about Kid Fox as part of "Operation Chaos" to bring 'Bama down. Now, I doubt they'll come straight-out and use the Right-Wing Boogieman (conspiracy) thing, but they'll certainly start playin' the poor me card/game. You watch! And guess what? The Lib-Media we be all over the story like a fly on poop. BO's got 'em in his back pocket. The HOT NEWS intro will sound something like this: "Is there still racism in America? We think so ... "

Stay tuned for this hot story at eleven!!!

In sum, depending on the amount of damage control his camp feels they need to do, he'll do one of two things---or both:

        1. His camp will assign an expendable, loud-mouth surrogate to CRY FOUL to the media about whatever. Once the surrogate completes his/her job, then BO will come out and denounce the remarks and/or person, then fire him or her. It's all part of the game of politics. I come from a family of many small time politicians. And that's exactly why I chose to stay clear of the game. No thanks, it's an ugly game. And my experience has only been with small time politicians. I can't even fathom having to play with the BIG DOGS!

        2. If things really get ugly then he might just have to come out personally and deliver another awe-inspiring (yawning ... sorry) JFK speech for all the Kool-Aid Drinkers to gulp down again. It's important to keep the magic potion flowin'! Keep 'em all Obamatized ... hehehe.

May God let the truth be known!!!

"I don't think my church is particularly controversial."

Rev. Wright is "like an old uncle who sometimes says things I don't agree with."

"The emotion between the races could never be pure..... the other race would always remain just that: menacing, alien, and apart."

"I ceased to advertise my mother's race at the age of 12 or 13, when I began to suspect that by doing so I was ingratiating myself to whites"

"never emulate white men and brown men whose fates didn't speak to my own. It was into my father's image, the black man, son of Africa, that I'd packed all the attributes I sought in myself..".

"I am not in favor of concealed weapons. I think that creates a potential atmosphere where more innocent people could (get shot during) altercations."

Comment: Obama's #1 strategy: Paint the GOP as a racists bunch looking to smear a black candidate while roll out wall to wall marketing advertisement on how noble you are and urge 527 groups to swift boat the old man with ads on baby killings, war mongering, millionair loving and senile!

Yep, this is the incredible change of directions I was looking for..............NOT! looks and sounds a lot like back room, smoke filled and calculated politics to me. Something never changes...but the old man Mccain. I will vote for character and integrity and cast a ballot for Mccain in November. Good luck John, may your faith in americans prevail :)

Comment: Why isn't Newsweek write an article on Obama's most recent attempt to inject race into this general election? Obama stated that "...the RNC will attempt to scare folks against him because he is black". Where did that come from when all the talk up to now has been Obama scaring people into thinking that John will take their babies to war and that John is senile. The double talk continues...yet the media choose not to put a spotlight on it..........wake up folks! we are in need of good leadership and among many other reasons....John has the character to lead this country out of political gridlock onto the path of progress. Vote Mccain president 2008!

Comment: Here is the latest talk coming out of Obama's mouth, in which he is saying that the Republicans are going to use tactics to make us voters very scared of him; where one of his comments is (when talking about himself ) is this:

He is young and inexperienced, and DID I MENTION HE IS BLACK ?

What is this man doing talking about RACE and FEAR due to race, when he is supposed to be a great Uniter. Here we go again. Obama stirring up things with the whole race talk saying HE KNOWS THOSE REPUBS will make you fear him cuz he is BLACK (jump start into playing the race card).

This guy is unreal: What is really ironic about this IS that many of the U.S. voters who did not vote for Obama in the primaries are ALEADY afraid of this guy. It does not take a GOP attack ad campaign to make them feel that way!

Excerpt of article on this below:

Obama: 'They're Going to Try to Make You Afraid of Me'
    Posted: 08:04 PM ET
From CNN Political Producer Alexander Marquardt

JACKSONVILLE, Florida (CNN) Barack Obama told supporters that Republicans will try to make you afraid of me in remarks he made Friday at a Florida fundraiser.

"The choice is clear. Most of all we can choose between hope and fear. It is going to be very difficult for Republicans to run on their stewardship of the economy or their outstanding foreign policy.

We know what kind of campaign they are going to run, said the presumptive Democratic presidential nominee. They are going to try to make you afraid. They are going to try to make you afraid of me. He is young and inexperienced and he s got a funny name. AND DID I MENTION HE is BLACK?"

In similar comments at a Chicago fundraiser last Thursday, Obama told supporters that Republicans would try to portray both him and his wife Michelle as "scary."

"They are going to try to make me into a scary guy, he said last week. They are even trying to make Michelle into a scary person. Right?" And so that drumbeat 'we are not sure if he is patriotic or not; we are not sure if he IS TOO BLACK.'

Comment: If anyone honestly questions Barack Obama???s ability to fulfill all they think he promises, then they should just see that as probably not all that important. What is far more serious is whether or not we are destined to continue with more of the same, ???more of the Bush-Cheney policies??? and more of ???Washington as usual???, where Special Interests and a select few (including the politicians themselves) benefit greatly, and the average American receives only more apathy, subterfuge and the costs. John McCain has clearly established that he supports and advocates the continuation of the Bush-Cheney pursuit of a private agenda that benefits only a few and he is literally a charter member in the Washington as usual club. The promise of change from Barack Obama, whether results are big or little, offers the only current hope. They may fault and criticize Barack but their accusations simply lack honest substance and ring loudly of their fear of change, change from what they feel strongly benefits them and what they feel secure with. Their attacks are hollow, as when they attack Michelle Obama. Would they really prefer her to be less honest, less up-front, less real, less feeling, possibly a bland ???Stepford wife???, maybe without depth and substance? Neither Cindy McCain nor Michelle Obama are going to be making policy, so the critics should just show some class and leave them alone! Hopefully the voters can be disciplined to stay objective and not be manipulated by the appeals to their biases, their prejudices and their emotions and to instead be rational in making a decision that will truly benefit them and the country. It isn???t all that easy with all of the distracting garbage that is thrown around.

Comment: Obama went back on his words to the voters with campaign financing. Obama Lied. Obama opted for big dollars over the integrity of his words. Obama....not a very good man. Obama, just another opportunistic politician......nopte, nothing about change or new in this move.

    • Posted By: sjpersonal @ 06/23/2008 14:36:26

Comment: The whole public financing BS would not even be an issue if McCain was able to raise anywhere near the amount of money that Obama has been able to. This is a bunch of nothing. I would care more IF Obama was accepting donations from 527 groups, lobbyists etc. Oh wow that;s McCain!

By I consider it public financing since the majority of Obama's donations are from the public, like me. Isn't it amazing that we will have a president who does not owe anyone but the American people. So looking forward to it,
