Comment: I think the chuck thing is way over blown and I don???t care that Huck was a pastor nor that Romney is a Mormon, but for true freedom to exist there has to be a high moral standard. That is why Benjamin Franklin signed the founding documents as an atheist even though they contained the word god. Our country founded on Christian moralities now I don???t care if some one is a Christian or what their denomination is as long as they posses those moral values that have made us a great country and aloud or freedom to flourish until now. As moral decline of the last 30+ years has accrued the intrusiveness of the government and number of laws have greatly increased. Parents need to get a hold on their kids morality needs to return to public discussion and I need my freedoms back darn it. Huckabee is a true leader and stands on the values of our founding fathers faith aside true compassionate conservative. Punish those that are guilty not the innocent gives me my freedoms and takes both the power and money back from the feds. Defend our borders and protect us abroad the states and localities can take care of the rest no matter how irresponsible Louisiana was to it???s people but they reelected them.

Comment: Are you serious? Chuck Norris? I'll consider Governor Huckabee once he realizes the president of the United States is supposed to make the government work for all people and that it's not just for the faithful. This country was founded on the separation of church and state with the idea of protecting people from religious persecution. That is why overt religious symbols are kept out of government buildings, to prevent the perception that one religion is more worthy than another. Frankly, I am sure the signers of the Declaration of Independence are rolling in their graves right now.

Like said, check out what he has done in Arkansas and don't ask all his "rich" friends or his followers, who believe that he is really "preaching the gospel". He will use his office just like did in Arkansas to further his own gains, such as when he was governor he wrote a book on state time and went on a book tour using his position to get on T.V. to pitch it, etc. He will ignore anything that he does not want to answer. If you are a hunter and want to "kill sumpthin" then he is your man, just watch where he aims and don't turn your back. In this state,. Comment: Mr Huckabee has become my choice because I feel all the others will be "politics as usual". It doesn't matter what side of the aisle they sit on. When you join the forces you know the possibilities are there of not coming back, but you still do it to render honor to your nation. In other countries all citizens join the forces and pay their duties with service to their country here the ones that join are optional and we are still blaming our government. I would understand if we were forced to join the forces and then we die at war then you blame the government because we had no choice, but here in the USA we have a choice so don't blame the government for deaths at war they happen. I really get tired of the "political games" that go on in and before an election year. It's so sad that when it comes down to the real issues, the real problems and needs of the American people, there is no straight forward honesty or real discussion. But that document hasn't escaped the terror that citizens now face in their own country. Terror perpetrated by it's own legal system, it's gov't leaders and military command. Mr. Norris's successes in life likely come because we are drawn to those who demonstrate certain ethics and values like hard work, honor, courage, reliability, and trustworthiness. We have personal property tax that you have to pay each year on something you have already paid tax on a thousand times over. It is also supposed to go to the education, but our schools have not seen any of it. When they were trying to get him to work on the LR problem, he said let the Education board deal with it.
