Ganz horrible customer service MIGHT be to blame for their downturn. I bought two of them and gave them to my kids from Santa, at Christmas. My daughter who is 10 has gotten hers to work fine but my 6 yo son can't even get his adopted cuz it says the secret code has been used--WTF, it's a new toy, just purchase, how could the code be invalid--I've sent upwards of 10 emails and placed several phone calls and NOTHING, oh wait I did get one email saying things should be working.....NOT!
