OK, then explain this: Why did my Indiana attorney -- now a federal judge -- tell me a few years ago that my farmland value might benefit if a planned Mexico-to-Canada superhighway was built nearby? This was long before Corsi's book. Is the article writer here saying my federal judge friend lied?

It must be nice to be able to slander a man and then later (like after the primaries when it doesn't matter any more) print a retraction of an obviously politically motivated falsehood. I pride myself on my independent and open minded nature but I must say that, even though I won't be voting for Paul, this is way over the top and should have never made it past the first draft.

Private lands are to be taken by eminent domain? The government has the power to act through eminant domain to take property that is needed for puplic use. This is understood. Now, what I do not understand is this. How does a private firm's putting up funds so a highway can be built, and this consortium charging tolls to the people of the USA by which they intend to earn a profit fit in with the governments powers of eminant domain? Is it the US government or a private party that has the power of eminant domain? Does anyone else see a condradiction here? It sounds like private property rights are being sold out to a private company. We do need to stand against these types of abuse of the private rights of our people. The worst part of this so called journalism is how easy it to find out the real information on the internet. By the way RP will ensure the internet remains open and neutral so we the citizens can continue to check the facts and find real information.
