Attention Newsweek. You have lost your credibility as a reliable and intelligent news organization. Thus, you have also lost my respect. I have already canceled my subscription to your biased and agenda based magazine. I hope you are happy.

I put in five minutes of online research to answer my own question. Newsweek magazine is owned by The Washington Post Company. Wikepedia says Donald Graham is Chairman and CEO of The Washington Post Company. Check out this link: http://www.americanfreepress.net/html/post_challenged.html Graham regularly attends Bilderberg meetings on an oath of secrecy. I had a feeling this would be the case.

Who owns Newsweek? Does anyone know? The answer is most likely significant. I hope someone out there researches who owns Newsweek and who they are connected to - or who Gretel Kovach is personally connected to. This blatantly false article shows they are trying to manipulate the masses into believing a lie. Why would they do this? Why did George W. Bush meet secretely with the leaders of Mexico and Canada to create the SPP? Why wasn't that headline news? All people need to do is investigate themselves. You people making comments here are INTELLIGENT and EDUCATED. I feel sorry for all the people who don't know because they are blindly trusting the government and the other Presidential candidates, most of whom will be going along with the plan!! Kovach's article is actually VERY POSITIVE because this may be the beginning of a way to begin AWARENESS in America regarding this issue. I want to see Jerome Corsi interviewed about this Newsweek attack on headline news stations and I also want to see Ron Paul on headline news speaking about this ridiculous article (!!) when there is actually PLENTY OF PROOF - if people just open their eyes. Maybe Lou Dobbs, who knows about the Nafta Superhighway and the planned North American Union - maybe Lou will have the guts to allow Ron Paul on to speak about this. I encourage you all to write or call Lou Dobbs at CNN to ask him. We all must fight to educate people. Why isn't Lou Dobbs coming out in support of Ron Paul, by the way? He needs to.

Every day this country takes one step closer (e.g., phony "news") to becoming the communist Russia that we fought so hard to destroy - how ironic.

David Rockefeller, founder of the Trilateral Commission in June 1991, addressed
a meeting of that organization. "We are grateful to The Washington Post, The New
York Times, Time Magazine," Rockefeller told them, "and other great publications
whose directors have attended our meetings and respected their promises of
discretion for almost forty years. It would have been impossible for us to
develop our plan for the world if we had been subject to the bright lights of
publicity during those years. But, the world is now more sophisticated and
prepared to march towards a world government. The supranational sovereignty of
an intellectual elite and world bankers is surely preferable to the national
auto-determination [read as 'democracy'] practiced in past centuries."

Is Newspeak garnering for David's praise and approval as well? Too bad Gretel
wasn't at the west mall in Omaha last week -- Perhaps she could have saved some
diginity by not having to place her name as the author of this rag piece.
Wasted ink and paper -- At least she didn't waste any energy actually thinking
or researching for this hit piece.

Your lack of knowledge or research is painfully obvious and won't stand testament in the light. Are you really that misinformed or were you paid off to write this piece? You clearly are NOT an independent journalist! You're obviously misusing your position as a weapon of mass deception! Your masters refer to people like you as worthless eaters -- Perhaps you are! The writing's on the wall, even if you refuse to acknowledge it.

Why did Vicente Fox state in interviews, including Larry King, that he and Prez Bush specifically discussed the integration of Canada, Mexico, and the US? Why are meetings held in secret if there's nothing to hide? Why is it ok that a foreign corporation is going to OWN land taken via emminent domain from private citizens and then charge citizens tolls to travel on "their" roads? This is the very definition of FASCISM! WAKE UP!!!

Newsweek, please pull your head out of the clouds and do some 'investigative reporting' for a change.
Woodward and Bernstein showed you how to get it right.
Did you forget how to do it in J-school? Did you lose you integrity at the same time? Or only you judgment?
Is 'ethics in media" an oxymoron? e.g. military intelligence?

Newsweek- stop lying! There is plenty of evidence out there. You magazine is on a disinformation campaign to protect whatever interests who are or were backing this. It's shameful. My wife has already agreed to cancel her subscription. This just ads to our confirmation that Newsweek is just more spin by the mainstream media. Shameful!!!

Thank you Dr. Corsi for illuminating Newsweek's deceit:

Why would the Canadian government web page in Alberta show a NAFTA Superhighway if the highway doesn't exist?" asks a Newsweek reader linking to the Alberta site. "Keep on lying to the people, Newsweek, it is what you do best

  • Posted By: Veritas3 @ 12/09/2007 11:25:26 AM

t appears Newsweek is in the denial business and is biased to support the democratic cause. Jerome Corsi summarizes Newsweek's style concisely:

Why would the Canadian government web page in Alberta show a NAFTA Superhighway if the highway doesn't exist?" asks a Newsweek reader linking to the Alberta site. "Keep on lying to the people, Newsweek, it is what you do best

Newsweek has proven to be a weak indeed. Obviously a hatchet peice for the powers that be.
