I suspect NASCO or the Spanish company that wants to operate the TX portion of this super highway is financially supporting a presidential candadate other than Ron Paul. Newsweek and CNN are just part of the plan.

Gretel, that Superhighway IS a fact. You have stated it in your article. Because you may not like the idea the American people are fast becoming aware of just how 'diseased' their government has become over the past 75-100 years is not justification for your attempt at painting those same Americans as conspirists along with with Jerome Corssi as the spearhead and Dr. Ron Paul as the General leading the charge against what you and others feel is the only hope for a somewhat free people..

The US House has a concurrent resolution #40, out of the 110th Congress, wherein, among many additional statements, the following statements may be found...

"Expressing the sense of Congress that the United States should not engage in the construction of a North
American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA) Superhighway System or enter into a North American Union
with Mexico and Canada.

Whereas the United States Departments of State, Commerce, and Homeland Security participated in the
formation of the Security and Prosperity Partnership (SPP) on March 23, 2005, representing a tri-lateral
agreement between the United States, Canada, and Mexico designed, among other things, to facilitate
common regulatory schemes between these countries;

Whereas reports issued by the SPP indicate that it has implemented regulatory changes among the three
countries that circumvent United States trade, transportation, homeland security, and border security
functions and that the SPP will continue to do so in the future;"

I would think, Gretel, you might do some research on this issue before again letting loose the teeth of Newsweek upon the very people who are actually educating the public rather than simply pointing the finger of shame toward the ones who are glutonous enough to desire the entire world should bow at their elite feet.

Nice hit piece. This is why more and more Americans don't believe a word the mainstream media says. All you have to read is the lead alone to see this piece is extremely bias. Ron Paul should be given a legitimate chance to write a piece that you publish on the internet and in your "rag" to refute your attack on him. If the author would've done more than a minute of research, there is tons of evidence that a North American Union is at least strongly being considered, if not coming. The piece on the continued integration of the continent authored by the Council of Foreign Relations. Or the dozens of resolutions passed by cities and states against the North American Union. Or the comments of former Mexican president Vincente Fox lobbying for the creation of a North American Union and a "Euro-dollar".

The lead was very irresponsible and shows a bias by the author. If the author of this story would've done more than five minutes of research, such as reading the Council of Foreign Relations report on the integration of the continent, this story may have approached the journalistic standards of being fair. Maybe the author should have also looked at the dozens of resolutions passed around the nation against the North American Unioto by cities and states, along with the comments of former Mexican president Vincente Fox. This story gets an F, is biased and is why more and more Americans don't believe anything the mainstream media has to say.

Yes, it is about Heaven and Hell, and the North American Union is almost a reality now. After the EU, the African Union, the Asian Union, and the NAU are in place (2010 to 2012), the next step is the merger, foretold by the one of the Founding fathers of the FED-WORLD GOVERNMENT.
