Forget War With Iran

We are witnesses to the end of America as you know it. Thank God. America is becoming a gaint 3rd world nation. The rapid influx of illegal immigrants, no leadership or vision from potential leaders. America will soon be bankrupt. Bush will be in Iran soon. The final nail in your coffin. So long America Hello China.

Although sanctions against Iraq were hurting the people more than it's leadership, I was not in favor of a war with Iraq. We had not dealt the coup de gras ro Bin Laden. However, even if I had been in favor of the war, I would still have been appalled at the way the war was conducted. Every mistake that could be made was. The only phrase I could use to describe it is criminal negligence. Now the president is saying he did not read the NIE report until a week ago and that even though Gates told him they had new information about Iraq some time ago, he never asked Gates what that information was. The president is either lying or he is incredibly incompetent. Either way, he is unfit for office and should be removed.

If you are fool enough to believe anything the Iranians are saying then you are doomed to suffer the results of your stupidity. They have always been deceptive and they don't feel bad if they lie. Anyone different from them is considered an infidel. They and others like them are musilm facists. They look at anyone else as less then human and it is not wrong as far as they are concerned to lie, manipulate, steel or kill anyone who is different from them. The comments they have made are very troubling. Push Israel into the sea? What if Israel and Jews are no longer around to pick on? You are next. Especially if you love freedom and the right to think what you want. I have heard people ask where the terrorists were when the U.S. invaded Iraq? Was Abu Nidel a terrorist? They found him in Bagdad. Poor terrorist, he died while in captivity. I am not American, Jewish or Israeli. I just have a brain. I know who's side I am on. America, you are not alone.

They should put Sadaam back in power, he's the only one who can run that country.

l.j., how old are you? Open mindedness comes with age and or wisdom. The agenda in this nation has been that the rich keep getting richer and the poor keep getting poorer, this has been going on since forever. It's really not about one party, it is about greed and power. Come on now, our pres had such low popularity close to re-elect time and lo and behold, war. Who doesn't reelect a pres during war time?

When will this country realize that President Bush did not attack Iraq becaue of the attack of 911 but that Saddam purportedly put out an assination attempt against his Father? As an individual that scenario is completely understandable but as President of the United State of America sometimes one can NOT let his/her personal feeling outweight what is for the utmost good of the citizens of the United States of America.
What candidate (Republican.Democratic. Independent or any other party) currently running for the position of "President of the United State of America" can actually face the American public and say this is how things are going to be done? In my opinion, Not 1. The reason is because that most everyone that is elected to serve in pubic office is seeking the election to serve themselves, either for the retirement or gratification of their own ego..

If thats the best defense for Bush fireball777 can comeup with, well, what about Saddam Hussein? Think what a tough time he had keeping the shites and sunnis from killing each other. That was not an easy job either. I know, thousands died because of his ill conceived wars, but what the hey, thousands have died under "W" also, give the pres. a break, nobodys perfect! Many thought Saddam was a great president also, but, of unlike "W", I have to admit he did have an ego. I agree, there are Democrats that suck, followed by many more holier than thou Republicans that SUCK. However, the Dems can redeem themselves with shining glory and go for a twofer impeachment of Bush and Cheney. Now that is something for which our Republic could be truly grateful.

Yes , I feel so much safer now that the rest of the world hates us and can't possibly believe a word Bush says.Iraq was not a haven for al-Qaeda, but it sure is now . Amazingly and tragicly, after all the death and loss of American soldiers and broken hearts and millions of refugees, we are no safer then we were when we started. America can and will do better. I know America can do better..

Gee, this is great. Our fearless leader has no problem ourtright lying about intelligence, starts a war with no basis that has led to thousands of civilians being killed. I wonder how Columbia's President, Dr. Bollinger, feels about his wonderful intro if the Iranian President when he has to look no further than Washington for some parallels.

Has money and power become so important to so many that we can't pull our heads out of the sand and see what is happening to our country. Take a good long look at our government and what we are allowing to happen. Our whole country was built on the Christian religion and most people were taught to do good and become people of integredy. We are allowing our whole system to be underminded by the people who want to take control, but we don't want to see it. Please pull your heads out of the sand and look before it's too late.
