We beed to believe and say to ourselves, "I love my body exactly the way I am." That's how you lose or maintain weight as you are.
Weight and clothing size correlations vary widely. At 5'8" and 250lbs I didn't have to actually go to a smaller size until after I'd lost more than 30 lbs. After that, I went down one size for about every 10 - 15 lbs. So you shouldn't be discouraged by someone else's stated results. Find your own motivation and your own goals. Otherwise, you'll get discouraged and be less likely to succeed.
