Wow Mr. Interviewer... be a little more condescending please? Please show some respect for a man of true ideals and principles, rather than the corporate interest candidates you are used to.

Wow. I really respect Dr. Paul. Sometimes I wonder if people have completely forgotten what freedom means. Dr. Paul is alway asked the same question, "but aren't you a nutcase for wanting people to be free since some nutcase might do something crazy if left alone?" They might as well come out and admit that they want us all to be slaves of the state, since we have no ability to function without a nanny state.

Anyway, Paul supporter, you are not alone. We are everywhere. Freedom is stamped on the heart of all of us, which is why Dr. Paul resonates in the hearts of so many.

when he speaks truth to politics, it is difficult to argue. looking at his record, it becomes almost impossible. Well done Dr. Paul.

WOW. Excellent answer, Dr. Paul! When the government forcibly takes thousands of our dollars to fund the killing of foreigners, who have done nothing to us, that is truly disgusting. People get very used to the status quo, no matter how vile, and then when a brave, principled, intelligent person challenges it, they act shocked and suggest that their ideas are 'impractical.' I agree with Dr. Paul, the impracticality is continuing an unpopular, intrusive, inefficient and morally wrong system of taxation to support violence. Stopping this is practical and necessary.

Excellent interviews Howard!! Beautiful, professional setting. Very well done. I hope you have come to see Paul is not a threat but a solution. Thank you for interviewing him with such respect.

Wow, I am so impressed with Ron Paul's responses. He is like "I don't tell people that I am a good person, I would rather people know that I am a good person by my actions". He is really worth given a chance to lead the country. Too many candidates are too busy attacking people on less relevant issues.

The doctrine of just war is well known by Christians who still read the Bible. The Book of Mormon thoroughly condemns preemptive war and praises Christians who defend the cause of liberty. Ron Paul obviously takes no joy in exposing the ugly hypocrisy that exists, but it needs to be done to save American lives and individual liberty.

Journalists: stick to writing. This "new fangled video blog thing" can burn your career. Howard Fineman: if you were trained in video you'd be able to hide being an ass.

I like this man Ron Paul. I'm registered as an independant and will switch to Republican to vote in the Primary for him. America needs to change course radically and he not only represents that he truely believes he can do it. I want to let him give it a try. It can't be any worse than what we have now. Congress is voting for insane WIFI rules and the president is acting like a crazed megalomaniac. Let's take a huge step back to our roots in this country. Seems to me it brought us along way during difficult times.

Watched all 4 parts. Can't say I've ever finished a NewsWeek story before this.

Dr. Paul is a great leader, because he has the humble heart of a servant, and a great vision for restoring the rule of law in America. Without him, I think there will be civil war.

Asalways, Ron Paul goes directly to the point - the needs of our Nation and its People. Pandering to the People on religious platforms and ignoring the real issues we face only continues to whitewash reality - if we as a Nation don't wake up and "smell what the facists are cooking" we will all be in Hell - Christian or not. Put your Nation ahead of your Politics People! This is no longer a "we" verus "them" politico problem - we no longer have that luxury. Democrat, Republican, Libertarian - whatever - it is time for CHANGE!

I am convinced that the interview by Newsweek staffers was slanted to achieve their own desire to portray Dr. Paul in as negative a light as possible - but I was more shocked to learn that the comments posted here are censored and apparently any indication of support for Dr Paul is edited out before actual posting. Censorship is rampant in the media!

Ron Paul is singing real music to the ears of those of us who are tired of media bias and government lies. He is to be congratulated for the courage to face such obvious bias and the often malicious interviewers. While one may or may not agree with him on all of his positions, he is by far the best candidate to be our next president.

Ron Paul is singing real music to the ears for those of us who have had enough of media distortions and governmental lies. He does this in spite of so obviously biased and often malicious interviewers.

I must have watched a different interview than Mr. Fineman. .... quote "the interesting thing to watch for ....is his criticism of both Huckabee and Romney.... very critical of both candidates" I watched the interview twice and I did not think he was critical of either candidate but rather expressed his view that ones religion shouldnt play such a dominate role in the presidental race. Rather the candidates integrity, honesty, experience and views on matters pertaining to how a president will do his/her job. Wow what a concept. Frankly I enjoyed his candor. Too bad I'm a democrat.

Good for Paul for NOT being a Zionist shill like Fineman wants him to be on Israel. Until and unless we wake up and realize just how detrimental the ISRAELIS and THE ISRAELI-LOBBY's influence is on US Politicians... I see no hope for freedom and less wars. One poster asked, "Why doesn't Paul answer if Israel has a right to exist?" A better question would be why doesn't Fineman and other neocon politicians RECOGNIZE PALESTINE'S RIGHT TO EXIST as it did BEFORE Israel's creatiion thru force and terrorism (King David Hotel bombings, look it up), there will never be fair peace in the Middle East. Enough about Israel....I don't give a damn about her, and because of it the Arabs hate America. Unless the American people force their cowardly Israel-kissing politicians to fess up about being INDEPENDENT from Israel, the US will never show independence and even handedness when dealing with Arabs and Muslim world
