John 3:8.. The wind blows wherever it pleases. You hear its sound, but you cannot tell where it comes from or where it is going. So it is with everyone born of the Spirit."

The global warming is just a reflect of the bad goverments administrations. They took care of the cents, but WE ARE ALL lossing the planet.

    So sad.

I thought we were supposed to be concerned with this so-called global warming? I'm more concerned with this present day "local colding!"

I am a National Weather Service weather observer. I find the discussion of weather to be quite interesting. as I look back over 40 years even 60 years of weather data for our area, I find nothing really has changed. We seem to experiance weather cycles within weather cycles. The observation of information around us will better give us an understanding of what is the "normal" pattern that may follow. But that doesn't mean it will.
The more we are able to observe on a global scale the better we will be at getting closer to weather prediction. But I would say we will never be at the level we achieve of being 100%

The difference between official forcasts and Cohen's predictions just indicates that the problem is a mamoth multivariate modeling problem. The official model obviously is not right and the fitted parameters for forecasting with the model are not correct. We really have probability distributions for different outcomes, from which some official decides is the one to give out.
