What’s a Deviated Septum?

" High School Musical " star Ashley Tisdale had some "work done," as they say in L.A., on her nose. Actually, Tisdale says she just fixed an awful-sounding affliction called a deviated septum. What's that? Some definitions:

1. A condition in which the wall between your two nostrils is considerably off center, making it hard to breathe and easy to snore.

2. The standard factual deviation for Hollywood actresses who don't want to admit they had a nose job.
