    Oil independence can be achieved. Your "experts" take no account of the newfound willingness to do it. With the right incentives, the private sector's investment in going green as well as the drive for renewable energy technologies this time coupled with what might be the public and government support, ask, as John McCain does, why not see what the ambitious effort brings?

    why do you not cover ron paul? he is a very strong canidate. what are you afraid of newsweek? as you are aware, he is not even included as a choice, when most polls are put together, and then put out for tabulation.
    And you want us to believe, you are unbiased as a news reporting company? If anything, you should expose these shortcomongs. Unless of course, it benifits you not too. shame on you.

    the fact is that the kennedy tax cuts as well as the reagan tax cuts ushered in periods of economic expansion.i would bet that the economists you use are all socialists as they say it can't be- but it is! as lightning doesn't strike twice randomly, you must conclude that giuliani is correct!. the fact that tax cuts increase revenue within reason is apparent to anyone following economic news.
