klsmith let me ask you a question, do you wear makeup, fix your hair, wear nice clothes when going out, redecorate your home at a whim, get a hair cut or trim or color???? If you do any of these things than you are ashamed too!! Women are not ashamed of giving birth, but to be able to fix things that may go wrong with age or child bearing shows you care about how you look and how you want to look! That means you care and care enough to make you look better and feel better. People like you are too judgemental and very close minded, you do not see the good only the bad and with my experience you probabley are not attractive and have told yourself that thats the way you are like it or not. Be happy for people who want to better themselves, wheter intellectually or physically and if you have nothing nice to say don't say anything!!!

No, I don't wear make-up...i don't even own any. I do fix my hair...have done that since I was a teen. I am not ashamed of this. I just don't see the point of adding fake things to my life...surgery...money and time wasting...I have three children and don't look as bad as what you are all complaining about. I am proud of who I am and what I look like. If I feel as though I have to have fake boobs or suck my body off, I should not have had children. If you have to look phony to be happy, you were never happy in the fiirst place...

You go girl's! this happily married man has five (5) children and my wife has a 46DD size and I am not complaining one bit.

I'd like to answer that, when a woman nurses two children (like my wife did) after a year or so the breasts deflate and look like there is something missing. So they feel a loss for what they had. Although I think many women can benefit from breast enlargement or lifts, some require reduction. In all cases it is a personal decision. My wife decide to get her implants from the doctors at www.finestimplants.com and she is very happy to have her breasts restored (even better) to what they were before. But I think in all cases it is really up to you.

IS THAT YOU DR. mcLEECH FROM finestimplants.com ?

    • Posted By: temommy3 @ 12/18/2007 2:35:09 AM

Actually, I haven't read any comments mentioning that "genetics" plays a part in "breast size." I have four children and nursed all four; and my breasts are pretty much the same size, 36C. My proportions are hourglass and I'm a Black woman. I have hips, a smaller waist and 36C cup. However, I grew up dancing and am pretty much shaped the same way...except for extra pounds in the "butt/hip" area, which Black men love. I have been reading up on all the "nip and tuck" options out there. However, there is no silver bullet; so just be careful and well-informed. It just upsets me that women do all of these "procedures" usually to please men. However, we do not put them (men) under the same microscope. I find that many men are "mal-shaped" and not very fit...especially over 30. I have been married for over 15 years and have seen how my husband went from fit and trim to being nice and "plushy." I just love it...he'd make a great mattress...LOL. In any event, I am concerned about all these "narcistic" surgeries...especially after reading about what happened to Kanye West's mother...I'm just ecstatic that I deal with a Jamaican man who prefers a big butt over huge/ridiculous breasts. As a dancer and athlete, big breasts just get in the way. I can still wear strapless, halter and tiny tops without worrying that my "balloons" will pop out. Little is cute....Just keep is small, ladies. Work on improving and maintaining good reproductive health; that's what matters. In all actuality, men don't really love big breasts or virgins....they love "new." New doesn't have anything to do with how many surgeries you have...after surgery, you are basically a "throw-back jersey." Men, there are probably many of you out there who could use some "implants." So, put a sock in it...tee hee.

I agree with you, phioma. When I was growing up, I was very judgemental against women that got implants. Now that I'm older, I am happy to see the better 'scenery' in the world. I don't know that I would ever pay for them, but it's nice to know it's out there in case I do... (I still don't think one reason is more "honorable" than any other reason. Each to their own.)

Personally, I would never get plastic surgery. But that is just me. I have NO RIGHT to judge someone because of their choice in having plastic surgery or not. NO ONE HAS THE RIGHT. But one things bugs me. I don't like how people call it reconstructive surgery. I had a cleft lip when I was born and had to have reconstructive surgery. I don't think fixing your cleft lip and getting implants are equivalent... or are they??
Well anyways, I also would like to point out that you don't get just one surgery for implants you get many many surgeries because one might pop or you need to refill because they are expired.... Just wanted to point out something that not many people knwo

    • Posted By: spike_er @ 12/18/2007 1:47:05 AM

tReconstruct (verb): "to subject a part to surgery to re-form its structure." If your boobs lose their form over the years, you can get them reconstructed through reconstructive surgery. Just because one is 'needed' more (cleft lip), doesn't make the other (boob job) not equivalent. They are both about vanity. ...Not that there's anything wrong with that.

Mimi wrote: "i have 3 kids how will they undersand; mommy died because she wanted bigger boobs?"

    - - - - That's a poor argument, Mimi. How do you explain why mommy died doing ANYTHING fun that runs a higher risk than staying at home? How do you explain mommy died skiing, bungy jumping, playing hockey with the guys??? You explain it by telling her kids that your mother enjoyed life - and died while taking advantage of what life had to offer. Good for mommy!

Yup - four. Any I (like any parent) would die for them in a second. But it won't be from depression because I was afraid to leave the house.

Natural beauty will alway be better. I have noticed that after having cosmetic surgery women seem to wear skimpy clothing! That is embarrising your children! we do not need Soccer Moms gone wild!

Yes you can. I know a woman who was in the same situation and had it done. She says it's the best thing she ever did.

Let me just say this: all you women out there who want to increase your cup size just get a grip! All you're doing is showing your insecurity to the world. Not to mention the health hazards involved in augmentation. What are you gonna do after 20 years and your implants burst and deflate and you have no more cash left to repair the problem that you yourself created? Correct the problem with my medicare dollars? You know 20, 50, 100 years ago women were proud to be who they were strong and able. Not some stupid big breasted barbie doll who's flashing the doctors work for all the world to see. Women need to proud of being themselfs for who they really are not falling into the deception of what the media says they should be!

Phiomalibumalibu -- You are creepy, and obviously advertising something. Try posting without adding in a website for us to check out. I'm a 34-yo homemaker mom of 3 -- my body isn't terrible, even after 6 years of nursing. My hubby loves how I look, but if I decide I want a tuck or a lift, who's to tell me I'm wrong? He certainly won't. I don't need to strut my thang for anyone else, but it is quite validating to feel confident about my appearance. Please note that all my comments are from my personal perspective, which you don't have to agree with, but please be respectful.

What's the point? Unless you are hung like a hampster, why would anyone get penile augmentation. I've read that 93% of guys are 6" +/- 1". If you fall in that range, it is THAT big a difference between 5" and 6"???

  • Posted By: right-on @ 12/17/2007 5:51:08 PM

Excuse me! My wife is not a selfish old lady, and she is not competing with younger girls. Why would she, besides she has an 18 year old daughter. Anyways, we are very happy with her new breasts and can't say enough about the great selection and choice we found at www.finestimplants.com the doctors were amazing and now her breasts (after childbirth) have been restored to what they always were. So we are both very greatful for the process. ps. my wife is not selfish at all!

My wife got her implants at 35, I would check with the doctor first before even considering an implant. My wife is very healthy (doen't smoke or drink) and I think that helped her recover quickly. As I mentioned before she is very happy with the service she found at www.finestimplants.com We think we made the right choice, but it is up to you and your doctor.

I feel this trend feeds into the whole vanity and youth worship that are so previlant in our society. I have small breasts, and always will. My husband loves 'em, I breast fed two kids and to compensate for having small breasts, God gave me wonderful long legs and beautifully freckled shoulders. I'm 53, confident and happy. I say get over yourselves!

    • Posted By: STOP_ME @ 12/18/2007 2:48:59 AM

I AGREE WITH YOU 100% WOMEN ARE BEST NATURAL ! AND THEY ARE AT THEIR BEST WHEN NOT COMPETING WITH THE YOUNG GIRLS, They are SECURE IN THEMSELVES Enough NOT-2-USE that FAKE LIE "I HAVE LOW SELFISH ESTEEM"....and I MEAN SELFISH !!!

    • Posted By: imerika @ 12/17/2007 7:11:15 PM

I have implants...and I didn't get them to be bigger. I would praise God if I could have my petite B's back. I grew to over DD's when I was pregnant. I got my implants just to fill in the empty stretched out skin that I was left with when I was done nursing and they returned to their small natural size. Be grateful that you didn't grow bigger...it was a curse for me. But saggy empty skin vs. implants... I would STILL choose implants.
