Hanging an animal is a sign of extremely deviant behavior and I highly doubt this is the only incident this boy has or will be involved in. This is how serial killers get started..... We can't prove how the father handled it, but if it is found that his son has not undergone serious psychiatric treatment, they have a problem.

People have messed up children because they are too busy living their own lives and doing what they want to do to pay very much attention to what their children are doing. Is it relevant, yes.
