    I was leaning toward Huckabee, but...maybe he's more politician than sincere representative of his ideals. This story needs some in depth investigation. Was the state police organization really "alienated", whatever that means, and what doe some other witnesses have to say about this incident. If it's true that Huckabeee heavy-handed the chief of state police on behalf of his son, he's done, in my opinion, and if he now lies about it, he should be done in everybody's opinions.

    if the ex employee were appointed by other than a democrat, I would look into it. Otherwise, this is a non issue. More nit picking. Hey, here's a novel idea, lets go look at Mitt's family tree. Those darn mormons sure used to like to kill people for their money.

If you did the smallest fraction of good the Mormons have done accross the globe you'd be someone to listen to.     A son's behavior has nothing to do with the parent's ability. And Preachers children have the reputation for b behavioral problems. That said, there is probably not a more dangerous candidate for this country than Mike Huckabee; more dangerous than either George W. Bush or Jimmy Carter. Politics and the pulpit are the last refuge of scoundrels and this candidate has a foot firmly planted in both. I challenge all Americans to see one of the greatest American films of all time, Elmer Gantry, and then see it again and again until it sticks in our minds the consequences in believing what our candidates have to say. I prefer consenus builders to run our country and not some flipping miracle cure huckster from the Bible belt.

    Another examples of the Jesus freaks and the aftermath of their double standards. What a hypocrite this bible thumping scam is! We need an investigation and an indictment if he even looked sideways at anyone investigating his obviously psychotic son.

Besides this Huckabee stood in front of the American people the other day during the last debate claiming basicly he was the best qualified to answer a question on religion because he was the only candidate on the stage with a theology degree! This was the 3rd time he had made that claim during this campaign. Guess what his campaign when confronted the other day had to admit Huckabee DOES NOT HAVE A DEGREE IN THEOLOGY! He is a bold faced LIAR. There are many many problems in his past! Just ask the people of Arkansas still trying to find the missing money! Among many other problems. GOD HELP US IF WE ALLOW THE MAIN STREAM MEDIA TO SHOVE THIS DOWN OUR THROATS AS TOP TIER AND FOOL US INTO VOTING FOR HIM!

    Does this really surprise anyone. Huckabee just the other day stood in fronnt of the American people and said he was the only candidate with a theology degree. This was the 3rd time he has claimed it during this campaign. GUESS what HE DOES NOT HAVE A THEOLOGY DEGREE according to his OWN campaign! He has proven himself to be a LIAR.     Pretty weak "news." Liberal media getting desperate for dirt? Surely they can find something better than the Governor pointing out that the State police don't usually investigate the killing a stray dog with mange.

    BTW, I had to deal with Col. Bailey repeatedly in the course of my work with the Mentally Ill in Arkansas. I was glad to see him go. I never met a more grumpy, adversarial, narcissistic cop anywhere. 4 of my close friends were State Troopers. They were more glad than I was to see him go.

    Ah, so it's Florida and not Arakansas, Arkwho. Like I said, ignorance like this is quite common in the Old Confederacy and yes, Florida was part of the Old Confederacy.

    Your false analogies, appeals to "vox populi" and irrelevant ad hominems do nothing to advance your arguments, they reveal a paucity of critical thinking and ignorance of the facts.

    I do, however, agree with some of your points; the war in Iraq has nothing to do with WMD, it never did. It's always been about O.I.L., that's the acronym for Oil, Israel and Logistics.

    Nothing personal, Arkwho, you're probably an OK guy, just a little naive and, like many Southerners, mis-educated.

    PS: I reject theocracy (Huckabee, Romney), nepotism (Mrs. Clinton), corruption (Rudy G.), unilateral militarism (McCain), phonyism (Edwards, Richardson) and lobby-sucking incumbents (Biden, Dodd). That leaves Ron Paul, Kuchinski and Obama. Of these three, only Obama is electable.

      Got news for you, Loner. Obama ain't exactly pure on the corruption front. Search under "Cook County" and "Stroger" for a start and you'll see what I mean. No one comes out of Chicago politics without being corrupted. And Obama has certainly done nothing to stop the rampant corruption that runs the state of Illinois, and has, in fact, enthusiastically endorsed some of Illinois' most corrupt politicians. Don't be so hasty with giving Obama a pass.
