One thing is evident here, and that this site is biased against comments of any sort that contain references to Christian values which it seems are under more and more attack by unbelievers who would blindly condone the Koran's values over these because of the abuses of the so-called "Christian" nominal system. Everyone has thrown out the baby with the bathwater, and those who would look into the Bible take everything out of context loking for errors instead of ascertaining the message of God's Love for all of mankind. You should all have a look at a Koran and see if it is the "peaceful religion you wish that it would be.

I favor ALL marriage. Gay or staight.
It is sad that in America (The land of the free?) some
people feel like they can oppress people just because
they do not agree with their lifestyle. Make all the excuses you want,
A ban on gay marriage is wrong and unAmerican.
I vote with these kinds of things in mind as well.

in a world full of chaos, violence, and hatred, it is absolutely NOT a moral stance to object to the validity and legitimacy of any LOVING, RESPECTFUL AND HUMAN relationship. i see no superiority, anymore, (if ever), of heterosexual unions...we are all human, and in this world today, any two people who can live in harmony and respect with each other deserve to be commended. i have to admit it is completely unfair that unmarried heterosexual partners are usually recognized in such circumstances while gay partners are not. when will the world wake up and realize that only our humanity is worth celebrating and defending? true humanism does not equate with the abolishment of moral standards...rather, true morality recognizes human value unconditionally.
