The other funny thing is the ad itself. Huckabee opens on camera saying he is mad about the dishonesty about his record and he has to set the record straight, then he jumps in on all these misleading things about Romney. He never clears his record, that is because he can't!

The funny thing is that Mitt Romney's ads on Huckabee were very gentlemanly and very precise. He did pardon over 1000 crominals including 12 murderers, he did push for tuition benefits for adults here illegally, and he did raise taxes significantly. All Huckabee says is that Romney is dishonest, but he never gets specific. The fact that his response to his tax hikes is a half truth about much smaller tax cuts tellls me everything I need to know about the con man from Hope part II.

Once again, Mike Huckabee proves to be about as insincere and misleading as one can be. It is a big surprise to me that anyone would vote for him knowing his record. Didn't we already try the Arkansas-governor for President experiment once before? American voters, wake up!

Your a little late, this was mentioned during the news conference.

Maybe Newsweek lent Karl Rove to the Huckabee campaign? It sure smells like a rovian adventure!

What a biased article. Need to hide it a little better than that. Being a Mitt Romney fan, even I could read into it.

You just can't believe anyone who bills themself as "A Christian Leader."

The ad aired only because it was in the schedules for the stations that aired it. He said that it may air a few times despite his action. He pulled the ad and I commend you for not discussing the claims in the ad so that no more people are made aware of the contents of the ad.

Thank you for the clarifications. Being political is one thing. All the candidates have to do it (except maybe Ron Paul) but Huckabee appears to be a bit of a coniver. This guy is amazingly slippery for a Baptist minister.

Wow. The battle over who gets to lose to a Democrat gets ugly.
