    Obama delivered nothing.
have seen Obama get a free pass through out this process but I looked at Meet the Press on Nov 11, 2007 when Obama was asked this question from Tim.

MR. RUSSERT: You talked about Senator Clinton having records released from the Clinton Library regarding her experience as first lady, and yet when you were asked about, ???What about eight years in the state senate of Illinois,??? you said, ???I don???t know.??? Where, where are the???where are your records?

SEN. OBAMA: Tim, we did not keep those records. I...

    MR. RUSSERT: Are they gone?

(NOTICE OBAMA WILL NOT TELL US WHERE ARE HIS RECORDS IN HIS NEXT RESPONSE)

SEN. OBAMA: Well, let???s be clear. In the state senate, every single piece of information, every document related to state government was kept by the state of Illinois and has been disclosed and is available and has been gone through with a fine-toothed comb by news outlets in Illinois. The, the stuff that I did not keep has to do with, for example, my schedule. I didn???t have a schedule. I was a state senator. I wasn???t intending to have the Barack Obama State Senate Library. I didn???t have 50 or 500 people to, to help me archive these issues. So...

MR. RUSSERT: But your meetings with lobbyists and so forth, there???s no record of that?

SEN. OBAMA: I did not have a scheduler, but, as I said, every document related to my interactions with government is available right now. And, as I said, news outlets have already looked at them.

MR. RUSSERT: Is your schedule available anywhere? Are???the records exist?

SEN. OBAMA: I???Tim, I kept my own schedule. I didn???t have a scheduler.

MR. RUSSERT: Senator Durbin, your colleague, publishes his schedule each day. Would you do that?

SEN. OBAMA: Well, you know, these days I have a public presidential schedule that I think everybody has access to.

Obama you have said that Hillary has not been truthful, but if you talk about change, let us talk about change. Where IS YOUR PAPER TRAIL OF MEETINGS WITH YOUR LOBBY FRIENDS. DID YOU LOSE THEM OF DESTORY THEM?

I AND MANY AMERICANS WOULD LIKE TO KNOW WHERE 1.5 ,MILLION OF THOSE DOLLARS CAME FROM WHILE YOU WHERE A STATE SENATOR. WILL YOU TELL US MAN, NOT THE STATE SENATE DOCUMENTS, LOBBY DOCUMENTS BUDDY.

I am pleasantly surprised by Iowan's display of hope and courage in affirming Obama. I wonder if the rest of the country has the cajones to follow suit. I fear that the sheep mentality of American voters will return when, down the road, a vote for Obama will be more than a symbolic statement.

I have no doubt that Hillary and the entrenched establishment will fight to create a fear of the future under an Obama presidency. We will be told that terrorists and unfriendly nations will hurt us, our economy will crumble, our elderly will be processed into cattle feed and our children sold to gypsies if the "inexperienced" Obama is elected. Chicken Little's refrain will be shouted from every rooftop by Hillary and the republican scare machine.

Don't believe the hype!! Political experience is not necessary to serve the public successfully. There are thousands of career bureaucrats in Washington who will assist whoever is elected manage the daily operations of our government. What is most important in a leader is intelligence, vision and integrity. Without these attributes, the aforementioned bureaucrats will manipulate our president to serve their own special interests, a la George Bush.

Obama seems to be the only viable candidate that has the necessary character to serve The People. I emphasize the word "seems". Only time will tell if he will walk the walk. The other prospects however, on both sides of the aisle, are a known quantity. They have repeatedly demonstrated a willingness to sell out the American people for political and financial gain. I say we give Obama a shot. I am hesitantly optimistic that he could actually be the real deal; a politician who will serve the people, not himself.

Right now I am undecided between Obama and Edwards. I appreciate Edwards' straight forward honesty and his detailed plans. I love Obama's vision and especially his out reach to the young because the young are his future. I wish I could vote for both - I'd appreciate it however if the media would let me vote (I live in California) before declaring the winner.

Obam in particuar offer a welcome change from the same old the same old. He offers courge, hope, vision in stead of fear, homophobia, ignorance. He stands for the dispossessed of the world - rather than advancing the interests of the country club set. I wish him well. (albeit I'd say the same thing for Edwards.)

I just hope this win encourages all Americans who want to see a seperation of church and state to get out there and vote against the right wing, evangelical christian movement which has dominated politics and is trying to destroy the principals of freedom that make this country great.

    WELL DONE IOWANS!
GOD LOVES AMERICA, GOD BLESS OBAMA, GOD BLESS NEW AMERICA!
There is a 'gap' in Washinton politics whaich has lasted long...and now Americans need a 'right Person' to fill in the gap for a New America, new Americans hope, new destiny, OBAMA.

...."There's plenty of experience in Washington. What's lacking is inspired leadership that can speak directly to the people,"
...."NO more Clinton dynasty and corrupted Health Industry, there are a lot of mess in her, she signed a lot of bills (never objected!) which most have adversely been worthlessly helped America and Americans at large".
...Experienced politicians have had more shortfalls for America that freshly ones! No creativity than following routine procedure!!!!
...Its a precise period now, Americans need straight and transparent answers to many questions worrying them for their future... 'Mr Right'
Barack Obama will add a new value to the America, new value to Americans, new value to the World!
He is 'New WINE in new Vessel' which is worth fully voting, no wastage. No room for an 'Old Wine in a new vessel' the taste will always be the same!!!
!!! VOTE BARACK OBAMA for new hope!!!"

I'm really excited to see America (showcased by Iowa) prove the pundits wrong. They said we are a divided nation not able to do what we profess. But here is another example that America is a land of open-minded people and not racists. We reason and then we act! Gob bless America. God Bless Barack Obama. Go for it New Hampshire!!!

I'm really glad to see America (showcased in Iowa) stand behind one of our own disregarding his so called race. They said we were divided and could never be united - stolen from Obama himself - but you have shown we can. God bless America, land of the free man. Whiteman
