Hey Hill - take note "We are just not that into to you" Crawl back into to your slimey hole with your slimey husband.

Hill will fight to the end with no surrender in mind. She will even try to
drag the battle for a brokered convention to overcome her ultimate deficit in
primary delegates count by virtue of super-delegates she will try to corner. If
this happen, the Clintons will be creating a lot of dissension in the party as
they have already laid the groundwork of casting aspersions on Barack's
character and blaming the media for not siding with them. They want to
manipulate the media to do their dirty work for them but have failed so far.
She have claimed that she will deck her opponent when attacked. She came out
swinging and scrappy in the debate even when she wasn't attacked. This is her
true character that most voters already knew and which her supporters ignored.
I didn't see her cackle anymore, which only confirmed that it was never really
part of her nature which her sycophants claimed to be. That makes her
sycophants infected to the lying nature of the Clintons.

Someone summarized this on another forum: "The witch will burn the house down unless she gets the nomination." She is convinced that it belongs to her, and she won't let anyone steal it from her.

Nobody knows sleaze like the Clintons. If Obama can survive their attacks, he can survive anything the Republicans can dish out.

At this point, he is twice as electable as Hillary if he wins the Democratic nomination.

The part Hillary leaves out is that in 1992 when Bill ran he did not campaign agressively in Iowa because Sen. Tom Harkin was running and considered a lock to win his home state caucus. Hillary did campaign heavily in Iowa and was rejected.
I caucused for Obama in Iowa and hope he continues on to the nomination.

Hill's insistence of 35 years delusion will only reinforce her image as a congenital liar who exaggerates her achievement. Her frustration showed her true character of viciousness towards her Democratic rivals will only add to her negatives. The country won't buy into this kind of candidate, more so coming from a woman who has no qualm of lying and distorting rival's records. Her shameless claim of balancing the budget as her achievement is just beyond the pale and that would immediately disqualify her from any job consideration in the corporate world. The latest TV debate certainly exposed her true ugly character and won't earned her any more votes from the undecided voters. With that, she will go down in defeat again and that is strike 2 for her. I wonder if she have ever read the Art of War where it counsels to win without war is the best policy. She only knows one way of winning and that is always on the attack.

all obama has to offer is a fresh face. his mantra has been dusted off from the john-bobby kennedy era. we need to take a hard look at hillary and john, and, leave good looks to ads for over the hill abercrombie n fitch shoppers

The tragedy of Hillary is that the inevitable, invincible most famous democrat in the world can't beat a two year senator with a coherent message and strategy and she expects us to believe she can take on the Republican machine when she can't take out Obama.
People have taken a good hard look at Hillary and a vast number of them including Democrats want absolutely nothing to do with this woman's brand of politics. The Clintons have played and are continuing to play this election in a way that reinforces why we don't want another Clinton in the white house. The only change Hillary's experience will bring to this nation is a more vicious brand of division.
Hillary's "experience" doesn't resonate because there's nothing there. She seems to think experience as the wife of a governor and president as well as seven years in the senate rubbing stamping Bush policy in an effort to blunt any criticism by the right wing against her makes you ready from day one. If she was so proud of her own accomplishments why hasn't she spent all of her time talking about them instead of always hearkening back to the nineties? What has she been doing in the senate since 2000. That's her experience in government. Why is she afraid to focus on that? Why is she always throwing Bill's experience and administration at us? It's this failure that will continue to be her downfall.
Hillary's can't sell herself to the electorate so therefore she wants to go negative instead of focusing on the real problems of her campaign which are Hillary. She's the problem. Her sense of entitlement is not going to get her the nomination. Hillary's talk of Obama not being able to stand up to the Republican machine is absurd especially when you consider the Clinton's and their associates said he would never be able to stand up to the Clinton machine. If Hillary manages to win the nomination she will lose the general election in the same manner as McGovern. It will be a landslide.
As far as Obama goes yes he could use a little more experience, but I place far more faith in his judgement than I do Hillary's. After all he took the best Clinton advisers. The ones who have been on the right side of the damage Bush foreign and domestic policy would have on this nation.
Hillary can't choose the right former Clinton advisers. How are we supposed to trust her judgement running this nation when she can't even do that?

So if I read this article correctly the fault for Hillary Clinton's defeat lies with the press for improperly vetting Sen. Obama, the Iowa voters for failing to see through his "lack of substance, and older women who failed to come out in sufficient numbers for one of their own. Hmmm, this does not appear to me to be the type of thinking that I want in a leader. Leaders take responsibility -and don't look to blame others when results turn out less than expected.

Sen. Barack Obama is a very intellingent and truly caring person, he truly wants to HEAL America, Hillary Clinton is a person who has to win so she will throw every thing including the kitchen sink, abrasive and rich and she weakens and her temper tantrums begin !!! Bill Clinton lost a huge block of jobs for the American worker, Oh Well I guess that is OK !!!
John Edwarsa is a super rich lawer who even bought loans in Mississippi knowing the people would lose their homes and here we go it is all about the mighty dollar !!!

OBAMA IS WAY TOO SLEEZY FOR ME.HE LOOKS GREASY AND DIRTY.HE SAYS A LOT OF STUFF,BUT HE FORGETS TO SAY THAT CONGRESS HAS TO PASS THIS STUFF.I DONT TRUST HIM,HE IS TOO MUCH OF A ROOKIE.

    • Posted By: BrotherLou @ 01/05/2008 5:29:17 PM

Bucko you're an ass, but that isn't the problem. Do you know even know what the word analysis means? He looks greasy? I heard a Conservative supporter say to Jay Severen that he doesn't support Romney because he looks like a "Slick Willy," is that what you mean by greasy? At least that would make more sense. No one's asking you to go to bed with the guy, although Obama Girl doesn't seem to have a problem there. We're talking survival here, of America, of the human race, and you come with "looks greasy!" Strewth!

OK - SO TWO NEWCOMERS WON IN IOWA - IT SHOWS THAT IOWANS ARE PO'D AT THE BUSH ADMINISTRATION AND 'THE PAST' ASSOCIATED WITH IT. JOIN THE CLUB. THIS DOES NOT EQUATE TO BEING PRESIDENTIUAL MATERIAL - NEWCOMERS WHO HAVE LITTLE NATIONAL OR WORLD EXPERIENCE AND HAVE YET TO PAYTHEIR DUES. LET'S GET REAL. LET'S GET MODERN - GO HILLARY!~~!~!~!~!~

    • Posted By: risdmom @ 01/05/2008 5:22:38 PM

Well I have to say that Iowans are probably the most educated voters in the country. Most of them go to a speech by every candidate before voting. At my son's caucus, some Hillary folks came over to his girlfriend in the Obama section and tried to get her to switch because as a woman she should vote for Hilary. She replied that as an American she should vote foe the best person for the job and that she doesn't consider someone who got where she was by using her husband's name worthy of the feminist vote anyway.

Why do people keep portraying Hillary's years in the White House as some sort of meaningful experience? She has 4 more years of Senate experience than Obama. That's it. Obama spent 7 years in the state legislature before becoming a senator. So it seems to me that Hillary has slightly more experience than Obama. People keep trying to portray Hillary as this seasoned, principled veteran of governmental affairs. She's corrupt, insincere and untrustworthy.

In 2009, Laura Bush will have 8 years of First Lady experience under her belt as well. Does that make her qualified to be President? Apparently so.

    • Posted By: thawkins @ 01/04/2008 7:23:41 PM

      My thinking precisely.

      • Posted By: sparky716 @ 01/04/2008 7:43:32 PM

bush has 8 years of experience and he's still not qualified to be president !!!

        • Posted By: dw1220 @ 01/05/2008 5:19:44 PM

hehehehee.....I almost fell out of my chair when I read your comment.............you hit the nail on the head........I voted for the jerk the first time as I am very pro-life.......he didn't get my vote the second time........he never made an honest buck at drilling oil wells........and he is still not qualified to be president.......8 years experience hasn't made him any more qualified, unfortunately for America.

Having watched all the candidates, Obama excites me. Ironically, he reminds me of Bill Clinton's initial run for the White House - full of enthusiasm and hope. And Bill deliverered -- we all experienced an awesome boomtime economy. Hillary just does not have the "it" factor. She's qualified - that's for sure, but she just doesn't have the "it" factor that I believe we need, if America is to re-establish itself as a global powerhouse.

It???s unfortunate that America is still in the politics of electing lawyers in our national elections. It???s become almost a requirement for national economic recovery that heads of governments should more be experts in economics than in law or even in international diplomacy. Of course macro-economics expertise comes with a sizeable share of international information.

It???s important that someone steering a national economy should have ???seen the math??? and understood the transmission lines between the economics of decision making and the common sense realities that anyone who???s not a multimillionaire faces ???on the streets??? everyday.

Alan Greenspan recently said that of all the Presidents past and present he???s ever worked with during his decades long career, that Bill Clinton was by far the smartest in economic matters, so we need to make allowance for genius as well.

Is Barak such a man? Actually, I believe we should expect genius if we???re selecting one out of 230 million people. We need to find out before November. Of course, as I said, economics also plays heavily into the cut and thrust of international diplomacy as well.

This is the long answer to explain why life was easier under Bill, and how it could be easier again, if ever.

"There are hints that Obama in a general election campaign would be ill-equipped to withstand the inevitable GOP barrage of attacks on his admitted past drug use, his left-of-center record, and his exotic ethnic background." These are very, very weak arguments.

THESE ARGUMENTS WILL NOT BRING HILLARY VICTORY. OBAMA represents a movement that is positive. The Hillary camp needs to keep their gloves on and open their minds to reality. Americans do not like your style of politics. . If the American people do not like you, they will not vote for you. They just don't get it. These are the issues Hillary needs to address, security. foreign policy, and the middle class. Handling GOP attacks is nothing for OBAMA. If you CAN HANDLE HILLARY YOU CAN HANDLE ANYBODY.

THE HILLARY CAMP is in denial. They need to listen to the PeoPle. Look how the HILLARY CAMP Have already began talking negative about Iowans. THE HiLLARY CAMp TURNED ON IOWANS.Trying to insinuate that they rarely Pick a President. Iowans are smart and never trusted the Clinton CamP that is why she came in Third. After all the TIME AND MONEY they spent in Iowa, the Hillary camp is now denying the importance ot the IOWA. They should been more humble and thank IOWA for teaching them their first lesson in the new .politics of change. Although the MESSAGE was sent loud and clear, The Hillary Camp did not hear it. They have insulted every Iowan that voted for them with those comments. This is the divisivness that democrats are tired off. There is a lot of bitterness in the Hillary camP, they refuse to recognize the movement behind OBAMA. They should embrace it. If Hillary had a good relationship with Al GORE WHY has he not endorsed her. If your own former vice president does not endorse you, that means you have "relationship" issues. Obama has not flip flopped, he has run a focus and postive campaign. He does not keep flipping the script. His speech was from the HEART In Iowa and Americans believe him. Hillary's camp does not understand that people want a new kind of politics. Her tactics might have worked in the ninety's but it does not work now. THERE IS NO DOUBT THAT OBAMA WILL BE THE NEXT president.

Hillary should pull her hair up - - - yes- a pony tail and give a passionate speech about where she will take the country into the 21 st century --- yes- forget the last 7 years as Bush has blown it for us.
Don't talk abou experience nor about Bill --- just being her trueself and give a heartfelt talk from her heart.

Hillary Clinton needs to get Albright out of sight. It looks silly to say you want change and then have Albright over your shoulder. Also, you have one week. YOu have no chance until FEBRuary FIFTH. SO start talking their talk from now. You tried to hard in Iowa. You were reactionary. Forget want these nerds are telling you and just tell us what you can do. Those are your strengths Hillary you strong heart, determination. However, your ego has left you in an embarassing situation, again. THis is not good. Your advisor's will tell you to play the race card. Hey it got O.J. OFF. However in this case you need courage, you need to show your courage. What are you going tomorrow. Talking about yesteryear will get you third place everytime. Talk about yourself and all the qualities you possess, forget about what you opponents are doing and concentrate on the people. As you can see the media will turn on you in a second. Good luck.

Can anyone tell me why Hillary is arguing that we have to pick a president who is ready on Day One to do the job, the tough and difficult job? Shouldn't she argue that she will be the best president... one day one and throughout?

Logically, by empasizing day one, it suggest that she is better on day one, but weak for the long run. I know its nuance, but, isnt this what she is communicating?

  • Posted By: Vail Beach @ 01/05/2008 6:06:20 AM

Re Hillary. There is no there there. Her only real qualification was that her husband's political machine would inevitably get her the nomination. If she had to actually earn it, she'd have little to show. Obama's going to make her earn it and she's got nothin'. If Obama falls by the wayside, i.e. if Hillary takes him down with her, then you might see a late entry from a no-longer-afraid Al Gore.

    • Posted By: zeroproof @ 01/05/2008 1:44:39 PM

"Exotic Ethnic Backround", is this guy serious? Does he actually think that most African Americans are 100% African? Does he actually think that most Americans are 100% anything? What a bunch of morons, the Clinton campaign is doomed to fail.

Admission of personality deficit is now bogging down Hill's campaign and
are essentially in disarray on how to overcome it. What on earth are they
thinking in blaming the media for refusing to peddle their lies and politics of
personal destruction that they so denounced before ? This can only from the
minds of people who are on the downward slide of ignominy. I wonder what Bill
is thinking now that his legacy that inaugurated the era of divisiveness will
be ended by Barack's era of comity and unity ? Even Bill will be no match to
Barack in skills of communication, where people have suffered from his long
monologue. With outsiders reinforcing her campaign in NH, it is a sure sign
that her campaign is sinking fast. Will I ever see her cackle again on TV,
perhaps during today's debate in NH ? I have a premonition that her campaign
may have moved the firewall back further to the west when they also seemed to
detect the tsunami is going to hit them again in the east ! If that were so,
then I can finally say good riddance Billary !
