    The bitter reality in the breakdown of celebrity divorce almost always entail the usual division of community property and assets--depending on how much you're "lawyered up" and the absence of a well worded pre-nuptial agreement, absorbant amounts are divided. Whoever's income is more dependent upon and provides the standard of living for the family is the one that's leveraged for child support and alimony/palimony. It's the law...and if it happens to work out for Paul McCartney's ex-wife--that's the way it is. If it happens to work out for Kevin Federline--that's the way it is. Whether Kevin has a scheme to get money or not isn't germane to the law. Spouses are entitled to it. The vindictiveness of women AND MEN does not equate to capturing what we boast about it. Acually to talk about it is the worst thing anyone can do. The thing that causes the wrangling about money in divorce is how assets are hidden and therefore can not be used as consideration in the division process. It is then encumbent upon the spouse eligible for "the payout" to reveal where all the assets lie to have the proper division of property determined. Is Kevin entitled to uncover where the assets truly are in the determination of such? Legally, yes. Morally, yes. In divorce men AND WOMEN seek a fair division of the marriage's community property.

    Much easier written than performed . However when spouses in this contest refuse to reveal EVERYTHING when the other spouse knows there is more that could be used in the determination of ALL assets--it leads to a chaotic downward spiral of a mess. Women do it...men do it. It's a wash.

    The price of celebrity is imposing; however, Britney has contributed much of this horrific attention to herself--by herself. If she just went to the grocery store or church, the library or back and forth to the studio and on tour promtoing her CD--the photographers wouldn't quite see the sensationalism in that as much as they observe now. But Britney brings attention to herself by inviting the invasion of her own privacy by doing things that thug'd out photographers assess value in.
    Note: The judge in these proceedings regarding child custody have been very lenient with Britney. She's been given way too many chances for all the "mess" she's pulled. Just asked her lawyers about it...ooops you can't--because they quit on her.

    If anyone else gave way to a police chase in defiance of their request to speak with her, you wouldn't see them "covered up" on a gurny on the way to an ambulance--they'd be tasered, cuffed and utterly humiliated. Britney is being treated very special. I hope she appreciates it.

    I like Britney but not a fan, i would like to help miss spears, to my calculation miss spears it not to be blamed for her outrages behaviour, it has came to me miss spears has be effected by Mr Federline's idiotic behaviour through the marriage between the two of them and the way miss spears was treated by Mr Federline. he is to blame and if you call someone who was doing drugs and cheats and steels of off there supposed loved ones a good husband and father. then there is something wrong withe you no one is perfect Britney is not Innocent but near am i or my mum in dad or anyone i know, but stop and think who's really in the wrong if it wasn't for Mr K-fed! Britney wouldn't be in the state she is in!!!

      To assign blame to any other person regarding actions committed by one's self does not exactly relieve Britney of any responsibility for what she's done. It's juvenile to think that adults; married adults; married adults with children in the midst can be excused or pardoned from rebellious activity because they were influenced by someone else. The same person that worked hard on her figure and overall fitness is the same person that decided to repeatedly defy court orders during this child custody case. The same person who was dedicated in the recording studio and actively promoted her work before K-Fed, is the same person who is awaiting a pysch eval for erratic behaviour for a cocktail of issues. To blame Kevin Federline for Britney's troubles is "troubling". The BIG THING to do is simply STOP THE BUCK passing and simply admit I NEED TO CHANGE. It's my fault, I'm an adult in control of myself (or rather trying to gain control) I'm messed up because of decisions I've made and I require guidance to a pathway that's healthy for me and my children.

      Kevin has kept his mouth shut long enough to have the attention locked on Britney. This isn't about perfection, this is about the child custody wrangling and Britney's numerous attempts to delay the child custody court proceedings and her bazaar behavior which appears to sabotage the very thing she's trying to attain. Britney's mouth and conduct aren't friends. They need to get together and have a meeting and decide to go one way or the other. To bring in issues that aren't germane to providing stability for the children only confuse what really matters. If Kevin and Britney are divorced then anything that caused the separation between the two has been addressed by "the divorce" itself.

      If it wasn't for what Britney has become, she wouldn't be in the state that she's in!!!! Blaming someone else is merely exercising denial and parallels to what teenagers do. Britney is beyond teenage-hood.

    This girl is the cash cow for the world wide media. There is not the slightest amount of moral from all of the greed driven photo people or for that matter the police who leave her in an open ambulance so that the paying media can get their story. I assume that the judge in her case is also on the take.
    Federline is the best. He wants her money and makes it clear that he is going to get it. He will use the children and then when everything is thrown out leave them where the

    From the distance this is a real clown act. This woman is 24 hours a day followed by a camera crew who have one objective. That is to make money off a compromising photo. Federline has a live goal to get her money. The poor girl is a cash cow and everyone wants his or her share. She is the content provider for the world wide press. To see her taken out of her home without any attempt to give her the minimal bit of privacy isatt

    Brittany time to grow up....put the party girl away and start being a mother to your two beautiful children. I don't know what it is like being rich, but I do know what it's like being poor and raising children. So half your battle has been won. You seem like you don't need to worry about money....so start worrying about your children. Think about what you are putting them through....You and Kevin....you need to find God!!!! and start trusting in Him and what He has in store for you. Stop carrying about the world's way and get focused on Jesus...He is everything....the sooner you learn that...the sooner life will be better for you and your family. your sister in Christ, mebrini

    she obviously has something going wrong in her life...let's see she's rich and has two beautiful children, but can't keep it together...I have no sympathy for her except one good piece of advise...."Try God"!!!!! And the public needs to stop caring about everything she is doing. She no different than anybody else going through this phase in her life. Do we hear about all the other 5150's going on? Is this the only attention she knows how to get now. She used to be semi entertaining. COME BACK TO REALITY BRITTANY....YOU HAVE CHILDREN NOW....
