What’s Wrong with Britney?

There is someone who can hepl her. His name is Dr. James Dobson. Her can and will point her in the right direct direction. It's up to her as to whether or not she will follow that direction.

That is the price you pay for being a celeb. The media is always in ur business no matter what. She should have thought about that before taking the money and agreeing to become a celeb. Noone made her do it. As far as people calling her children little mistakes, that is the worst thing you can say about a persons children and you should be beheaded for ur ruthless comments. Noone is a mistake, and for people to keep saying things like that only make it worse for her. She is my prayers and I hope she gets well. K fed will get what he deserves but her mom should have done a better job with her children as far as parenting. Just because they have money, they are still humans and make mistakes. I think with all that money they made, they should have had a psychiatrist on call for Brit, her mom, her sis, her kids, and K Fed. Her mom should have never let her marry k fed regardless of her pregnancy because of what he did to Shar, so what comes around goes around.

I am not a doctor, but I have been a recovering alcoholic for 22 years. There is absolutely no doubt in my mind that Britney is an alcoholic and drug addict. She is most likely bi-polar also. I have known many with that disorder. Alcoholics suffer from a chemical imbalance which can cause anything from simple depression and anxiety to panic attacks, OCD, bi-polar disorder and others.

Call Dr James Dobson. He may not be the answer to her problems but he can and will definitely point her in the right direction. It's up to her to follow that direction.

SHE NEEDS TO PACK UP, MOVE BACK HOME, RAISE HER KIDS AND GET THE HECK OUT OF CALIFORNIA. SOME PEOPLE ARE CUT OUT FOR THAT LIFE STYLE OTHERS GO OFF THE DEEP END. THE WAY THE CAMERAS MOB HER AS SHE GETS OUT OF HER CAR, OR FOLLOWING HER IN EVERY PLACE SHE GOES, NO NORMAL PERSON COULD DEAL WITH THAT. THE FREAK OFF A HUSBAND SHE HAD, SURE DON'T NEED 2 BOYS TO RAISE, HE ALSO HAS ISSUES.

This young lady is suffering from postpartum biplar depression. If she can get proper treatent maybe this will help countless other women who suffer from this frequently missed disorder.

The big problem is the media. I have had issues with my husband and if the media was involved I am sure I would have been divorce and fighting over the kids as well. They do not give her a break. Then all of us watch her and put our 2 cents in and do not even give her a moment to just breathe without breathing over her back. Not even rehab is a place of rest. You all act like you have never been so mad you felt like taking a bat to something. Well imagine not given the chance to calm down and channel that energy somewhere else. She has never had that opportunity. Get off her case.

So many judgements are being made and most of them unkind. Britney went through the loss of someone she loved (KFed...why we don't get it but she loves him and loss hurts), the emotional and physical changes that childbirth brings, a troubled family unable to offer any emotional support. Of course she is having a breakdown!!! I pray for her. Recovery of such depression and the "self medication" of drugs and alcohol that the rich and famous have easy access to is incredibly hard. Imagine recovering in front of cameras that can't wait for you to "snap" at any moment! Give her a break and let her heal...she will be back and stronger for it.

Someone said on another discussion board that she may well have been a murder/suicide threat and this was the reason the cops called in the ambulance and had her committed. She is very unstable and needs help - big time. I wonder if the people who work for her will even bother to ensure she does. They certainly don't have her best interests in mind - only their own.

I firmly believe that her mother should be put in irons and locked away for years for the "child abuse" she heaped on both her daughters in her headlong chase for fame and fortune, not so much for the kids, but to satisfy her own ego and financial needs. I think it is possible that the kids were only a paycheck to this Louisiana bimbo and therefore, no real parenting dicisions were ever made unless it had a $$ sign attached. Of course we see in the news about women who sell their daughters as little sex-slaves for a fix of crack cocaine or heroin, I don't see much difference here. As for Britney, just another person on the trash pile of drugs and a life of depravity in my view, why so much fuss? From Judy Garland up to Lindsay Lohan, how many times have we seen child stars unable to cope as adults? Check out some stories about "The Little Rascals", Bonaducci, and others, it crosses the gender line and is not a pretty story. Seems the parents plus adults who exploit these children are mostly to blame. Spears may be suffering the same problems as the rest, an aging child star who feels vulnerable and unable to cope.

The best thing that could happen to that family is for her mom to give away everything that Britney and pregnant little sister Jamie has ever worked for, tear up any existing contracts, move back to Kentwood, Louisiana, and get both girls jobs waiting tables. Elvis would have been better off had he remained a truck driver in Memphis.
