How Tomorrow Became Yesterday

Sadly for her supporters, Hillary is indeed as much of a unifier as Obama—but of Republicans.

Comment: Kathy, is that all that is troubling you? GIVE ME A BREAK! what troubles me about Hillary is something that no one is addressing: They CLAIM to be for African Americans, yet history will show that the problems iof injustice against African Americans in education, poverty, in the courts have existed during the nineties. Nothing has changed. What bothers me is Hillary's cold, hard demeanour and her attempted ''put-downs' of Obama. She has met her match, because he is not afraid. He is looking better and better every day. .. Far Away

Comment: What does Obama's religion have to do with his ability to run the country? Bush is a christian and we see what kind of mess he's made! I could care less if Obama was a Muslim, an atheist or a Buddist. the real question is he smart (which Bush is not) is he fair (which Bush is not) does he care about the people of the country he serves (Bush left the Katrina victims stranded for month but has not hesitated to got spend billions on a war no one agrees we should be fighting) and is he honest. I don't care if he but his hand on his ass while saying the pledge...if he can save this country; he has my vote!

Comment: i think Obama comes across well but i am just learning things about him that are troubling to say the least. Is it true he will not put his hand over his heart to say the pledge of allegience? Is he a muslim? If either are true he should not expect my vote or any other person who cares who is in charge of our country... talk about getting us from within...Scary thought think about it ...Obviously the press is giving this guy a BIG pass wonder why???. Hillary is looking better and better ... kathy

Comment: You people are ridiculous. This is the kind of fact-absent fear-mongering that led our country into this disasterous war in Iraq. I had forgotten what it was like to be "PROUD to be an American" until I saw Obama speak. In person. Sans a teleprompter. He is an absolute inspiration. Please, please, please. Choose to be part of the solution, rather than part of the problem. When you capitalize on intolerance and fear, you build a country like the one we've become in the last eight years...an enemy and bully to a majority of the world. We are not labels; we are all just people...and Senator Obama is an outstanding one. He absolutely has my vote.

Comment: Are you people insane? This is exactly the sort of fact-absent fear-mongering that led our country into the disaster that is the Iraq War. I had forgotten what it meant to be "Proud to be an American" until I saw Senator Obama speak. He is an inspiration and a hope to lead us out of the intolerance and negativity that you are preaching. Every one of us makes a choice as to who we are...whether we are part of the problem or part of the solution. Please, please, don't be part of the problem.

Comment: Obama gave very impressive and inspirational speeches on election nights in Iowa and New Hampshire. Several cable TV pundits on MSNBC and CNN commented that these speeches were the best they had ever heard and they were quick to compare Obama's speeches to the other candidate's speeches each night. What the TV announcers and pundits did not point out clearly was that Obama used a teleprompter each time and no other candidate did. By the time Obama's victory speech in Iowa was about half completed I had reached the conclusion he must be using a teleprompter but the TV coverage kept a tight head shot of him and only backed off to allow me to look for the teleprompter stands for seconds at a time and I did not see them. In New Hampshire I finally caught a fleeting glimpse of the two teleprompters to confirm my suspicions.

I do not recall a single occasion over the last 30 years of when any candidate has used a teleprompter for a primary election night victory speech or concession speech. If I am right, then I believe it is imperative for print and especially the TV journalists to point this out each time so that the impressions and comparisons the public may draw from the eloquence they perceive in Obama's delivery can be tempered with the knowledge of the advantages of utilizing a teleprompter. I also would be interested to learn if Obama is the only candidate traveling with a teleprompter this year.

Comment: I would back HRC or John Edwards, not Obama. I am not confortable with someone who comes from a radical Muslim family. Have we forgotten about 9-11? If Obama gets the presidentail nomination, the Republicans will win. Please do not vote for Obama!!

    Comment: Who is Barack Obama?

Probable U. S. presidential candidate, Barack Hussein Obama was born in Honolulu, Hawaii, to Barack Hussein Obama, Sr., a black MUSLIM from Nyangoma-Kogel, Kenya and Ann Dunham, a white ATHEIST from Wichita, Kansas.
Obama's parents met at the University of Hawaii . When Obama was two years old, his paren ts divorced. Hi s father returned to Kenya . His mother then married Lolo Soetoro, a RADICAL Muslim from Indonesia.?

When Obama was 6 years old, the family relocate to Indonesia . Obama attended a MUSLIM school in Jakarta . He also spent two years in a Catholic school.

Obama takes great care to conceal the fact that he is a Muslim. He is quick to point out that, "He was once a Muslim, but that he also attended Catholic school."

Obama's political handlers are attempting to make it appear that
that he is not a radical.

Obama's introduction to Islam came via his father, and that this
influence was temporary at best. In reality, the senior Obama returned to Kenya soon after the divorce, and never again had any direct influence over his son's education.

Lolo Soetoro, the second husband of Obama's mother, Ann Dunham, introduced his stepson to Islam. Obama was enrolled in a Wahabi school in Jakarta .

Wahabism is the RADICAL teaching that is followed by the Muslim terrorists who are now waging Jihad against the western world. Since it is politically expedient to be a CHRISTIAN when seeking major public office in the United States , Barack Hussein Obama has joined the United Church of Christ in an attempt to downplay his Muslim background. ALSO, keep in mind that when he was sworn into office he DID NOT use the Holy Bible, but instead the Koran.

Barack Hussein Obama will NOT recite the Pledge of Allegiance nor will he show any reverence for our flag. While others place their hands over their hearts, Obama turns his back to the flag and slouches.

Let us all remain alert concerning Obama's expected presidential
    candidacy.

The Muslims have said they plan on destroying the US from the inside out, what better way to start than at the highest level - through the President of the United States , one of their own!!!!

Please forward to everyone you know. Would you want this man leading our country?...... NOT ME!!!

Comment: Conciliatory speeches during a time of great anxiety, claims of change...it all feels good. It all felt good when G. W. Bush seemingly rallied the country after Sept. 11. When the inspiration wears off, as it undoubtedly will, the work of putting the pieces back together must still be accomplished and is best left to those that have been working for change their whole life. It is not an alleged attempt to maintain political power...that's pure rhetoric...it really is heartfelt when Hilary claims to want to lead this country. It's been her lifelong work. Bill Clinton, like his wife, had lifelong aspirations for the highest office, and they both spent their lives in pursuit of it. Bill had the experience of Attorney General and Governor before attempting a nomination. Obama just doesn't have the record. People should look within themselves for inspiration and not an inexperienced, albeit charismatic, Jr. Senator. Leave the hard work of policy making to the pros - Clintons.

Comment: Obama is the media darling isn't he? Too bad. I wish they would be more fair. Ok so there are some good ones. But a lot of them have been fawning over Obama for months. They've helped to build up his almost mythic image. Honestly, I've seen Obama in person. I was unimpressed. By his speech and by his appearance. I thought John Edwards was a better speaker. I haven't heard Hillary speak in person yet. Barack's supposed "magnetism" just wasn't there for me! But the news media never reports on people like me. All you ever hear about are the people who are ga-ga over him.

  • Posted By: Meri @ 01/10/2008 2:46:41 PM

Comment: The first "attack" as you call it did not come from Hillary Clinton. It came from Obama, when he referred to Hillary Clinton's meetings with foreign leaders as "having teas." That was such a sexist comment, and yet the media said absolutely nothing. Or when his idiot of a national campaign manager (Axelrod) said if HRC had not voted for the Iraq War Bhutto would not have been. I think the backlash in NH was a harbinger of how women feel about men telling them how to vote, and they're sick of it.

Comment: You see Alter, like most of the media, still has egg on his face after predicting so badly on Tuesday. Talk about the media trying to jam Obama down everyone's throats. Women got angry after the media beat up on Hillary, and now they're even worse. Obama is not a change agent. You don't vote PRESENT in the Illinois Senate and stand for change. He's avoided change by not doing his job in the U.S. Senate and running for President. He's had plenty of time to shake things up in the U.S. Senate if he wanted to change the way things are done in Washington. He hasn't done it. Meanwhile, Hillary Clinton has bridged the bipartisanship that has held things up and got bills passed that benefit Americans. Jonathan Alter is just another media gadfly who hates women and hides behind his writing the way Bill O'Reilly hides behind his microphone. They hate women and don't want one to ever be President. They would rather take an underqualified black mail, who is going to be demolished by the Republicans anyway than ever support a woman. Well women of all ages and races make up more than 51% of the population, and our time has come. It's embarassing that other Democracies and even other third-world countries have gotten there before us. It's time for women and it's Hillary's time. Alter should be admitting he screwed up by announcing that he speaks for Bill Clinton and what "Clinton knows in his heart," because he doesn't speak for either Clinton and he certain doesn't speak for women voters.

Comment: What does it say about us, as Americans that we can be influenced by a "short-lived" teary eye? Quite frankly, to imply that sex appeal is needed to achieve a vote..................is equal to the fact that it is assumed that to show a tear will humanize a person and achieve a vote.........both strategies lie outside of real issues. The sombering realization is that there are people who will decide their vote on sex appeal and there are those who will decide on a strategically placed tear.......What we need is "REAL" change in America!!! I am simply tired of the same old politics, we need someone who is "Driven" who seeks a New/different america.........an America restored! Being well-traveled; We need an America that other countries would want to emulate............It is definitely time to pick up, America.....dust off, America and truly let America's brillance shine!!

Comment: Mr Alter is just justifying is premature support for Obama after Iowa. What he doesnt know is politics these days puts more emphasis on connecting with people and getting the job done. Hillary showed the emitional side very few politicians are scrared to show, she connects well with the people and is ready to listen to them. . Good leadership is one who connects to the masses and is down to earth and not about sex appeal. We should stop being over iconic and rely on other people to feel good about ourselves. If one looks at the leaders who Hillary reminds me of its people lwho show empathy such as Mahatma Ghandi, Nelson Mandela or even John Lennon. We need pasionate people that care for the masses and the world. Hillary Clinton has the credentials from the time she put Richard Nixon on the spot in the early 70's. I think Mr Alter should reconsider working for such a prestigous organisation as TIME and intead be a columnist for Playboy Magazine

    • Posted By: Meri @ 01/10/2008 14:52:46

Comment: Be - Real you said it. I think Playboy would be perfect for Alter. He could spew his sexist dogma without so much as a single real editor watching his typos. What I don't understand is why can't these men who predicted New Hampshire -- in effect telling women how they should and would vote -- just apologize and say they were wrong. Brian Williams had the guts to do it, but instead of admitting they were just plain wrong, they now want to cry race. So now those women who came out for Hillary are racist!!!! Oh PLEASE make them stop. Everytime they write another Obama worshipping column, they alienate more women, and I know it will surprise them to know that some of those women are African-American.

Comment: J ONATHAN WRITES: "Like most women in politics, she lacks a critical asset. Male candidates can establish a magnetic and often sexual connection to women in the audience. (Just watch Bill Clinton, Obama or Edwards work a rope line.) Women candidates can't use sex appeal (except in France), which leaves them playing the sisterhood card."

wHAT an incredible sexist and male chauvanistic, passe -- not to speak of incorrect --think to say. SHAME ON YOU. Had you said that Obama lacks a critical asset because he is black, you may well have lost your job! -- other media commentators, pundits, presidential hopefuls have lost their job for saying less that is racially offensive!. Your sexistcomment and the fact that you can get away with it ALONE DEMONSTATE S WHY THIS COUNTRY NEEDS TO ELECT A WOMAN. I guess, it will take a Woman President before women will be freed from having to put up with the sort of sexism.

GO HILLARY -- WE NEED A WOMAN PRESIDENT, BADLY..

Comment: Alter says: "to win in November, Democrats must do better with college-educated men and with independents, the two groups where Obama is strongest and Hillary is weakest. "

Let me remind that --to win in November, Democrats must also have the traditional Democrat and the older woman vote, the two groups were Hillary is strong and Obama is weak.

  • Posted By: 1goldengirl @ 01/10/2008 2:47:03 AM

Comment: Jonathan Alter shows his unjournalistic bias and unwashed arrogance when he presumes to speak for the Democrats with the unqualified assertion: "Even if they're not for him (Obama), they're proud of him and of themselves for being in his party."
Perhaps it's so, Mr.. Alter, -- it was so, I think. But, that was before Obama's brash: "forget-the-old Democratic-party-faithful-they're-passe-message-andet-the Independents-vote" assault became obvious. The surprising NH Hillary comeback rebellion, I think , shows that many faithful "Democrats" have begun to question whether Obama Obama truly IS a party.Democrat, or is in the process of creating a NEW Independents party for himself. The surprising NH results may be the signal that the old faithful Democrats have been awakened from their slumber. And, the battle for the hearts and minds of Democrats that Obama has announced in Iowa will now begin The old, faithful vote that reared its head in NH warns and reminds that all CHANGE is always for the best --that, what is needed is specified, considered CHANGE FOR THE BETTER and not merely undefined, impulsive CHANGE.
Afterall, did not George W. Bush run on the promise of bringing change? And, yes, he certainly did bring us change. The NH Democratic primary results message is: Change for the better also means restoring what was good in the era before GWB, that we need to go carefully into the future and not throw everything "old" out with the bathwater.

Having said that I have to admit I have voted in one presidential election???period. I assumed, correctly I fear, that my vote means nothing. For the first time, after seeing Barack Obama win in Iowa, I had hope. NOW, after the New Hampshire primaries I can see how foolish and naive I was. Obama has no chance. No one does, not against Hillary Clinton. When the entire nation can ignore what she so blatantly IS, what point is there in my getting all shook up? Oh, and for the record, McCain has no shot. He was allowed to get to the point he is because he is impotent against the Clinton machine and they just don???t sweat him. I???m sorry to sound so jaded but after last night all of the good people, good American people, who actually effected change in the country are dead. As a Democrat, I find much to admire in Hillary Clinton. However, I was really impressed by Obama's speech in New Hampshire where he congratulated Hillary Clinton for her victory. That was true statesmanship. I find also much to admire in John Edward's so-called "populism:" - which for real consists of "telling it like it IS." I have not made my decision yet. I think the older women especially those with kids came out for Hillary and showed us that they are in charge of the Household in New Hampshire . I think Hillary Clinton really has been humbled and seems to appreciate her second chance. Obama needs to stress that winning is the easy part and getting things done once you get into power is the challenge. Obama was the underdog and he needs to keep that persona. He still has the nomination. I think Hillary has found herself. How Hillary got her groove back.

Comment: The Clintons strength has always been their ability to "REINVENT" themselves. Most notably, after the ninety four congressional elections. They lost that election to a movement, led by Gingrich. What did they do to counter this movement, they made life better for the average American.

Hillary needs to reinvent herself as the candidate for the future. She needs to stop talking about the ninety's and start telling the people about her current proposals. Is Hillary's plan going to keep the American people safe. Is her "MIDDLE CLASS" tax cut going to be "BIGGER THAN OBAMA"S? , CAN HILLARY"S plan bring factions together for the common good more effectively than OBAMA's plan for the future.Somehow you have to convince voters, that your plan for a "prosperous and peaceful" future for AMerica is "STRONGER" than OBAMA"S. You have to stick to this message. What was once the Clinton's greatest strength, in now a big WEAKNESS. "REINVENTION". REINVENTION, is one of the principles that have been rejected by voters. They do not want you to keep changing yourself. They want someone who is genuine and who does not change every week. It makes people feel comfortable. In this case Hillary has no choice but to reinvent her message and plans for the future.
    What HILLARY SHOULDN'T DO,
Hillary has to avoid going negative. She should attack her opponents with her plan and not with her ego. For example she laughed at Obama and dismissed his campaign as "JUST WORDS". What she failed to realize is that his words have inspired a nation. This made her look mean and arrogant. Hillary do not be afraid of rejection.
Emphasize that your plan for the future is stronger and how it is going to improve the live of miniorities. You need to launch your new plan like a "blitzkrieg". Keep your message positive expecially in California and NEW YORK, the two states you must win.

Do not play the race card= it is a lazy way out for a hard working individual. Be honest. If you use race you will be forced to lie. Remember that the masses can see through mirages. Do not use them anymore.

Comment: HILLARY WILL WIN IF SHE PLAYS UP THE GENDER CARD. Jonathan Alter's stupid, sexist comment about Hillary lacking the "critical assest" --sex appeal -- which (he implies) motivates the women's vote and which, incedably, passed the Newsweek editorial scruitiny, substantiates that a Hillary presidency is the CHANGE we need to make America great again and be able to hold up its head in the sisterhood --or maybe its brotherhoood -- of civilized nations. A comment like the one Alter just made, and got awy with motivates woman to come out and support her..candidacy.

Comment: Thanks Mr. Alter for your kind and compassionate piece. As a Hillary supporter and a baby boomer I am very sad that our time may have passed. It will be hard to support Obama when I really feel Hillary would be a great president but i know in the end I will. Very , very few of the supposed reporters have earned my respect through out this process and more than a few have earned my eternal disrespect. I have gone from an avid MSNBC watcher to retreating to C-Span other than David Schuster and oddly Pat Buchannan the adolescent piling on with glee is too much to bear. I truely wish that Chris Matthews would be fired for his complete lack of professionalism along with Andrea Mitchell and I have been shocked and disappointed in Olberman.

Comment: Being a native of the Land of Lincoln, I don't consider Abrahom Lincoln an idealist - he was quite realistic about the state of the country and what needed to be done. Furthermore his legacy includes plenty of people who hated him - he was not appreciated for what he did for this country until years after his death. It takes a very strong person to walk alone.

Comment: I have been in the US for about a year now, and I continue to be amazed by this media spectacle. My observatons: with a few - very few - honorable exceptions, all the so called pundits - especially on TV - have no clue. In order to grab TV time they have taken - rather squeezed into - any vacant position in the political spectrum, regardless of what they truly believe in. They are as driven and guided by poll numbers as the politicians themselves, exhibit classic herd mentality, do not say anything original, and are subjective. To boot, they are extremely defensive when somebody questions them and the methods they adopt and immediately adopt a 'how dare you question us' stance. Hillary may or many not be 'phony' and 'insencere' as the media likes to portray her. Obama appears a great candidate. But, it does seem to me that the media does not scrutinize Obama substantively on policy matters, leave alone personal. When he responds to any question in his characteristic soothing abtractions, the media seems to be satisfied and does not follow through with the same rigor that they do with Hillary. So long as they believed Hillary's nomination was 'inevitable' they treated and wrote about her deferentially but when they saw that she is vulnerable they are going after her like bloodhounds. They created the Fred Thomson myth and are abandoning him now. For them, this is all a circus that could help them garner more eyeballs, ears or readership. In this cacaphony, the American public does not get the right kind of information that it deserves.

Comment: Do you really believe that if Barack Obama is elected the world will change? Take off your rose colored glasses - they are all just people. Idealism should not rule your decision, reason and factual information should be the basis for our vote for president. We should be choosing a leader - there aren't any savior's running for election.

Comment: When is comes right down to it what have any of the candidates done that says they will fight for America? Have they filabustered in order to achieve a congressional goal, Have they had a "Disney" moment when the world stands still while they work their magic, accomplishing something for the people or are they special merely because they happen to be at the right or wrong place at the right time. Everyone of these candidates could have at any time during the Bush mess stood up and called upon citizens and politicians
to act for the good of America, the only one even close to standing up for what they believe is John Edwards, that's where I got my tools to support the troops without supporting the war, where was everyone else. Huckabee strums the guitar while rome burns, Thompson was playing at acting, Rudy was too busy with his love life, McCain needs to put his family first (I couldn't believe he would shake hands with Bush after how they treated his family, if he can't stand for them do you really think he will stand for us?) Hillary had her time in the Senate to set herself apart if she did I missed it. Obama started to run for president before he accomplished anything in congress. Everyone of these candidates has failed so I guess we just try to figure who will fail in the most painless manner. If we really are looking for change, we need someone else and I don't mean Bloomberg how pompous is he? And talk about flip flopping he can't even pick a political party and stick to it how can he unify when he can't seem to make up his mind about who he really is or exactly what he hopes to accomplish.

Comment: Obama has a lot to offer the American public beside just hope. He has been a civil rights leader and civil servant, since his college days. (This is a lot more then what most people I know do.) Also, Obama???s background is from a poor household and an absent biological father, so he has insight to what most common American???s feel today and have experienced in their own life. Isn't an understanding of the average American relevant? Shouldn???t a President understand human nature and the human struggle? Then use this understanding as an important tool for communicating to publics of all countries? Isn???t understanding how to a person needs to compromise or how to hold restraint when provoked, such as Kennedy did during the Cuba missile crisis, important and a critical for foreign politics? Obama is a symbol to the world that America is not a Texan money hungry bully scared of the big bad world, but a man who is looking for unification of the world. To bring America back from these sad Bush years of mismanaging our government. Showing that we can stand for American believes of freedom and equality, yet we stand up with kindness and diplomacy. America wants peace and harmony. We are tried of war. I know this view is a little sappy, but why the hell not! I am tried of fear and oppression. I want to believe. I want a hero. I want to be proud. I want hope. I am voting Obama!

Ex-President Clinton demeaned the office. She speaks of change. The best change for the country is to fix this political mess and truly move forward... their past record speaks for itself. The Clintons really did nothing for this country except for teaching everyone how to run a campaign and a government based on opinion polls and not what was truly needed .

Jimmy Carter tried to "damn" the richh people and it caused one of the worst recessions and duoble digit interest rates this country has ever seen.

Yes, I'd love to see a woman as President of the US, but not THIS woman. She is an elitist and a socialist at heart. She is also controlling and power hungry. She will make Jimmy Carter look like a piker when it comes to ruining our economy. No one wants to listen to a harpie and a shrew for 4 years, let alone 8. She is not as slick as her husband. O'Bama has probably, wisely, studied JFK. He offers hope in a very fractious contentious time in our history. Will I vote for him? Probably not. I don't want National Healthcare brought to me by the same people who brought me the DMV, but I get O'Bama. A lot of voters, young and old, would rather vote for an optimist than a woman who shrieks at us that its her turn.

" The country needs a real change???."
"???folks, change is what this country need right now!",
"???we don't want the same people in the white house, we need change"
"???I am an agent for change, help me implement change???"
"???this is a revolution for change!"
"???..if you vote for me you will be voting for change"

Notice the lack of content. Notice the repetitive term "change". Notice the lack of willingness to point to any realistic records for change. Notice the lack of details to the changes that he is proposing. Most importantly, notice how broad the definition of 'change' is and how VAGUE it is. A vote for Obama is a vote to confirm that you this country can not be bother with specifics. A vote for Obama is a vote to say???"don't ask don't tell"???..A vote for Obama is a vote for ignorance. The country is at a cross road, we need a Woman who has defy the odds to get where she is now???.a woman who has done the tough battles???.a woman who knows what it really takes to make change happen and know too well that talk is cheap.

People respond to him because he inspires them. Makes them believe in hope over fear etc... What Dems have needed to learn for a long time is that policy wonkishnness doesn't inspire people or win eliections. Just ask President Gore and President Kerry, both of whom wonked circles around GWB. Bill Clinton is as much ofa wonk as they come too, but he doesn't put it in his speeches. When you listened to him, talk, it was all about personal stories, and such, just like Obama. As of thers have said,if you want the substance, go to his website. Better yet, if you want to konwn what he's about, look at where he comes trom, and his background as a community organizer on the south side of Chicago. But remember, policies are important, but an equally important quality for a president is the ability to lead, to inspire, and to be a statesman. And Obama has all of that in spades.

He is not electable and the Republicans will eat his lunch, dinner and midnight snack if he's the nominee. I won;t vote for him.

Comment: All those religious rights believe marriage for life; then the ultra liberals accuse her of staying in the relationship b/c she had ulterior motives. What about... perhaps.... they might actually love and respect each other? Every marriage has its issues, and some are more complcated than others, but no one outside of their marriage is in a position to judge. Furthermore, Hillary has worked for every "opportunity" she's had. These were not handed to her on a silver platter. I'd like to see any of you work so hard for something you believe in.

Comment: Your right enicholson, we as americans have become so obsessed with living our neighbors lives that we seem to forget we have faults of our own.
I live in the south, and if what we have here is religous values I think the majority needs to re-read their bible.
Mind your own business people and don't judge the capability of someone to do a job based on their personal life.
If we're going to judge politicians lets us even up the playing field and look at the people leading our congregations on Sundays or the doctor whom we visit to make us well.

Comment: As people began to notice, Bill Clinton is to this day, a "womanizer". Now, finally, his wife has shown herself to be nothing more than an "opportunist", of the highest order. When Bill was found out with Jennifer Flowers, Hillary had to go against the quick reaction of the world, and realize if she stayed with her man, she might become "First Lady". Even in Arkansas, she stayed behind him and his womanizing. If Rudy Guliani, had not step out the the race, for his health crisis, we would not even be having this discussion, for the Senate was beyond her against Rudi. Now she has parlayed her years in the Senate, and another "Opportunity" is at hand........ That is all she is and has ever been, and the "White, farmers of Iowa, saw her for that, and embraced a young black man,,,,, who carries himself with "class". Hillary is indeed "TOAST".

Comment: No. She is not. Now is only the early stage of primary race. We should not jump our conclusion so quickly. Otherwise, we just do ourselves and do our democracy a disservice.

Comment: We'll see if you're singing the same tune tomorrow night. She is going to be beaten DECISIVELY, mark it down.

Comment: To the editor: Mr. Alter, I notice that there is a sponsored link "Barack Obama Exposed" but I also found another link that explains the purpose of a lot of this propaganda: http://thepage.time.com/letter-to-afscme-president-mcentee/
Why not advertise the counter links as well? If the media uses its power to manipulate, why not expose it all!!

Comment: Mainstream media is the most snobbery crowd.

When Clinton's poll looks good, nobody dares to raise voice to challenge her.

Now, everybody is in a hurry to join the Hillary-attack bandwagon.

    Now, it is in
