To sean2002: Are you saying you want a candidate to not really care if they win or lose? Join Thompson's campaign if that's the case. Maybe it is you who has become disillusioned.

If you go back to Bush one as Vice President, then President, then Clinton, then Bush 2 we have 28 years of Bush or Clinton in high office, if you add Hillary for 8 more, now you're talking about 36 years. I think our country can find new freshleadership. The last thing we need is another round of Clinton. Right now this looks more like a Monarcy! Go Obama or Edwards, it's time for someone with fresh new ideas.

It is ironic. After all this support for Obama (you can check all my past record), I suddenly don't like Obama any more when he is in the edge of winning.

I feel he is shrewd knowing how to win but I feel he is just another politician knowing how to put a good appearance.

He also loves power just like every other politician.

He also loves glory just like every other politician.

He is lucky that he doesn't have any baggage because he is young and he is not around long enough to have any baggage.

That's why he doesn't need to go negative, but that doesn't mean he is really that nice and decent because the bottom line he still wants to beat everybody and to grab that power.

He has used all his advantage to against Clinton such as he is fresher (but that's nothing of course he is fresh considering that he hasn't been around longer). To me this is clever, but this is another way to show that he is actually cunny.

I switch my support to Clinton because I can sense under all this "Hope," Obama is also ruthless wanting to win. And he is lucky without much record he doesn't need to go negative which makes him look better.

Absolutely. It's time for America to move past the petty, self-absorbed politics of the baby boomers, and get on with solving America's problems. The Clintons are having trouble with "the vision thing" because their vision is merely "we should be in charge." Obama represents real change, and dare I say it, a new generation. We're ready to go.

Obama, Obama and Obama. This is the right time and the right candidate to effectuate change. The Clintion's has their good moments while in the White House, but they now belong to an era of firmly entrenched politicians for whom it would be difficult to bring about change. Obama has the soul, foresight, strength of his convictions, and he will to bring this country together. Obama has all the qualities needed to mend fences with our international neighbors. Obama will show the world that America is once again a nation to look up to, with Obama in the White House, we will lead by strength and example!

Hill is now taking charge in the Panic Room and she telegraph her punches
with a bunker mentality in combination with the vaunted Clinton slash and burn
"stragedy". If I may borrow Gen. Norman S. words, she is no strategist, she
just turn strategy into tragedy ! I now wonder if she is really a Democrat
considering that she have been a Goldwater girl through his death, as evidenced
by attending his funeral but not for fellow first lady Pat ! She is the one
using the GOP dirty tricks against "fellow" Democrats, peddling lies repeatedly
even when nobody was listening to her anymore, as she continued to play it like
a broken record ! Hello, is there any big Democrats left who have balls to
restrain this wild woman now before she damages the party ? Her dirty
fingerprints are now exposed all over for the whole world to see and what they
see is a wounded animal who doesn't care anything at all but only her pursuit
for power ! A huge backlash against her mindless accusations is reflected with
Barack's 2 digit lead now in the polls and might actually came in third if this
    continues.

I'm enjoying the fact that with Obama ascendant, the huge and self-absorbed US Baby Boomer generation may only end up having had only two Presidents. Although in many ways different men, history will record them as two balanced wings of what emerged from the 1960's dramatic excesses, and ultimately judge both as deceitful draft-dodgers with fatal personality flaws. Na-na-na-na, goodbye.

To the person who just posted above me, I sincerely hope that you watch debates and actually research positions of Obama and Clinton, since you are talking about substance. It just seems to me that you are just trying to slam Obama without merit. Both Clinton and Obama are moderate Democrats and tend to vote similiarly on all of the issues. Yes, Obama was just a U.S. Senator, but he was also a state Senator, community organizer, and lawyer before. As far as I remember, Clinton just has experience as a Senator, a year after her husband left the White House. First Lady is not a position title. It comes down to who is more likely to sway those in the middle, and if you can read this article, you'll see that Obama is less polarizing than your candidate. I'm sorry, but it's the truth.

Hilary Rodham Clinton should show the grace to withdraw from the race right now and close ranks behind
    Obama.
