Hillary has shown her commitment to wht is right for the countr many times. I admire her, and I hope she will have a high policy decision in the next government, which may in fact be headed up by Obama. The country is hungry for change, and while Hillary would certainly be wonderful change from Bush, she is too identified "old politics" for the young people coming to vote for the first time. For them Barack Obama really does represent change. I recall having the same feeling about John F. Kennedy, and then later about Bobby Kennedy.

I think, withouth a doubt, Hillary Clinton is the most devious, evil person running for President. She is a socialist and wants control of the largest purse strings in the world. I was just listening to "related news" and they asked if the clinton's were going to go negative? Hello, wake up. She has been negative on more than one occasion. As for experience, being married to the president is not experience. My wife couldn't do my job just because she's married to me. She's been to work with me, I've talked extensively about my job, but she couldn't do it without training.

Hillary is the only candidate prepared to be President of our country. Mr. Obama is an inspirational speaker and that is the beginning and the end.

She's a very dangerous and Evil Incubus. Her tears are the souls of the likes of Vince Foster, Brown, and others she has consumed. Shave her occiput and 666 will be exposed. She makes Hitler and Stalin look like Mary Poppins and Poo Bear. God save us.

Best post of the year!! I hear they need writers in Hollywood.

I have seen this video several times now on television, and I could swear she says "I have so many opportunities from this country". That is the truest statement she has made during this campaign. We need someone at the helm who is less opportunistic and more interested in promoting and protecting the people that they serve.

Not exactly what she said, take a look again.

I'm a woman in my late fourties, I happened to be progressive, educated and still idealistict up to a point. With age and experience in my career I happen to inspire younger people because experience does not mean this book is closed. Hillary has inspired me for a long time. I just hope that people treat her trayectory as a plus and stop buying all that awful spin that the media has been pushing for a long time.

Hillary is the only candidate who has the experience, maturity, wisdom, and understanding to provide the leadership necessary to lead into being the leading Nation in the World. Mr. Obama delivers a very inspirational sppech, but he is ill equipped to lead our Nation. annetammerman@hotmail.com

It would be nice to have a president that shows a little emotion, maybe something would be done for the right reason.

  • Posted By: Happy2behappy @ 01/07/2008 10:32:57 PM

Wow! Some of you still want this person to be president?! She could cry like a baby every time Iran insults her. Either that or go into an emotional rage and end up hurting everyone in the end. If you women think you can handle such a position.....then prove it. Right now Hillary is proof that women are not ready yet. When women are ready to set aside the high emotion content then and only then can they be president.

FACT: If Hillary were ahead and winning, she would be GLOATING - not crying.

FACT: Hillary is only crying because SHE's LOSING! She is crying because of REJECTION. She is crying for her bruised ego. She is crying because she and the all the Clintonistas zealously believe that they and ONLY they are the anointed rulers of this country. This is the same type of crying that any child does when the child does not get her way.

Hillary???s crying indicates that she is NOT someone who is ready to lead this nation. She is simply a weak woman who is emotionally immature. She is NOT a uniter. She???s a partisan witch.

The mask is finally off Hillary and she's just another invention of the DNC spin machine along with their mouth piece, the media. CNN = Clinton News Network. Never truer.

please. this is just as scripted and calculated as everything else she's done. she's now playing the sympathy/emotional female card again. make no mistake about it, hillary clinton is a robot. she will do whatever she feels necessary to capitalize on the latest poll, be it gain a southern accent, use hip-hop vocab, or cry some tears.

Get a clu stupid, better yet too lazy to use spell check "form claif, and v oters" You should take this old saying to heart..."People who leave in glass houses should not throw stones. Whats your IQ fool.

      • Posted By: skullduggery1 @ 01/07/2008 5:36:28 PM

speaking of people who live in glass houses. Your quite the moron yourself, maybe you should use some sort of quote check. The quote is NOT, people who leave in glass houses.....it is "people who LIVE in glass houses...maybe you should worry less about correcting or insulting others and stick to actual legitimate arguments and factoids. Course that may be tough for somebody of you superior "IQ fool."

    • Posted By: aleksiza @ 01/07/2008 10:30:10 PM

oh good God...you've got to be kidding me...yes you're right she's going to cry us out of Iraq...what an ignorant comment...

    • Posted By: skreyes @ 01/07/2008 9:13:52 PM

If you think for one minute that none of our past presidents have ever shown emotion or shed a tear, you are an fool. You should walk in their shoes for 2 minutes to see what kind of person it takes to endure the pressure. I am sure rigid campaigning, sleep deprivation and being under a microscope 24/7 takes its toll on every candidate. She was not a blubbering idiot, her voice cracked at most. Get right with God!

      • Posted By: mac2007 @ 01/07/2008 9:26:21 PM

You are the one sounds sensible here.

Whether we support Hillary or not, we should not forget that she is only a human being.

Why not put ourselves on her shoes trying to understand what she has been through--being attacked from all corners--mainstream media, Obama supporters, right wingers and left wingers, while she has to be strong and function well day and night to appeal to her potential voters.

I consider anybody here trying to criticize or question her tears is heartless person

  • Posted By: pro-critic @ 01/07/2008 10:29:42 PM

I am a woman and I believe no woman should be president, obviously she can't keep her emotions in check.
She should not be playing the "poor crying woman" who should get the "poor me vote"!!!

  • Posted By: jacks359 @ 01/07/2008 10:29:07 PM

Crying doesn't necessarily mean that you can't handle pressure... It is just one way of dealing with it. You cry, and then you get up and solve the problem. Either that or you go hang out on daddy's ranch and solve no problems. Which would you rather have?

  • Posted By: morales620 @ 01/07/2008 10:28:56 PM

Hurt , in my eyes because personally I want a commander and chief who is emotionally stable. Already breakin down are you serious. Cry to your husband, not the world ,you represent one of the strongest country in the world in all sides of the spectrum.

When you're filling your car with $3 gas and buying some $2.65 a dozen eggs, remember who is running on stopping deficit spending. The war for oil is what caused prices for anything that eats grain to skyrocket. When THOSE prices rise, the fresh fruit seller raises his prices again, now you have some nice $5 a pound grapes in the market. Laugh all you want, it's YOUR money being spent. YOU'RE the one going to pay $250 a week for groceries. Still think Ron Paul sounds like a bad idea? He's the ONLY candidate, Republican or Democrat that is running on reducing your cost of living. Maybe you have plenty money. Me, I'm not so rich.

    • Posted By: militarybrat @ 01/07/2008 10:28:45 PM

Logically if this war were over oil than oil prices would have decreased because we have already secured Iraq's oil supply. However, we do not get our oil from Iraq a large majority of it comes from Saudi Arabia. Thus, gas/oil prices are under the control of the oil companiesas they control the flow of much of the product, and they issue high prices because consumers will pay for it based on the principles of supply and demand, personal incentive and corporate greed.

How are we supposed to trust Hilary to do the right thing running the U.S. when she couldn't even do the right thing after her husband lied to her, congress and the people of the United States about his fling with Monica, and all the other well documented affairs? She didn't have the b*lls to leave him, which anyone with half a brain could see was the right thing to do, how can we expect her to make the right decisions concerning the most powerful nation in the world? ANSWER: WE CAN'T!!!!!!!!

  • Posted By: coldstone-lajolla @ 01/07/2008 10:28:07 PM

The real story is Hillary shows emotion - not during a 9-11 ceremony, not during Katrina - but when it is her own self intrests. Sounds Selfish to me. Obama or McCain anyone??
